Stay away! Brought my vehicle here because of insurance recommendation. There was absolutely NO communication from the shop as to what was wrong and what was being done to my car. The people who work here are harsh and not friendly. My car came out with problems that it didn't have before going in.I would also be wary of some of the reviews here as it looks like they are reviewing themselves to bump their ratings.

This family business is full of sharks! Do not trust your vehicle here! I want to get the word out about this business. They overcharge your insurance company and jack up your premiums. We all pay for this over time. I don t know how these people sleep at night. I am sickened by the treatment I received, as well as my car. Stay away from this place!!!

Without question the best body shop around. Great customer service, great workmanship and they make the entire process easy. I've had small jobs and large repairs done with them... Doesn't matter the size... I recently had my car repaired & was very happy with the service. The whole process was made easy from estimate to repair. I was anxious of issues with matching the paint as I read online my particular color could be a challenge. The staff explained their process to matching & indicated to me there should be no issues. When I picked up the car we did a walk around to ensure my satisfaction. The car looked great!! They paint match beautifully & I was extremely satisfied.

I brought my Tesla Model S in for repairs from a fender bender. From the owners to everyone that worked on it- very impressed. Frank was fabulous and very helpful throughout the entire ordeal. Their prices were much more reasonable than what other auto body shops were quoting. Thanks to the entire staff for your dedication and hard work to getting it done right! As an added bonus, enterprise was right on site so renting a car was super easy!

My car was vandalized throughout and Frank and the Lobalbo team made sure to return my car in amazing condition. Repairs were done quickly, drop off and pick up processes were very easy and painless, and the car was detailed beautifully. Their customer service was more than exceptional. Thank you!!!

Had a hit and run incident and came here for repairs. It was a breeze going through the process, when car issues are anxiety provoking. They mean it when they said "We'll take care of it". My car looked so beautiful when I got it back. Literally looked new. Special thank you to Andy :-) You guys are all amazing! MK

I have been using this shop since my old car got hit and run in 2012. They are always very fair with their pricing and will do what it takes to make sure you are satisfied with their work. I am very glad to have a trusted shop to work on my car. It s worth the drive to Stamford to maintain such a great working relationship with this shop.

I've brought my car to Lobalbo Brothers twice now, each time for highly complex body work involving things like trim, headlight cover replacements, bumper replacement, rocker panel replacement, door and fender repairs, mirror repairs, you name it.Unlike my experience with other area body shops, LoBalbo provided accurate estimates of the time repairs will take and extremely fair rates for work and parts. No more calling the shop 2 weeks after your work was due to be done - my car was ready on time, and the current status of repairs was quickly communicated to me when I checked in.The quality of the body work is impeccable, there's no feeling quite like picking up your formerly damaged vehicle to find it looking like said damage never even happened!Services: Painting, Auto glass repair, Body & Trim

Excellent service. My car was damaged twice within the space of 2 weeks and Both timesThey fixed it within the time specified. Having both the geico insurance assessor and the car rental people based there is a huge plus. These guys come highly recommended

Work was done efficiently ! Staff is helpful. I am no expert however I can say for sure to naked eye the quality of work is feels very good.It is apparent that a great deal of thought and care goes into how they deliver their finish product!side note: a shout out enterprise guy (Brandon) who works their very help and cordial.

The Best experience in everything.From the time I walked in to the time I picked up my car. Excellent customer service very friendly and reassuring that my car was in great hands. Being in a Geico customer my rental was ready and the work being done on my car was completed the next day. I made a biggest mistake fixing my car at this place. First of all rude personal, delayed service, and they charge more money than repair costs itself.In addition, when I picked up my car it had a quite notisable scratches and smelled so bad inside.I believe they have high demand, therefore their work suffers and is rushed to get to the next.I will NOT reccomend this place at all. Please take your time, do the research and ask around, I am sure there are better shops out there.

Had a wonderful experience with LoBalbo Brothers Auto Body. The owners and entire staff (including Geico & Enterprise) are super friendly and caring. The inside and outside of the premises are impeccable. Everything went smoothly - from drop off, rental car, pick up - all in one location. Our vehicle came out like new - couldn't be happier. If anyone needs auto body work - this is the place to go! Thanks Al & staff! :)

I have never had such wonderful, kind, and professional treatment like I did when I went to Lobalbo's. They're honest and hardworking individuals that run a wholehearted Italian family business that anyone would be proud to be a part of. They take care of your car regardless of its value or condition but most importantly, they put they're all into making you happy! We're so relieved to know that in a city full of questionable auto technicians, the Lobalbo's are on our side and can proudly stand next to their work and boast. Thank you gentlemen!

The ONLY place in Fairfield County to get your auto body done. Very friendly customer service. Beautiful work from people that know what they're doing, and actually care. They go above and beyond. Price was exactly as quoted. And the car looks brand new. Great job, LoBalbo Bros!! Thank you.

One of the worst experience dealing with any body shop or garage! Decided to go there as they as one of the Xpress shops for Geico! Got an estimate of 5 days and was given the car back after 15 days with no communication. Had to call them up 10 times a day to get any kind of response! Frank the guy I dealt with is a complete liar! Even after picking up the car the only reason given for a 300% delay on giving the car back was it took extra days to get the door in which had to replaced! Which was absolute bull***t!!Would absolutely warn against going to this place!!!

Would give minus stars if possible. My car came back damaged and dirty. Scratches and holes on the new sunroof. Ceiling of the car was dirty. Oil/dirt finger marks all over ceiling. Sunroof rattles now when I drive. Not sure how they are in business.

They claimed to have repaired everything with new parts, but instead only fixed a portion of the damage. They charged my insurance for a new bumper, but left the damaged one on. They also wrote up an estimate with parts that don't even belong on my model vehicle, and even zip-tied my oil cooler back together rather than replacing it! I brought my car to a legitimate shop for a second look, and there was $3,500 in damage that was never addressed! Turns out they pocketed some of the money from insurance rather than ordering new parts, and I had to take them to court after they stopped taking my calls.Lies, insurance fraud, and really bad body work. Avoid at all cost!

Awesome! My brand new 2015 Terrain had 400 miles on it when someone hit me. When I picked the car up, it looked just like it did when I drove it off the lot. They are amazing and do a fantastic job!! Thanks guys!!!!

few Months back , they repaired my Prius and for some reason Last week I had some problem with my cars trunk . I came here today for re repair . manager A is very professional and service oriented . They solved the problem very quickly . I definitely recommend using Labalbo west .
