My truck had water coming into the cab. I thought it was coming from a bad seal on the windshield. Bink's diagnosed the root cause (not the windshield) and fixed it within 2 hours for a very reasonable price. Helpful staff. The worst glass company out of Stamford, I would advice you to go to another company, There customer service is horrible, the work they do isn t good. Definitely not worth your business. There to many glass company that do a better job than them.Service: InstallationService: Installation

Got a small windshield crack from a flying stone. Wanted it fixed so I wouldn't have to replace the windshield when it gets cold and the crack extends.Work was done in about an hour the day after I called, and the insurance company waived the deductible. So far, so good.Friendly and professional bunch.The real test is one of the windshield is still in good shape in a year or so, but right now we're doing great.Edit: 8 months in, windshield looks fine

Excellent experience with Binks. Notified them I wanted OEM glass over aftermarket for my Audi S3 windshield replacement. They gave a good quote. Were able to take my car early and offer me coffee. Quality of the work seems good. I would go there again and recommend

after coming out to measure and assess a broken window, they said they'd get right back to me with an estimate. i called 8 times over a two month period (kevin) and never once received a return phone call, no message. on the few occassions when he actually picked up his phone, he had no excuse beyond 'i'll call you tomorrow'. when i asked if i could speak with the owner, i was told no, that i should speak with kevin! on the basis of this, i'd say they are terribly unreliable....be careful and realize that you are taking chances. it's been over two months and my job is still not complete.

Fixed my front windshield and timely manner and front desk receptionist was very helpful and friendly. I got better service than the other competitors

Does not return calls, lies about it. Very unprofessional , just plain bad business! I would never consider trying to do business with this place or recommend them to anyone.
