used this service to pick me up after surgery, driver was punctual, even waited for me, I was able to book last minute and the car was very nice. definitely recommend

This car service is the best. I won t call anyone else. I have been working with them from back when they first started doing business. Service is their first priority and they excel in that area. Always friendly, courteous, and on time.

I m usually really forgiving when it comes to service in general and don t sweat the small stuff. Had a booking with this company and they bailed the day-of.If you have an important reservation to make I would look for another option.Edit in response to the below:Not only were you inept to provide the only service you offer but you ve also proven you have no problem lying in a desperate ditch to save face.I made this booking online by your request over 2 weeks ago after speaking to you over the phone. I made it abundantly clear during that phone conversation that we had 7 passengers and you even guided me live to fill out the online request form to chose the SUV option even though the max capacity was 6 passengers. You assured me that this would not be an issue, multiple times I even followed up by telephone in the morning the day before the reservation to confirm the pickup times, passengers, and price we had agreed upon (which you also seemed to have forgotten) and you said you would need to check and get back to me shortly. You never did I had to reach out again at midnight and you finally responded the day of the reservation saying it was not possible.You did not offer any additional services to accommodate our party size which we would have happy paid for.Avoid this service

Used this service for my family of 5 to and from JFK. I could not be any happier. The drivers were professional and friendly, the cars were in good condition and clean. I am thrilled to have found this team and recommend highly.

Driver was top notch. Hamza came out of his vehicle and helped load up the SUV. We had lots of luggage. So polite, helpful and great driver. He even got us water to drink for ride home. First time I used this company but it will be my first call when I require transportation. Recommended by a next door post!Thank You!!

My first time calling SCS I spoke with Ali. Within 2 minutes I had complete confidence in the company. He was informative, accommodating, easy to talk to and all about customer service.His driver, Sam, was terrific. He was prompt, a conscientious driver, very interesting and kind. We were well taken care of, and really appreciate it!

We had a fantastic experience with SCS Transportation and highly recommend their services!The booking process was seamless and the company was quick to respond each time we reached out on Yelp, via email and via text.Our driver Sam was particularly wonderful - he arrived early at the airport and texted us right away to coordinate the pickup. He was very friendly, professional, courteous and nice to chat with - he even helped us carry the luggage up the stairs, which was really appreciated.We have used SCS Transportation a number of times for trips to and from JFK, EWR and LGA in the past and will use them again in the future!

Have used SCS several times for nights out or trips to/from the NY airports and the drivers are always professional and on time. The cars have been newer and clean. Their pricing is competitive and a good value. I highly recommend their service.

We had a wonderful experience with SCS right from the start. Making the reservation online was seamless, follow-up communication was timely, and pricing was very reasonable. The cars were in mint condition, and the drivers were excellent. Thank you to Aly and his team for top-notch service - we look forward to using SCS for our future transportation needs!

SCS limousine service is absolutely phenomenal! My mother has a hard time walking and they promptly picked her up from JFK and helped her with her bags, and made sure she got home safe! Best thing is that they gave me text updates on how she was doing.Thanks Aly for being such a wonderful help! We will definitely use you next time!I highly recommend SCS, there is no better option if you need car service!

We were extremely impressed by SCS transportation. We were a group of 12 and they picked us up in 2 SUVs from JFK airport and took us to New Haven. We were in two cars with 6 people and lots of luggage in each one . It was comfortable and efficient. The drivers were great and the whole experience was stress free. We were so impressed that we used them again one week later to travel to New York, we were met with the same good quality service for a reasonable price. I would certainly recommend!

Terrible. Booked a car for midnight from NYC, and received confirmation of the reservation. At the time of the pick up no one was there, and when I called them, they said it would take at least an hour to have someone there. When I called again the day after to get a better understanding of what happened, I was simply told it was a mistake and that I, the customer, should have followed up with the company earlier in the evening to confirm. All in all, was left without a ride, had to find a more expensive option home, and essentially was told by the folks at SCS, tough luck .

Our driver was very professional, courteous, thoughtful and accommodating. Vehicle was clean and even had bottled water to offer. I would highly recommend this service to anyone. You will feel comfortable and know that they will take good care of you.

Aly and his team are top knotch! Excellent service as this is my 2nd roundtrip service with them and many more to come! Great drivers. Very professional company. On time and very accommodating to us since we are disabled and required extra help. Made the trip very enjoyable. Very confident that our driver will be on time and provide exceptional service and care.

Best car service I've come across! I went with them based on great reviews I read, and I wasn't in the least bit disappointed. Aly (owner) went above and beyond to help pick up and deliver a surprise birthday guest. His service was timely AND the most affordable I've found in the tri-state and Connecticut areas. Plus they were super communicative. I HIGHLY recommend.

SCS Transportation and Limousine of Stamford Ct., is nothing short of a pleasure to deal with. They are so professional and punctual. Never an issue, and I have used them many times. Ali goes above and beyond in service. What I appreciate is that he answers the phone with a personal greeting. The fleet of cars is outstanding. Vehicles are top notch. Ali constantly checks the flight arrivals and the minute we stepped out of the airport he was there including at international arrivals. It is without hesitation that I recommend SCS transportation.

SCS is the only car service I use now. Their prices are reasonable, the cars are top notch and the service is spectacular. Aly always takes care of me even with last minute changes. Would highly recommend them.

Antonio (SRS driver) picked up my 87 year old mom and dad to take them to a show in NYC last Tuesday. He made sure they were dropped off right at the door of the theatre and picked up right after the show. He was very helpful and assisted them in and out of the vehicle. I want to thank SRS transportation for being so kind and helpful. I would not hesitate to use this first class transportation again.Thanks for everythingDawn Lesieur
