Southington auto body were called upon for a police tow after my dad had a medical emergency and wrecked his truck. The driver was kind and the tow bill was reasonable. Thank you

Steve and his crew has done a wonderful job on our repairs over the past 15 years. A tow truck from this company was sent to an accident I was involved in today. The driver was rude and refused to bring the car to the place we wanted (7.4 miles away to be exact, less than a 15 minute drive, I would understand if it was far). He then started saying he doesn t like the place because of a payment problem in the past, he kept going on and on about getting paid. We told him 4 times that we would pay him cash and follow him to the drop off spot to guarantee that he would be paid. After the driver was being blatantly rude and disrespectful to everyone, in all honesty, I called him a Richard (ya know). He refused to bring the car anywhere, completely wasting everyones time. I was then made aware by another tow truck company, that the Southington Auto Body towers do this often to seem somewhat better on some sort of scale the police department uses for wreckers. Do not recommend at all. Horrible experience and terrible guy.

OMG...DO NOT GO THERE!!! I Repeat...DO NOT GO THERE!! This guy is rude and condescending. I went in for an estimate and I asked nicely if I can get one. His reply was NO. Just NO. I asked why. He said "We cant do one today". 2 guys standing around then just walked away. Shop and office are disgusting and dirty. I am surprised they are still around. AGAIN - DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS!!!

My husband and I had our Lexus done a couple of months ago, except it wasn't completed...still need the light installed after paying our $500 deductible and our insurance paid totaling over $3,000...every week we are told it's going to get done up until this morning when we were told now Monday and we've had it...I'm reaching out to an attorney this morning for legal action as well as to my auto insurance company. Extremely disappointed! Things happen, but too much time has passed with broken promises!

I have done business with them in the past and was extremely satisfied. I am returning to them to repair my car again. They are knowledgeable, and honest. I have been very satisfied.
