Patrick and his team were incredible. Walked me through the packages and options for PPF, tint, and a few other things like undercoat protection. Never felt pressured and truly got the sense they treat every car like it s their own. Patrick shared detailed pictures throughout the process, and went the extra mile to correct and polish chips and scratches I hadn t even noticed previously.Great experience start to finish- they ll be my go-to shop for all future services.

10/10 experience working with Patrick on tinting the windows of my new car. He booked me right away to accommodate my availability, walked me through all my options and showed me what they look like. When I picked up my car, I was so impressed with the results. They also gave my car a thorough wash and it looked fantastic when I picked it up. Patrick is professional, knowledgeable and does business with integrity. I highly recommend him and I ll absolutely be going back. Thank you, Patrick and team!

This is my second time I am bringing my car for a service at Auto Customs. I am more and more impressed with each visit.My family & I will be long term customers. Today, I got a 55 XR BLACK tint on my Sienna windshield. Man, oh man. I couldn t be any happier. First of all, the quality , the custom service, & the speed . amazing. I went in with 2 babies. Great experience working with Patrik and his team. My SUV looks amazing.....better than when it rolled off the lot!! There are many people out there who will claim they sell and install ceramic and PPF...but it is not the same The quality of the product and the craftsmanship cannot compare to what Auto Customs provides!! The best in the business!!

I had an exceptional experience with Patrick and his team at Auto Customs. Despite the challenges posed by my McLaren Artura's hybrid system, they meticulously applied PPF with a custom touch, seamlessly blending the door film around the mirrors. The level of craftsmanship is evident in the flawless finish of my vehicle. While the dealer uses pre-cut film, Auto Customs goes the extra mile, ensuring a truly bespoke result. Their dedication and attention to detail surpassed my expectations. Highly recommend for anyone seeking top-notch automotive detailing services. Picture does not do this car justice!

Auto Customs is absolutely the only place you should be going for PPF, paint corrections, and ceramic coating, etc. Pat is the best in the business and his communication with me through the entire process of having the my SRT Grand Cherokee was awesome! I got it done just about a year ago and everything he did looks perfect and shows absolutely no signs of wear and tear. Not to mention his work is so perfect you can t even tell there is any PPF on my Jeep at all!! Give Pat a call and get it done right, so you only have to get it done once!

I could not be happier with the STEK PPF, ceramic coating and window tints that Auto Customs performed for my Tesla MYP. Patrick, the owner, was incredible from start to finish and his work is immaculate. The installation of the PPF (almost full car), ceramic coat and tints was flawless and far surpassed my expectations. It is obvious that Patrick takes tremendous pride in his work. We were referred to Patrik and he did not disappoint! He did such an amazing job with the full body paint protection film on my husbands 69 Charger. His work ethic and quality workmanship was so meticulous - that it looks invisible!! We are extremely thrilled with the customer service he and his staff provided us, that we had the full body paint protection put on my Cadillac Escalade as well! Excellent, high quality, professional service. Pat and his team did a full body ppf and ceramic coating on my brand new 2023 Tesla model x and it looks spectacular. From the day I dropped off the car, I would get phone notifications of my vehicle doors opening and closing, because Pat was burning the midnight oil working to perfect my car. Pat is responsive and will update you on the progress of your car throughout the process. My model x looks seamless and I would recommend auto customs to anyone. Patrick is a straight up professional. Extremely knowledgeable and meticulous about his work. I brought my Tesla Model 3 straight to the shop after picking it up from the dealership. Patrick was working overtime to get my new ride PPF wrapped and tinted. Brought it in on a Friday and I was driving it home on a Monday looking better than when I picked it up. Top of the line work, Auto Customs will certainly be my go-to shop from now on.

Auto Customs has the top products and the highest quality of work. I worked directly with the owner, I was getting my Q5 fully tinted, and he walked me through the best product and at what VLT. Ended up picking Xpel Prime XR Plus VLT 70, which is a nano-ceramic tint. I wanted 100% visibility with the benefit of reduced headlight glare, UV protection, and heat reduction. His pricing was highly competitive and fair. I myself am a perfectionist and after talking with him I realized he has the same attention to detail. After it was installed, he had me come back after the curing/drying process finished to review the work. He found an imperfection in the rear window so had that window entirely redone. I can't say enough of this shop.

We got our model y wrapped with a PPF on the front and all 4 doors at Auto Customs in Norwalk, CT.Patrick was quick in responding to our questions and addressing our concerns. He gave us a great price without any compromise on the quality of the product used. He also gave us tips on dos/donts after PPF is installed and which products we could use to for good maintenance. He was also very flexible in getting us on his schedule based on our delivery date.I highly recommend Auto Customs LLC for your next car detailing job.

I brought my 2022 BMW 430i to Pat for PPF and tints and he did excellent work. He is very professional and does a great job. The car looks perfect. It was spotless when I picked it up. I would highly recommended him!!

Pat is a master craftsman. I had paint correction, full PPF and ceramic coating on my 2022 SVR. It's all in the detail as they say! No seams in the wing mirrors - one piece application - no seams on the hood around the air intakes - many other small details that are perfectly applied, and make a big difference to the overall look and finish of the PPF. Highly skilled professional.

I was referred to Pat for tints, and was impressed with the different varieties I was able to choose from. He is very professional, and takes pride in the work he does there. When I say Pat went above and beyond with my car, the pictures do not do justice. Pat PPF d , Paint Protection Film, the whole front of the vehicle, side, and rear. Patrik detailed my car's interior. Steamed and cleaned various overlooked spots. I can tell he s very passionate about what he does because he always takes those extra minutes to ensure everything is done thoroughly. He sent me several photos throughout the process of him cleaning, polishing, and applying PPF to the vehicle. I am pleased with how everything came out. It looked like I was picking up a brand-new car. The paint had a fantastic finish, and you don t even notice the PPF. My SRT had a couple of custom parts that needed PPF in the process, but that was no challenge for Pat. He has a ton of experience, and he was able to custom cut and apply to suit my specific car needs. We also did a ceramic coating on all four wheels, and I am grateful he recommended that to me as he pointed out the pros of doing so. Came to Auto Customs CT with my 6-month old 2022 Acura MDX. Received a full paint correction, ceramic coating, window tints, and a few PPF pieces on vulnerable spots. Pat is the only person who we trust to install PPF on our cars at GT Motor Cars. He is very meticulous which is why all of our cars have come out perfect.
