I requested roadside assistance from Verizon for a dead battery. The first company dispatched to my house told me they could tell by looking that my battery needed to be replaced, directed me to a bunch of batteries in the back of an SUV, and asked me to pay $200. When I said I preferred to try to jump the battery first, the technician left.I called Verizon again and they sent someone from Showcase. Super polite and professional. I had originally asked for a tow to the auto parts store, but the tech couldn't get my car into neutral. He went to his house, brought back a battery box, and jumped the battery that the other company had said didn't work. Really went above and beyond and was willing to think outside of the box.What neither of these techs knew is that I was about to leave town for a death in the family. I was fried and struggling with the logistics of it all, so for someone to care about our safety and about doing the job well meant a lot. He didn't know, but it just goes to show that when you're kind to a stranger, you may not realize how much it means to them. Thanks so much.

I needed a tow through AAA. I was told several times they would arrive to tow me in 30 minutes. I waited 5 hours and they never came. AAA had to send another tow company (Nelson towing) to come tow me. Nelson arrived within a few minute of when they said they would arrive. Don t use Showcase Auto unless you want to be disappointed and hung out to dry. I ve never left a review like this before. That is how strongly I feel about this.

More then five times today being on the phone with road side services, now they were supposed to come tow my vehicle like 6 hours later. they just don t show up or call after waiting hours and hours. Then they wanted say that it was cancelled Smh! Get it together here and do your job the right way!!! Worst business ever!!

I've had nothing but excellent service with this company with my 6 transactions. Whether it is a tow or repair, they are simply the best. I have never posted a review, so this serves as 6 positives for them and I'm having them repair my 2 vehicles next week so I will be sure to make it 8 positives.

These folks are kind and accommodating. They did a great job towing my car! Let me get personal belongings even though I couldn't afford to get my car back!! Most other places don't usually let you do that. THANKS!

Driving down i84 on the CT/MA boarder on 9/11/22 @ 12:18am heading back into CT and one of the flat bed tow truck drivers was all over the highway. He cut someone off causing them to have to slam on their brakes. While passing this individual, the driver was looking down at what appeared to be his phone with out looking up.

I have been going to this local shop for several years now and I always have a great experiance with the shops owner Chris he is honest and attentive to my concerns and issues. The shop is also a full tow shop and has pulled me from several jams even late at night quickly and efficiently. i would strongly recommend this shop and tow company to anyone for anything from a quick oil change to a full overhaul.

Disclaimer: Went through AAAAfter waiting an hour and a half for a truck sent by AAA I called the company directly for a status update. A driver had still not been dispatched. Asked for an ETA on when this would happen and the overnight dispatcher said he didn't have his computer in bed and made it very clear I was bothering him by waking him up. He subsequently cancelled with AAA.0 Stars.

Shadiest. Most disgusting and unprofessional work place I have ever seen and had the displeasure of dealing with. Matt Azklar the manager of the store is extremely rude, unpleasant, and disrespectful. -10 out of 10 get your vehicle towed elsewhere

Took over 2 hours to respond to my wife and 10 month old son's broken down car on a 94 degree day. When I spoke to the driver/owner about the situation he was very disrespectful and used vulgar language with me. Never again will I put myself, family or friends in the trust of Showcase Auto Recovery.

TODAY WE HAD A VEHICLE TOWED TO OUR SHOP FROM SHOWCASE AUTO RECOVERY. CHRIS AND MATT WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO TAKE CARE OF US TO GET IT PROCESSED FAST. SERVICE THAT HAS BEEN UNMATCHED IN A LONG TIME. WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE. PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS!!

I recommend you to go there Chris is very helpful and knowledgeable in that overpriced even if you bring Parts in he'll put them on your car and not charge you a lot of money neither

Needed a tow. Contacted my roadside service and they sent Ben . Not only was he early he was very courteous. If you ever need a tow ask for Ben.
