I waslooking for a used SUV in a certain price range for several months and came across Bianco motors on Carfax. So the next day I decided just to show up at their location no emails no text no phone calls in advance I just walked in and was greeted by a friendly crew. I met with Ed, who was no pressure. He took me to the vehicle I was inquiring about and started with a test drive.Did some basic paperwork struck a deal and within 2 days they had everything ready for me to pick up. They went out of their way to make sure everything was in top shape on the vehicle.Highly recommend them and by all means see Ed as he is a true gentleman.

BEWARE. Do not believe the happy reviews here like I did. I bought a car from them in January 2024. First of all, they charge more than what the ads say - they try to convince you that you're buying a complete servicing and charge you like $800 for it. Secondly, they told me the car had a "clean Carfax". Well, I discovered the air conditioning didn't work, and when I went to get it fixed, my mechanic said the car had been hit in the front end, and that the radiator had been replaced, and that the condenser (mounted in front of the radiator) had not. So much for a "Clean Carfax." "You got a really solid car," the salesman Ed told me. Well, after a bunch of Check Engine lights, we discovered the computers which are located under the seats were filled with green gunk, meaning the car had been flooded. I've spent $1500 so far on this supposedly perfect car they sold me. Do NOT shop here.

I needed to buy something reliable and safe for my mother do drive without breaking the bank. Ed greeted us right away and within minutes narrowed down the perfect SUV for my mother. These guys are good. I got a good car. I was happy with the price. Just go over the car with a fine tooth comb and be sure to point out anything and everything that should or could offer some further negotiation of the price. They are used car sales people. That should say all your need to know. They will take advantage of whatever they can. Good luck.

Lie if you want to whomever you feel the need to including Google. My bank gave me money back so I'm happy. As for some constructive criticsim, you should probably educate yourself and your employees. I know exactly what a powertrain warranty covers. Not my fault a non salesman gave me a warranty that you didn't authorize. Thankfully Honda was able to fix my car. Best of luck to you and your business.

We needed an inexpensive but reliable car for our teen boys and went to Bianco to see what they had. Ed and his team were very helpful and courteous. Ed is a stand up gentleman, not a sleazy salesman, and sells great cars. Just got an awesome 2012 F150 that looks brand new, for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Bianco Auto Sales for anyone looking to buy a nice used car from a more intimate dealership.

My family had the opportunity to work with Ed at Bianco Motors. Process was straight forward as far as paperwork is concerned.Considering we needed a car and the registration etc was not ready, Ed offered to provide us with dealer plate while he and his team work on the registration process.When all was set, he offered to drive to my house due to scheduling conflict to deliver and install the plates. He is very courteous to deal with overall.

My experience at Bianco Auto Sales was a great one! Ed was professional, detailed, easygoing and made the car buying process a smooth one! The car was for my parents and he answered all our questions and went above and beyond! We was pleased with our purchase and highly recommend Bianco Auto Sales! We went to other dealerships and got different numbers and nowhere near the time and effort Bianco Auto Sales gave us!!!! Definitely go see Ed!

I had a great experience with Laura. She talked me through everything and made sure I understood what I was doing. Being young and unsure of how to get a car she helped me figure it out and I m so thankful to her for it. She especially helped whilst talking to my Brother who spoke to her more when I wasn t able to at the time. I highly recommend seeing her when looking for a vehicle here. Again so grateful to Laura she was super kind and easy to talk to.

For the record, I never write reviews, but I had to for Bianco. Ed is a really genuine, good person. Even though the sale didn't work out, he was so kind to really work with my situation simply out of the kindness of his heart. Not only that, but the services they would provide so that you can ride off with a nice functioning car are great. This is truly a great place to buy your next car!

Throughout the purchase of a new Subaru Outback, Ed made the process wonderful. He was excellent with his timing, management and reliability. Sold me a car with a bad transmission that was replaced a day later just to find out the transmission that blew was actually never replaced. Now that I m trying to get out of the car and into something else (and rolling the balance) they want nothing to do with me. Save yourself time and go elsewhere.

Bianco helped us out of a wild jam over the summer and I couldn't be more thankful to them.Our car ended up destroyed on a road trip this summer and we needed a replacement in Connecticut. We found Bianco nearby and figured we would give them a try. It could have been a very bad situation for us but they were incredibly helpful and kind.They helped my husband drive hours to the bank in New York to get our check before they closed. They kept my daughter and I company all day while we did paperwork and unpacked the car. They found us a car that worked for us and we love it. It is a big upgrade for us too. Our daughter calls it the Batcar.If you are in the market for a used vehicle I would recommend them.

This Establishment is very professional. I had the opportunity to purchase a car through Albert, and he was Fantastic, super attentive and very organized, which made the buying process a breeze with no stress. Albert communication is a 10 he listens and explains things very clearly. I highly recommend him if you ever see a car you like from here he is your go-to guy. I picked up my 2010 Subaru Outback this morning. Car is great and these guys are great. Anyone who left a less than stellar review doesn t get it. They hustle to find great vehicles for new drivers or folks that need an extra ride for an affordable price. The process is courteous and efficient. Used cars are used cars. Things will need fixing over time. Thats life. Strongly recommend.

I posted absolutely no comment but left the 1 star. Whoever is writing/answering to these comments is ridiculous wrong it's a business like any other come with someone who knows about cars otherwise you are likely to get screwed.

I had a great experience working with Ed. I went in knowing which car I wanted, and Ed made the whole process smooth and easy. He even went out of his way to make sure my financing was where I needed it to be! My car is amazing and I'm really happy I want with Bianco Auto. Thanks for everything!
