Biamllelys Gonzalez is a great sales associate! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a vehicle. She's knowledgeable, patient and thorough. She's definitely an asset to Kia Stamford.Also I must recognize Dave, Terry and TJ. Kia Stamford makes you feel like you're apart of a family. I've never felt like they were just pushing any deal on me to sell a vehicle. It is unbelievable if you call to this location for recall service than they will consider you second priority customer and will NOT schedule the time you want , even the slot is available. i will request KIA management to take it series otherwise if the customer have any accident due to the Service call we can SUE the company. frustrated customer service. let me call to my Lawyer---

They had my kia forte for half a year due to it needing a new engine not to mention its still under warranty, Anytime I called to get any update they told me another month the only reason I was able to even getbit back in that time frame was call kia coporate. After I got it back had to take it back a week later because of a recycled thermostat they gave me car ended up overheating and I never got reimbursed for anything including the tow truck. I haven't really had the best experience with stamford kia at all.

I started shopping for this car back in late 2020, first meeting B in the showroom to discuss the possibility of leasing vs financing, she was super friendly and helpful. I finally decided on the car I wanted (K5 GT) in January and called to confirm when they would get one in stock. I spoke to Kevin who told me the anticipated ship dates and suggested I could come in and discuss the financials ahead of time so I wouldn't need to do anything on the day of pickup. I set a time and dropped in, Kevin was wrapping a meeting with another couple, so Dave came over and offered to have me sit with him. At first I was like "hold up that's my sales rep over there, I feel bad" and he very frankly explained that's not how we do it here, we all help each other, and true to his word we chatted like pals for 20 minutes about how awesome this new model was, and when Kevin was free he came over and we picked up where we'd left off on the phone. I left that day putting a deposit on a car that may not have existed at the time, but I was assured it would a) be fully refundable and b) guaranteed I had first look and chance to buy when it did come in. I was without a car during this period of time, so once we'd finished talking Kevin offered to give me a ride home, rather than having me pay for another $20 Uber, that was pretty cool of him.Fast forward 3 months I've been emailing back and forth with Kevin once every few weeks, first he sent me the dealers copy of the PDF covering everything the car had. Then we discussed cost of leasing vs financing and what it would look like with different payment periods and down-payments, he also was super diligent on tracking Kia's incentives to help keep the price in my ballpark. I did at one point try to say, "yea but you could probably knock another 2k off and that would make this a done deal" to which Kevin took the time to show me exactly where the costs where going, and like other people reviewing here said, zero smoke and mirrors. I then started checking the pricing of these cars across the US and Canada, and found that they were all selling +/- $500 of what I was quoted.I had a long talk about this with Terry the finance manager there (who is also AWESOME), and he shared a story from years earlier when the car business was a lot more unrestricted, gone are those days for the majority of buyers and sellers (exotics aside). They explained they had a small inventory and small lot, and could bring in X number of vehicles at a time, so this was more about breaking the mold of stereotypical dealerships and salesmen, and creating a transparent, friendly, inviting place that people had such a good experience with they shared it with their friends and families.And honestly, that's exactly what happened. Kevin kept me posted all the way up to delivery, we had no idea what color would be sent to them (the release was very limited, 1 GT1 package per dealership, and 7 possible colors), so when it came in Black (which is what I had asked for) Kevin literally called me jumping up and down, sending me pictures of it via text message.I waited months to write this to make sure it was not just the honeymoon phase. I brought home my car on April 2nd 2021 and the good people at Kia of Stamford made the experience a true pleasure. I recommend anyone who is shopping for a Kia to check them out, go in with an open mind and realistic expectations and you will be pleasantly surprised.-Jon

Had a great experience at this Kia dealership! Very friendly staff and got a beautiful new Sorento just within a couple days. Steven made the test drive, paperwork, and pick up not only painless but super fun and you can t really say that often about going to a car dealership. Very happy with the experience and my new car!

Kia of Stamford was an amazing place, I went there to lease the last Stinger they had on the lot and they made me feel at home. They did everything possible to cut me breaks and to make sure I would get the best deal possible while maintaining a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. I would recommend this place to anyone. The sales rep Terry (TJ) was a top class professional, he was knowledgeable about the product and had just the right level of humor to keep an otherwise draining process refreshing and exciting. The Sales manager Dave was absolutely amazing, he looked out more than anyone I ve run into at other dealerships, an incredibly good and upstanding guy, he said he d help me out whenever I would come back for the Stinger and he kept his word. You should Definitely check this place out if you re in the market for a Kia or a car in general, I m sure they will do everything they can to help you get the best deal.

I have been a long time customer of the brand and the dealership but I have unfortunately steadily witnessed customer service downgrade.I recently brought my car for an overall checkup. Kia missed most of the issues I knew of, and told me that my brakes were on the verge of being dangerously dead. That surprised me because I had changed my brakes a year earlier and only drove my car 4000 miles a year. When I brought it to a different garage, they confirmed that my breaks were practically new.As a male, I can only guess how much worse their lies and scare tactics must be with women I have lost all trust in that dealership and will only go to them as a very last resort.

B was amazing! She was so easy to talk to and didn t make you feel pressured to buy a car. B had answers to all my questions and if she didn t know she made sure to find out. She made my transaction as smoothly as possible. I would highly recommend if your in the market for a new car or a new lease definitely make an appointment with her!
