Had a fantastic experience at Riley Volvo. My sales person, Joe, was great.I knew what I was interested in and he was able to get the exact model to the lot for me to see in order to make a decision. Financing was a breeze.So happy with my new XC40! Love it!

Absolutely incredible experience with this Volvo service team. They always set timing expectations appropriately and do a thorough job, clear communication, and help prioritize what needs to be done. They also always help me understand cost (today) and future upcoming costs so I know what to expect. I ve been going to them for years because I have had the unfortunate experience of being taken advantage of at other locations. I trust them with my life (literally!).

I had a great experience at Riley Volvo in Stamford. I went in for an airbag replacement, and although the replacement was delayed a day because Of a defect in the replacement part, Ashley communicated this clearly And saw to it that it was expedited, when the correct part arrived. When the job was complete, she notified me immediately, and even had my car washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. This was above and beyond the call of duty and I recommend Riley to anyone with Volvo repair

Jared went above and beyond to help me with the 50k mile service for my XC90. He took the time to explain the recommended services and answered my many questions on the phone and via text. He was very responsive and worked hard to have my Volvo serviced in a timely manner. I highly recommend Stamford Volvo.

We had an amazing experience with Riley Volvo Cars in Stamford. We are foreigns in a country were negotiations happen differently and Riley Volvo Team was extremely supportive to our needs and search for a vehicle. We currently leave in Jersey City and we have no doubt we will go back to them when the time comes for us to search a new car. Also, our dealer William was very attentive, answering all our questions with clarity and respect. We couldn't have had a better experience with him and the whole Riley Volvo Cars Stamford team.

I was very happy to find Jared at Riley Volvo, Stamford. The Volvo service department in Westport, which had serviced my car in the past, would not any longer help me to service my older, wonderful beloved V90 van. Jared at Riley in Stamford welcomed me and in fact saw that my car was serviced excellently and returned to running beautifully once again. Service light FINALLY went off! Also recommended a very important future service to be done. Thank you Jared!! A very reassuring experience having my Volvo 98 van perfectly running again and serviced to perfection . I love my Volvo 98 and hope to keep it for a few more years.M

Been working with Riley Volvo since 1995. Kevin McGrath has delivered 11 of 14 cars over the past 23 years. Each time, the process is easier and experience gets better. This year was no exception. My wife loves her new plug in hybrid and we know that the service team is top notch and will keep her happy.

Best prices for Volvo parts. The service department was professional timely. Communication before during and after service was exceptional. I probably passed 20 Volvo dealerships between my house and Riley to get my car serviced there. Well worth the trip.

Bought the XC60 Recharge. The sales process was very straightforward as they work off invoice pricing so there's really no room to haggle other than trade-in value. I found out about Riley from a neighbor and Riley is like a neighborhood dealer...they take care of you. I've never had a car buying experience where it was this straightforward, hassle-free and so streamlined. Joe P. was great to deal with and he's been very generous in helping me with followup, post-purchase questions and assistance. AJ was great in helping me decide on warranty packages. I've already told friends to check out Riley. Lastly, we LOVE our XC60 Recharge. The whole experience couldn't have been better. Thank you, Joe and Riley!

Recently bought a pre-owned XC40, and my experience was great. I dealt with Dan and he was super nice and made the process quick and easy. When test driving I noticed the breaks were a little shakey, we mentioned we wanted it fixed before delivery and the car was good to go when I picked it up.Have had the car for about a month now and I love it! Would definitely recommend Riley Volvo and Dan as your salesman.

I ve leased/ purchased at least 6 cars from Lee Weston/ Riley Volvo over the past 10 years. We are a 4 car household and Lee has always been a trusted voice as I ve tried to navigate the changing needs of our family amidst the variable economic climate and its effects on auto lease/purchase rates. Car buying is my least favorite activity and I ve never had buyers remorse working with them.

