Five Stars for Greenwich Auto Spa!! Besides consistently providing a consistently high quality wash they also provide great service. I went recently and had left a light cover on my car that was broken during my wash. With no hesitation the manager immediately reassured me they would replace it for me and shortly after I received a replacement. Greenwich Auto Spa truly goes above and beyond for their customers.

I had unintentionally drove my wrangler through wet concrete that had hardened on my car and was worried because of how stubborn it was when trying to remove through several car washes. I brought my car to get detailed here and the results BEYOND exceeded my expectations! The service was quick, the employees were kind and honest, and the price was absolutely and truly unbeatable. My car looks brand new again, I could not be happier with the results!! I highly recommend!!!

Took my C6Z there for a tint and roof wrap job. Roberto knocked it out of the park and Dorian went out of his way to get the car detailed. Never seen my car as clean as I saw it when I picked up from Greenwich Auto Spa. Been there a few times since then, and the team there knocks it out of the park every single time. Just talk to Adam, Dorian or Roberto for anything you need from work on the car to paint to tint or just a quick wash!Services: Scratch removal, Polishing, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Car waxing

Absolutely fantastic car wash experience at Greenwich Auto Spa! The family that owns it is incredibly friendly and attentive going the extra mile to ensure costumer satisfaction. I took my old Prius for a detailed car wash and now the interior looks brand new. Highly recommend.

I have a 2021 BMW X4 and a 2022 M5. They take care of my car and they do it at a great pace. I m never there more than 15 minutes. Even though they use it s a machine wash, they do not leave swivel marks on your car. The shine lasts for days and they do not leave residue. They are excellent for a good wash. They also have an amazing detail shop. Their cars come out absolutely stunning. They know how to treat your carServices: Polishing, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

This is by far the worst customer service i have ever experienced. They hang up phones on you. There s never any available times for a car wash! To be honest never been to a hand car wash that takes appointments! Jajaja! Not sure how is this place still in business. Don t waste your time with this place, they are garbage.

I stopped by for a basic wash and it was just like the name- basic af.I got back into my car and my phone holder was under the seat (the reps did not place the item back onto the vent)Horrible interior vacuum job and the windows were not cleaned correctly nor dried. The window is still wet!I will not return unfortunately.

The Greenwich Auto Spa team are top notch and did an amazing hand wash/wax service on my 2008 Audi RS4. Absolutely made the paintwork come to life and restored that showroom shine. Definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for hand wash and detailing.

Had a great experience! Man who answered phone was friendly, squeezed me in right away during my lunch break. They did a great job cleaning my interior and shampooing, and took the time to dry it well also.

The team at Greenwich Auto Spa is simply the best in the area. Very professional, knowledgeable about dealing with high end and exotic cars, prompt and an all around good value. They did an amazing job with ceramic treatment inside and out on my Ferrari most recently. Greenwich AutoSpa crashed my car into the wall. It s literally insane that this is a legally operating business. They mistakenly put my car in drive it came rolling out of the car wash and hit the wall. Both the owner Dan and his mechanic roberto proceeded to lie to me about having parts for 5 weeks straight. They told me to come in twice but couldn t show me parts when I arrived, wasting my time and gas. I finally dropped my car off without seeing the parts and they sent me a picture of it being worked on, and boxed up parts, and told me it would be finished today on a certain day, and then on that day they told me they were still waiting on parts (they sent me pics of someone else s parts to get me off their back). They are never going to fix it, and now I have to go through insurance. They will lie straight to your face, they will ignore your every call and text, they will hold your car for as long as they want while they ignore you. P.S. they ll respond to this saying my cars gear shifter is misaligned or my car switched itself into drive, more lies Shut this place down.

Did not do a good work on my Kia. The whole process of cleaning was done so fast that I even doubted myself. I later saw that they didn t even clean the back seats. You can see in the images I ve posted. Carpet is still the same dirty and untouched.And the second pic shows there was a spot from before on the windshield. No one even touched that spot. Wet cloth stains were left everywhere on the windshield.

Amazing auto spa ! Spa? Because not only does this car come out clean but also smelling amazing. I had a few scratches I was worried about & it was taken care of. Car was inspected before returning & I couldn t be happier with the service. This place has gone to hell. Extremely long wait time with poor customer service. Interior wipe down was subpar at best doors left dirty and floor mats were soaking wet. Unacceptable!

Will never take my car anywhere else! Best detailing and car wash I ve ever been to! I would usually clean my car and think it was clean until I brought it here! When I got my car back I didn t think it was even my car that s how clean it was. Got in and smelt brand new!
