I want to start off by saying I usually dread car shopping, but this time was different. From the moment we walked in we were quickly greeted right away. Super friendly and welcoming environment. This was my first time leasing at a dealership and my first brand new car. Might I say this experience was PHENOMENAL!Everyone worked quickly and hard to get me into the car I wanted. Chris Carfora was my sales rep and he explained everything so clearly and answered all my ridiculous questions until I had none. He made me feel so validated, as though no question was a dumb question. The general manager Ty Klipstein, did his absolute best to give me the best deal he could, I am very Grateful for that. Jaime Casanova in finance went over all my options for warranty coverage in detail, showing me what my best options were. His authentic and genuine energy made me even more excited for my new car.The entire staff here made my experience so great! They have checked on me multiple times since my purchase to ensure that I am happy with the car. The attentiveness I have seen from this dealership is unmatched.Highly Recommend!!! 10/10

My husband and I just bought two cars from Mike Goldberg. He went above and beyond to make sure that we felt comfortable, went over every detail with us and ultimately got us a great deal. It s very hard to find a genuine salesman when purchasing a car and thankfully we found Mike to help us. If you re looking to get an Acura do yourself a favor and see Mike! Acura of Stamford Was one of the best experiences I have gotten in a long time. After multiple attempts at two different dealerships, unable to purchase my car and get a good rate, I stumbled upon Acura of Stamford.The sales representative that assisted me was Christopher Carfora, He made it seem so easy. I was about one hour away from their dealership and he was able to help me over the phone with the entire process. He got me an amazing interest and low monthly payments compared to other dealerships.I had to drive to Stanford on a rental that my insurance company rented for me, and I had to return it at enterprise, and Christopher went over and beyond and googled the nearest enterprise near their dealership and direct me to them. He then picked me up from there and took me to the dealership to finish the final touches to finalize the deal.I have not met someone from beginning to end with such customer service made it feel like a concierge service. If you ever go to Acura of Stanford, please please please ask for Christopher. He is very honest and upfront and tell you how it is. You could tell he s been doing this for a very very long time.Thank you again Acura Stanford, and most of all thank you Christopher for all your help.

Exceptional experience with the service folks. I showed up unannounced on a Saturday morning with a chunk missing from the sidewall of my tire. Let them know I had to take the family on a 5 hour trip and needed a new tire asap. Parts guy helped me out right away to make sure they had it in stock. Service advisor brought the car in right away and had the tire changed in 30 minutes. Plus they did a full inspection on the car just because. We get free service at another Acura shop. I ll probably still bring it to the one in Stamford anyway because they were so good. Also worth noting that I looked at a car there but ended up purchasing from a different spot, however the sales department was awesome. If you want an Acura, definitely see these guys.

Erick and Fabian are the best. They literally make my experience at Acura the best every time! I moved about 45 minutes away from Stamford but when my car needs servicing I always make the drive there. They are just so professional and provide the upmost service!

Easy to do business with and transparent. Chris Carfora listened to our concerns, was accommodating to our needs and navigated us to the best fit for us. His transparency gained our trust. He was reasonable with numbers and treated us with respect. Not once did he revert to sales tactics; manipulation, leading questions or forcing us to close the deal. He had our best interest in mind from the second we met. Thank you Chris.

I bought my car from Greenwich Acura a month ago. Brian was the salesman that helped me and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very nice, polite and prompt from the first time we communicated on email. After I had looked at so many cars Brian really took the time to explain all the features in the car to make sure I understood everything. And when I took the car out for a test drive it helped me fall in love with the car as I got to use some of the fun features that he showed me. I also met Ty the GM who was very involved in my transaction. He has also been a pleasure to work with. There were a few minor hiccups but Ty took the time to make sure everything was resolved andsatisfactory. The dealership is under new management and it shows they're making great changes.Also their rest of the team we're very nice including, Bennie and Corey. Hoping everyone at the service department is as nice as the sales team!

I recently purchased a 2016 Infiniti Q50 Red Sport 400 from this dealership, and of the dozen or so dealerships I ve spoken with recently, I have to say this is easily one of the best. Camilo was simultaneously professional and treated me like family, showing me pictures and telling stories from when he owned the 2018 model year of the same car. The pricing was much more competitive than other dealerships would offer for the same model, some even thousands of dollars less expensive. Overall, a fantastic dealership with an excellent variety of used cars. I love my new car!

Amazing experience, would give 6 stars if I could. Fabiano in the service department went above and beyond to help me. While sitting and waiting for my car, I saw him interact with other customers and it was clear how much he cared about each and every person.Very impressed with the entire staff. True professionals and you can tell they really care about your experience. I will definitely be getting all my oil changes and maintenance here. Shoutout to Fabiano and the rest of thd service staff for your great work , it doesn't go unnoticed!I'm also not the only person who seems to think highly of the service department. The woman sitting next to me in the lobby had brought her car from the Bronx, foregoing closer Acura dealerships to come here.

Nice people but very poor customer service for out of state buyers. I have been waiting for my New York plates for 4 months! I have called several times and each time they will say next week and the plates never come. The dealership never updates me, I have to call them. Very poor overall experience.If there was an issue with the title, it should have been resolved before the car was listed for sale.Poor experience!

Both managers (Ty is one of their names) are rude, pushy, and unprofessional. They also seem very grimy. They are the perfect example of used car salesman and this is why car salesman get a bad reputation.

What a great experience I had buying my car at Acura of Stamford. I was even luckier to get Mike as my salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in every way. I picked the car up and it was in perfect condition. I highly recommend this dealership and definitely go see Mike. He s the best!!

Left work early today to see a 2014 Acura MDX nice car but mechanically was not very good oil pan leaking very heavily suspension no good low on oil dipstick broken priced at 13,900$ was not worth the price at all before coming into dealership I asked if price was negotiable and I was told twice it was and went I went and seen needed all this work sales manager JOE had a very cocky attitude saying price is firm also they said it was a CPO with warranty then when I went there they said sold AS IS when I was told different very crocked dealer check over cars VERY WELL BEFORE BUYING

Very bad Dealer, they lie with the prices, be careful before you sign, read everything because the one who makes the papers gives you other prices than the seller tells you, they already screwed me, don't let it happen to more people! very bad experience!Next day light came out. Used cars have problems.

Julien is the best !!Julien has been my salesman since 2014 he s always making sure I come out happy with my new Acura. I just upgraded my MDX 2020 for. 2022, yup Julien worked his magic for a early upgrade at Acura Stamford.I must say I love the location, everything is new and comfortable for you to look around without being harassed in purchasing a car like other dealers where salesman are on top of you trying to sell you a car. When you decide to purchase a car you get a great salesman who will give you great deals, no hidden fees like other places ( trust me I ve dealt with other dealers ). My go to person of course is Julien !! (tell him I sent you for a deal ) but then again everyone is great there, so I can guarantee you ll be happy with your new car deal.
