What an amazing experience with Chris and his team!We were wowed at the outstanding job they did when we came to pick up my fianc�e's car. They even went as far as cleaning the entire car! We received the car in better shape then when we purchased it.Can't say enough good things. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

Ditto to the other folks commending their work. I was hit from rear and Chris dealt with the at fault insurer to make sure my car was repaired properly. Beautiful work and car was also cleaned .looks better than new!! Would highly recommend. Anne Marie in their front office is terrific. Bob, the owner, is a rare find with high integrity and commitment to his business. He has a professional approach to his customers by explaining the work timeline in details, delivering on the promised date whilst the cost is fairly reasonable.He fixed 2 of my cars in 2022 (MBC300 new SUV) and an old Volvo for taillights replacements, bumpers repairs and some serious scratches. I highly recommend his craftsmanship for any carmaker s or models.Service: Body & Trim

Very professional and straight forward team. They did exceptional work on my car with fixes to the side mirror and door panel paint. Used 1st Choice after being rear ended and sustaining damage to both front and back bumpers. This shop came recommended by a friend and my expectations were far exceeded. The repairs were taken care of in a very timely manner, and my car was returned in better condition than before the accident. I m very impressed!

Excellent service, highly recommend. I've used this business a few times after my car was hit on different occasions. Car is always returned in tip top condition, and cleaned on the inside and out. Most recently had a warranty fulfilled on a bumper that was ~5 years old. 1st Choice was great about it and got me in immediately. Superb customer service!Service: Painting

This place is simply THE BEST! Chris and his team work magic and turn a most difficult situation in to a great experience under the circumstances. I brought my car in with major damage, I was so upset, being this was a car I wanted and waited for, a long time. Chris assured me it would look like new and that he would stay in contact with me. Chris had a rental waiting for me and he kept to his word. He kept me informed of the progress almost on a daily basis and my vehicle looked like new when I finally picked it up.My experience with 1st choice was a very pleasurable one and I would go no other place.I also need to give a huge shout out to the best and most beautiful inside and out book keeper/accountant there is for handling my billing with such efficiency. She made it so easy for me, and handled all my needs and questions. thank youThank you Chris and the team at 1st choice!

I am very upset with what happened to my vehicle. When I went there to pick up stuff from the vehicle after an accident and the vehicle was towed there. However, their is another business in this same office and I really don't want to give the good business a bad name. Therefore I will just give a 3 star rating to balance things out. Definitely not happy my vehicle was a total loss.

Chris runs a great operation. He's fixed 3 of my cars (2 of them seriously damaged) and has done excellent work. He deals efficiently with insurance and is easy to work with. Most importantly, if anything comes up, he stands behind his work and is quick to respond to the customer. Highly recommended.

This body shop is excellent I grew up in the body shop industry and my friend backed into my mustang and thank you the bumper and the color matches perfectly. Red s are hard to match even hair color. We had a deep gouge and dent between the rear door and quarter panel, and they repaired the damage and blended the paint so well, it seemed like it came straight back from the factory. Excellent quality work in a good time period, and excellent staff.

I was so rattled after getting into an accident and was dreading the process that followed. Little did I know how easy and comforting it would be at 1st Choice. They handled me, my car and everything else with care from the minute I called from the accident scene. They arranged the tow truck, a rental car (moving my car seats), and connected with my insurance company. I was kept in the loop throughout the process and up to date on when my car would be ready. I didn't have to call and be annoying. I recently went back, months later, for a noise I was hearing and my car was taken care of that day. I don't even think it was a problem with their work, likely from a recent tire rotation, but they still helped me and at no cost. They are professional, funny when needed, honest (which is so important) and super easy to work with. I can't thank them enough for being there for me.

Extremely kind, I had a "little"problem with the fence post trying to avoid hitting chipmunk on one side of driveway and rabbit on other side! Took paint off small spot on bumper. First Choice Auto, not only matched paint on car but did an excellent job!! Car was returned after car wash inside and out, which I never expected. Beautiful, neat work and fair price! Top Notch! Just picked up my car and it looks BRAND new again and even had it detailed for me. Great job and great fast service. Had car rental waiting for me. Didn't let insurance company bully me around either. Highly recommend!

Chris runs a first class operation. He says what he's going to, does what he says, and delivers a beautiful result. No muss, no fuss. Anne Marie, the office manager, is a pure delight. Funny, helpful, and knowledgeable. Not that I make a habit of having my car worked on, but I have used them more than once and the results are the same every time.

Chris Vitti is really good at what he does. brought my car in for some body work a year ago and first choice did a really good job, car looks like new. definitely a great body shop. will return for another body work.

needed my rear bumper replaced and painted. they did an amazing job, you can't even tell it was replaced! I always recommend people to go to them. All the people that work there are highly profession and great people overall.
