Had done business here before and went for an estimate. Was quoted a fair price, but was then given the alternative. They offered to fixing it on the spot, right there.I accepted and got my car back in 15 minutes. I won t mention the fee, because there was none. Great service by a professional companyHighly recommended

Phenomenal body shop! My ex boss hit my car (not the reason why he is my ex boss now, but it didn't help) and I ended up having to get quite a bit of work done. Not only was the work done to satisfaction (I'm not the easiest customer to deal with) and efficiently, there was no gap in communication! Courtney kept me up to date on every step and the work was seamless. My car wasn't just sitting in the shop for weeks. Additionally, it was fully detailed when it was returned! I needed a new wrap for the vehicle as well - and the work came out fantastic, which is no easy feat due to the curves. Seriously... You're doing yourself a disservice by not coming here first.

Came here as my Audi dealer recommended them (they are an Audi certified shop). Someone hit and ran on me and scuffed up/dented my bumper and front panel but after coming here you would never know. Car looks brand new, plus they did me a favor and swapped in a different grille for me at no extra cost. They also cleaned the inside and outside and I swear the rubber floor mats have never looked so good. I would come back or recommend this shop in a heartbeat to anyone, especially if you own a VW or Audi.Service: Body & Trim

Just had an incredible experience at Pray Auto Body! I went in to get an estimate to fix a bumper (I had an unfortunate incident in my garage!). I was expecting a major ordeal and was pleasantly surprised and grateful when Courtney took the car down to the shop and came back saying they were able to fix it. When I asked what I owed, she said nothing . I was shocked!I have used Pray in the past for other repairs and the reason I went back is because they do great work and operate a professional and honest business. They have my highest recommendation!

Pray Auto Body Shop fixed all the dents and damage on my 2023 Tesla Y (from fallen debris off a negligent pick up truck on the Merritt in Greenwich). John Licursi was a true professional in working with the insurance company. While I was spun into circles by the insurance company tactics, John stepped in and took care of all communication with the insurance company. My Tesla Y was restored to new within the original timeline estimated (less than a week). It looks absolutely beautiful. I was stranded the day my car was completed and they drove it to my home in North Stamford. It was a lovely ending to a horrific situation.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I went there a couple of months ago and the guy that was working with me literally made me feel unworthy because i had high deductible. He said he would give me a call to give me an estimate. NEVER DID! I guess he thought because i had a high deductible i would not be worth looking. I honestly did not care about the insurance I would of pay outright. I went to another body shop and just payed cash. I hope the owner sees this because thats bad business. You should never put someone down because you think he don t have the money.

Great customer service. John is excellent. I received timely and accurate updates about my vehicle status.I did not have to go through the process of dealing with the insurance company which saved me a lot of time. John took care of it very well.This was my first time at a body shop and the team was professional in answering all my questions.I chose this body shop based on the reviews from other customers and I am greatly satisfied with the work done on my 2018 Accord. I would recommend this to anyone.

Very happy with the service I received from Pray Auto Body. My car was hit in parking lot so I brought it to Pray to fix the damage and they did a perfect job. Not only was it shiny and new on the outside, but they cleaned the interior as well, which I was not expecting. That was a great touch. The Pray Body Shop team rules. Jonathan was not just helpful, he was also willing to explain exactly what had to be fixed, why, and what it'd take to get the job done. When he said the repair would take a week, he meant it: I dropped my car on Monday and it was ready to roll by Friday morning. Plus, Jonathan and his crew gave me a check-in call to let me know how the job was progressing.With Pray, the experience of getting your car fixed isn't an anxiety-inducing prospect. Whether you know next to nothing about cars or are a passionate auto fanatic, this team will guide you through what needs to get done in order to have you back your vehicle quickly.

Honest, great paint job, and John (the manager) is very polite and professional, I highly recommend this shop. My 2018 Audi Q7 needed a rare door replacement after a minor accident past Winter. I called several authorized Audi repair shops in Bronx and North of NYC and, while the prices were similar, Pray Body was the only one that provided a fair quote without including unnecessary work that other shops suggested to do. The paint job and color matching were outstanding, it is impossible to see that the door has been repaired. The job quality was great -- the new door is tight, closes/opens smoothly and it is waterproof. There was a few days delay due to some minor assembling parts put back incorrectly by a mechanic, but John was very polite and helpful in fixing these problems. If I ever need a car body work again, I will certainly return back to Pray Body Shop.

You have to go to Pray Body Shop!Fastest and best customer service ever!I walked in one day to get my hood fixed. Phil was very pleasant and explained that I would need to call my insurance company and get an estimate. I called my insurance company and forwarded Phil the estimate. My insurance company quoted me 3 days for the repairs to be done. Phil told me to bring the car in. I dropped it off Monday after work. Tuesday, Courtney, the owner, told me my car was ready. They even fixed a part of my car where someone had keyed it. I didn t even tell them it was there! Best auto body shop ever! 100% recommend this place!

