This was my second time trying out their services, the first time my car was ready and I was never notified of it until I called back many times asking for it until I got a hold of someone. Additionally I requested a receipt for the work that was done and I never got it. I was always told they were going to do it and were working on it and to just wait.Recently, I came in for an estimate/quote for bumper repair and was told to come back another day on their time to pick up a written estimate. I did and then was told to wait for an email with the estimate attached because he had not printed and forgot. 5 days went by and I got no call and no email. I called many times until finally David answered and explained to me he had forgot and invited me to come in, on his day/ his time to pick up a printed copy. When I came in, he apologized again because he did not have anything printed nor written up. He explained that ever since the first day I came inquiring about the estimate his computer system was not working. And went on to further mention that he has no access to his system nor any access to order car parts. He said his computer technician came in and had no idea what was going on. you do the math. Additionally From the beginning I made it clear that time was very important to me due to the nature of my visit, the estimate was for an insurance claim. I am completely unsatisfied with their service, my time was not respected nor was my offer to do business, I will never be coming back here again. Highly do not recommend. Unprofessional, terrible service.

Terrible! Do not go here!!!. My heat needed to be fixed in my car. First round at the shop the car came back even more messed up. The fan they installed was broken. But it also came back to me with my remote starter not working, and my automatic window wasn t working , and the lock made a loud click.. brought it back and they had to take it to another place to fix my starter and my window. Lock still clicking loud at this point and fan still is broken. Take car back 2 more times and the last time to put the correct fan in. But at this point the loud click for the lock turned into very loud cranking noise. David Ortiz s refused to fix it claiming it wasn t from what they did! I had it confirmed that it was broken when the batter was put in wrong. The same door that had the window problem that they had to fix. Mind you, it was paid in advanced while all this was still happening. I am still driving around with a very loud noise when I have to lock me car. They brushed me off and gave me back a broken car. I have all the text receipts and problems documented but they will not fix it as a part of what they broke the last time! Outrageous! DO NOT GO HERE!

I blew a tire and by sheer luck I was 2 blocks away. OLD-FASHIONED SERVICE WITH A SMILE!! You don t find this kind of service and people anymore these days. I didn t know auto repair places like this exist but East Main auto is actually a very honest and fair priced automotive repair shop. The owner took time to explain my vehicles issues, as well as allow me to compare prices with competitors. Of which they were by far the cheapest. The honesty, transparency and fair pricing will keep me coming back.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Was given a price of $369.44 for front brakes and rotors. When I went to pick up the car the total was $441.69 plus tax(26.37) plus some other charge called NCA($14.35). I know I have to pay tax but they flat out raised the price with no good reason. Dave is a soft spoken nice guy bit a complete liar.Service: Auto brake repairService: Auto brake repair

I went to the shop for battery change and front shock repair. I was told by the head mechanic that they will have to get the original battery and shocks from BMW and put all original same as car already has. I was told repeatedly that they would get the original parts from BMW shop. But after the repair, the battery and shocks that were put in my car were not the same as original BMW and it was from their own shop, they also refused to give me bills of the battery and shocks purchases. They just handed me 3 liners bill of 1150 bucks. People are good to talk to but lies means something fishy going on for sure. But I guess thats how business is done and money is made.Learnt a good lesson today!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Battery

Blew up a belt on the Merritt, towed the car there and really expected some serious drama on my bill. Nope, they got the belt delivered while i went to lunch and had me out of there fast! The best part is that the entire bill was much, much lower than i expected and i was in the road again with a functioning car and still plenty of scratch. Thank you East Main!.

This place is great!It is owned by several brothers. They always explain and show me what the problem is, not that I know anything about the internal combustion engine!Most importantly, they are extremely reasonable, honest, and reliable.Sadly, I totaled my old Honda and had to buy a new one...But I will continue to use them in the future!

This place has top quality customer service. I received great service on aan oil change on my 2006 Maxima, the following week I stopped by with my other vehicle, with no appointment during a busy time of the day. They saved me a load of money by running a quick check on my 2006 Mariner. Although they did not have an immediate opening to take care of the job, but ran the check for me and I went else where to get the job done. If they did not help me on this, I would have waited to get the truck fixed which would have led to a break down. Very grateful to them for this and will recommend them for their service. Thanks guys!

Take your vehicle here first! I highly recommend East Main Auto. the service is great. I've taken all of my vehicles there for the last 4 years. they have done everything from oil change, routing maintenance, breaks, and accident repairs. East Main auto has been a one stop shop for me. The prices are fair and honest, which is hard to come by in that industry.

Wors mechanics got charged $650 for rear calipers give me the car with out breaks,and the car was there for 3 days, then I was talk the car needs rear break hosses.I find a previous mechanic that used to do work for me,talk me I don't need the hosses and the caliper one was new and the other one was old

I fetched my car's seat belt for them. All the need to do is replacing the seat belt. And it took them more than one hour to simply put the seat belt on. They charge me 155 dollars for their inefficiency. With all respect I myself can do it within half an hour. The guy said he is looking for the screw that can fit my car.

East Main Auto is a great place to get your car checked and fixed, Dave and Gus, and the East Main Auto Staff are very Knowledgeable about the work they do, they are willing to answer any of your Questions at anytime, they're Reasonable, Honest, and Loyal to their customer and they treat you like family. I will Recommend anyone to come and enjoy a wonderful experience in getting your car fixed.

Broke down in front of their driveway ....next day they wanted to change distributor wires and do a tune up.. they really had no idea what had happened. .they cleaned up the distributor and charged me $250 dollars ..that fix lasted 30 minutes to take to my mechanic.who changed to a new distributor for the same price. ..oh well I guess I paid the one day parking at their garage...dishonest. ..

Test drive your car after service is completed and do not pay cash. I learned this the hard way after using this mechanic for car service. After complaining that the job was poorly done their response was nothing could be done to fix the car. Stay away...especially women

horrible , first of all they look forever and a day to get back to me I would call the shop everyday and still no answer. He tried to make me pay for a piece that I didn t even need because he couldn t find the problem