Greatly improved over prior year.Have never had problems with this Volvo location, it was efficient but impersonal. Going this time, everyone I dealt with was exceptionally kind and sociable.Only con is how hard it is to get a loaner while your car is getting serviced.

He walked me through the service up front, and was very thorough, candid, and understanding as we went through some of the details of the additional service needs that came up. He was someone that was easy to trust. Also, drivers to and from my service appointment were very polite, helpful, and on time.

Ashley Principe provides the kindest, friendliest and most attentive service. I was in and out in exactly the time she promised. Waiting for service they had comfortable couches, tea and coffee and snacks. The service dept. is efficient and thorough. We re very pleased with our experience at Riley s Volvo. We will be back again for sure!!

Do not use Stamford Volvo service department! Our car was picked up in our driveway for routine maintenance by their valet, and returned to our driveway at the end of the day with a 2 foot crack in the windshield. There was no crack prior to their pick up. They did not take photos of our car in our driveway before they drove our car, as they are supposed to; rather, they took photos later at the dealership after the crack appeared. This happened on their watch and they refuse to take any responsibility. Worst part is the owner has been rude, unprofessional and unresponsive. We have 2 Volvos (3rd one previously) and we have had issues with them before, terrible customer service. Never again will we use them, drive to Westport, trust me! Since they will not respond to us anymore I have no choice but to share our experience with others.In response to your response below:This is inaccurate. Our windshield was not cracked until it was returned to us. Your protocol is to take photos before you drive a customer's car per your team. They claim this was not done because their app was not functioning; however, your valet had an iPhone so could have taken photos on his phone to document the so called crack, but he did not do this. Every dealer or rental car company takes photos before they drive a car specifically to document any existing damage. That is your issue for not following your own protocol. We now have a 2 foot crack in our windshield that happened on your watch. You offered to repair the windshield for $1600 or told us to file a claim with our insurance. We did not threaten to sue, we asked for your lawyer's contact information after the owner Jameson Riley was unresponsive. We are not unfairly blaming you, these are the facts and it is your responsibility to fix our windshield.

Had higher hopes, but unfortunately Stamford Volvo did not meet them. First to note, we did get the car from Stamford Volvo. I had an issue with my 2021 Volvo XC40 Recharge, and I called their service dept and there was absolutely 0 help. All I needed was a tire change (which they had in stock), and it was going to take 5 days after drop off to get the tire changed, with no option of a service car. I called up to Westport and not only did they immediately come get the car, but they gave me a loaner because they noticed the car was due for multiple services. I had the car back from Westport the next morning, and given that I had the loaner car I wasn't stuck. Great job Westport Volvo! Hopefully Stamford Volvo can learn a few things. :)

I will start off by saying that if I could leave zero stars I would. If you enjoy being treated like you are utterly irrelevant, then I d be inclined to recommend this establishment but if not, then this is not the place for you. I would like to give Lee Weston a shout out for his attitude and lack of service. Thanks, Riley Volvo.

Lee Weston is awful. I can back this up by saying the only thing in his personality is nitro cold brew. All I wanted was to lease a car. But no he kept talking about his north cold brew and was on his phone. I would rate this dealership a zero if I could

We had a very positive experience purchasing a 2022 Volvo XC 60 from Riley Volvo Stamford. Lee was great on the sales side, very thorough, knowledgeable and efficient, as well as personable. Jameson handled the car delivery paperwork and was also efficient and professional.We are pleased with our decision to purchase from Riley.

Update: I ve changed my review from 5 to 1 star. I d give them negative stars if I could. I tried to schedule a service appointment, here s how it went:9 (NINE) phone calls over three weeksSpoke with three peopleHung up on 4 timesLeft 2 voicemailsI finally gave up. One phone call to Volvo White Plains and I was scheduled. Awful. Just awful. It seems their sales are ok but clearly all they want to do is sell you a car. We won t be buying our next upgrade here.Great service and love my Volvo. The dealership is very minimalist with low pressure sales. Haven t used service dept yet.
