Went in for an oil change and multi-point inspection, was a great experience. Clean office, lots of other foreign cars there which gave me comfort as I have a Range Rover. The manager was a pleasure to deal with as well.

i dropped my 2013 LR4 for service knowing that i had a small oil leak. they promptly shuttled me back to my home. within only a couple of hours i received a call that my car was all set! they were so affordable and professional and kind. i highly recommend Auto Tech!

From the very first call I made to Auto Tech, they proved to be honest, friendly and expert at their craft! The owner treated me like an old friend from day one and their service level was impeccable even offering a shuttle service to my home, which could not have been easier. Highly recommend!!

I had a serious malfunction with my 11 year old suv and was advised to go to Auto Tech for help. I called and explained my situation and received such kind and encouraging response from them. I had it towed to Auto Tech and within a week my car was diagnosed and repaired. I can certainly see why they receive such excellent ratings.

Recently took my Volkswagen Tiguan for a headlight replacement and Michael was really helpful in getting them changed and was in and out in about 30 mins. We also talked about pricing for regular servicing etc and they seem to very reasonable. I would definitely go there again and highly recommend.

Coolant started pouring from my car on the way to work recently and these guys were great. Michael kept me updated via text every step of the way and was always honest and friendly. Plus they got my car back to me quicker than any other shop I ve taken it to!

Great tech team. Didn't cost me an arm and a leg. Cleared all my clogged drains and I asked about a rattle under the car, turned out to be nothing something bent, that they took care of and didn't charge for that. It's really hard to find good service, but you'll get it here.

They have done a great job servicing my 10yr old Audi . Prompt, honest and no nonsense service that comes in at very reasonable prices versus what s on offer from the area dealers . Highly recommended.

DO NOT GO HERE! SCAMMERS!Had my car towed here and they said my alternator needed replacement. Paid over $1,200 just for my car to break down a month later. Deserve zero starts. They take advantage of you and when I called back because my car died out of nowhere they hung up on me!!!!

Needed a new battery for my Audi A6 quickly. So I stopped by and they were able to put in a new battery within an hour. Terrific, professional, timely, and very friendly place with knowledgable staff. I will be back for anything else car-related that I need.

After being made aware of an error they had made in a previous service on my vehicle, Autotech resolved the issue immediately, scheduled me two days later for a complimentary evaluation of the vehicle and even took care of an unrelated issue at no charge. Mistakes can be made, but more importantly this is exactly how one hopes a business would respond. Reputation and trust is everything in this industry when many car owners like me know very little about maintenance. Thanks guys!

Crooks! Thieves, definitely don't come here. I think if you're young/female or look like you don't know anything about cars, they'll try to cheat you.I received a flyer on the mail for a $99 get to know your car. I got the bill of ~$500. Shocked I asked them if any was repaired. They said no, just inspections, change oil, check warning lights, etc. I asked for breakdown of the cost, he tried to make excuses. I persisted and eventually he said they made a mistake, thus bill came down to $250.

My wife and I have been bringing our cars to Auto Tech for several years. Their knowledge and service is excellent and they get the work done promptly and at better prices than the dealership. This latest time we had a problem that started with a warning light on the dashboard just as we were about to park at the airport for a flight abroad. I called Auto Tech from Europe to make an appt and also discuss my concerns about the issue. Michael, who s always ready to help, gave me some advice what to do to check the car upon my return and arranged for me to bring it in the next available date after my return. All in all a positive experience.

I ve used Auto-Tech off-and-on and occasionally using my local dealership in between. I was experiencing a mechanical driving safety issue and called my dealership to see if they could squeeze me in for a diagnostic appointment and repair, on an emergency basis. I explained the issue and the soonest they could fit me in was 3+ weeks out. I called Auto-Tech, explained the situation and they fit me in the next day. Auto-Tech diagnosed the issue and thoroughly explained what was needed. I m grateful they fit me in, it was a great experience starting with my initial phone call until it was fixed and picked up my truck. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. The best part was the cost, I imagine the cost was half of what the dealership would have charged me. I told the crew at Auto-Tech and I m telling you, Auto-Tech has 100% of business going forward.Thank you Auto-Tech!

I have dealt with Auto Tech for a long time. They are dedicated and hardworking & I appreciate their ability to do excellent work. They excel in diagnosing problems and innovate to complete repairs. They are observant and organized and are very nice to deal with.

I ve had German cars for decades and, after trying various shops, concluded this clearly the best. Fantastic pricing, shaming the dealers. Michael is just the best. Perfect workmanship, timely, friendly and I sipped my free beverage all the way home.

I would like to share my experience with Auto Tech of Stamford. We have been taking our family cars to Auto Tech for routine maintenance for years now and when the check engine light went on on my 2017 Mercedes I took it to Auto Tech to diagnose the problem. The PCV Valve needed to be replaced. When I contacted the company where I purchased an extended warranty I was told that the part was not covered. Mike at Auto Tech said there was no basis for the claim denial and called the company to clarify the issue. With Mike s help, the insurance company honored the claim. Had I not had Auto Tech in my corner I would have been out a great deal of money. Needless to say I would recommend Auto Tech to everyone. They are honest, extremely pleasant and helpful and always put the customer first! They have a customer for life!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was traveling from Stamford to Virginia, and my car started showing oil pressure too low and made noises. It was already late afternoon, but the folks at Auto Tech were really helpful. I told them I had to take this long journey, and they helped me by adding oil free of charge. The mechanic did this after checking properly for oil leakage so that adding oil is not futile. I would definitely recommend the shop.

My Audi Q3 was misfiring, previously brought it to two other mechanics (including Audi) who were unable to solve the problem. I took my Mercedes to AutoTech for an oil change and I couldn't be happier. They took care of it super fast unlike my last dealer experience where I waited for over an hour and paid $300. They are far less expensive and every bit as qualified. They included a safety check free of charge, unlike the dealer. They might not have a fancy espresso machine, but they are great mechanics - the best I've been to in Stamford. If you need a ride, they have a free shuttle service.

I use them for my Mercedes slk and like them. A little concerned that they charged me for service call in addition to breaks when I didn t need the service.Let me clarify for the owners. I have been taking my SLK there with moo issue. They do good work. I just took my Lexus for first time because of breaks and also was given a service which included oil change etc. they did great job but I did not need the service as it was just serviced by Lexus a month ago. Presumably this was a charge to diagnose but that should have. Even less if they were charging for a diagnosis.Overall I really like them and will return.