My Tesla got banged up above the rear wheel after someone swiped it in a parking garage. Pray did an excellent job bringing back into shape. Really friendly and communicative front office, worked well with the insurance company and made the process very easy for me. The car came back immaculate, cleaned inside and out, paint matched perfectly. Could not be happier with the results. Highly recommended.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The Body Shop for body shops!I am the proud owner of an S4. Recently the carrier damaged the vehicle on its shipment from Tampa Fl. The driver saw his scratch & tried to fix it himself which of course only made the situation worse. Courtney was extremely helpful & the team at Pray Auto Restorations is second to none. They were able to correct the flaws that the driver caused, as well as improve upon the repair job that the body shop in Tampa did. They truly are a restoration specialist. There's a difference between shops looking to earn as much as possible on insurance jobs, & shops that truly take pride in their work. Pray is certainly the later of the two. I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism & quality of work. Second to none. I will continue to bring my vehicles to them despite having a friend of the family who owns a body shop themselves here in Stamford

I had a great experience at Pray. I had some unfortunate body damage to a new car. The repair work was done to perfection. They were incredibly professional and accommodating. I found their prices to be very fair/reasonable. More importantly they went out of their way to work with me and make sure my experience there was a good one. I would not hesitate to recommend Pray to others.

I could not have been happier with the service at Pray. When they picked up my car after an accident, I thought it would never be the same. Instead, it looked just as good as the day I first bought it years ago! After accidentally scraping the rear side of my car and tearing my bumper I was referred to Jon at Pray. The staff was very friendly, and worked with me to get the job done as quickly as possible since I was paying out of pocket for my rental. I picked up my car this morning and it looks amazing. My car was involved in an accident and they were extremely polite and cooperative. They did a really good job fixing my vehicle as well. They fixed my car 4 days before the estimated time. I would definitely recommend these guys if you are looking to get autobody repair done.

I was very impressed by quality of the work and the professionalism of the entire team! My BMW was Dented in the passenger door by a shopping cart. The were able to get my car looking as good a new and on timely manner. Highly recommend this Auto body shop.

The Pray team is an extremely patient, kind, honest, and competent professional group. They worked with me through every aspect of my automobile accident in order to help me get my vehicle towed out of NYC, find a rental car and work with my insurance claim. John was wonderful to work with, making a difficult process easier.Additionally, Chris Hughes was equally as wonderful and patient as John, helping me navigate the process with patience and humor.John and the entire team understood my needs for a quick turn around and worked to ensure that, not only did I get my car back quickly the workmanship was outstanding. One would never know that a Mac truck ran into my car. I definitely made the right call that day when I dialed up Pray Body Shop.I am truly grateful to John and Chris for all their efforts, and would not hesitate to recommend the Pray Body Shop to others.

Great Experience!!! The work is always done in a timely matter, but more importantly the work is done RIGHT!!!! the first time. I came in for minor work on a leased vehicle, it looks amazing and here is the best part if when I go to turn the car in the dealership isn't happy Pray stands by there work and will fix it until the dealership is happy!! now that's true testament to there work!!John, Chris, Hamza, and the whole time at Pray auto body are amazing they treat you like family.I refer them to EVERYONE!!

I had my Tesla towed to Pray Body Shop one and a half months ago, I got very frustrated with the entire process in the beginning. As soon as their owner/manager got engaged, they explained the process professionally and helped to move things faster with Tesla ordering system. This review is long overdo.I would recommend this shop to anyone. Incredible customer service and a quality job done on my car door that was scratched up. Looks brand new!When I came to pick up my car (which was done a lot quicker than expected) I had the privilege of meeting the family that owns the shop. Such lovely people!If I ever need work done again, I will definitely be dropping off my car here.

My car was badly side- ended. After researching and ending up with Pray, they took care of the car from start to finish. John was very professional and was very patient enough, for my entire set of questions and car was delivered very good at the end. I would recommend them for any type of car collision related issues....

2 weeks ago we had a slight accident. Did my due diligence and asked around "what's a good auto body shop?" The feedback we got from coworkers and friends was "Go to Prays!" We delivered the car last week Tuesday and this morning we picked it up. John and his team were super kind, patient, answered all our questions, direct to the point and totally understanding when we realized we needed the car sooner than expected. Not only did he and his team get the repair done in time, but I picked up what looks like a brand new car at 8am as promised. Thanks @praybodyshop

Within the last month, I was in 2 car accidents and Pray Auto worked on my Audi A4. The car looks brand new and they cleaned the vehicle top to bottom upon arrival for pick-up. The customer service from Geico was absolutely stellar and seamless (even when it came to renting a vehicle in the interim). For Fairfield County, the prices are fair for the amount of work they're doing. The only reason why I will not provide 5 stars is when I picked up the car the first time- the techs left dried white paint on my headlight, which I had to clean off. Other than that, good experience!

Top of the notch five star work and excellent customer service. I have been a client of Pray for the last 13 years. An insurer recommended them to me, I used them one, never looked anywhere else after that. Came back with other insurers claims and on my own. Got to know very well John, the General Manager, excellent professional.

I park my car in a public lot everyday while at work. I would typically ignore any dings I got due to the cost of repairs and inconvenience of dropping my car off. I no longer worry about this because Pray provides a courtesy ride back to the train station, so there is no delay in my morning. Their work brings any damage back to its original look without hurting my wallet. Highly recommended in Stamford and any surrounding areas if you don't have all the time in the world like other shops will take.
