Very professional group, they have done 2 of my cars and every time I am pleased. Zibby is always polite and takes great care in the work he has provided me.

Went to PN due to a bad coolant leak from both my radiator and a major pipe running through my engine bay which was leaking into my starter causing it to go bad and grind. PN did a thorough job ensuring all parts around the problem and the necessary gaskets were replaced alongside them. Other shops quoted me 8 or 9 hours of labor for this procedure but PN had it done in less than 5 hours and was done by same day as drop off end of day. While removing my exhaust to get to the pipes needing replacement, the technicians discovered there was a shady aftermarket "fuel saver" part, pictured here, that had been sloppily installed by the prior owner that has likely been the source of an air mixture issue/check engine code that has come up time to time - at least 6 other shops had failed prior to properly identify this issue but PN technicians Mike and Seth found it by incident while performing other repairs. Would recommend to others and will return in the future.

Great body shop, had my bmw x5 in for some body work and it came out great. The body shop worked directly with the insurance company. The car looks great and was delivered on time as promised. Would highly recommend!

Based on the reviews, I chose PN Auto Boday & Repair to fix the body damage on my car caused by someone t-boning me. The passenger side front and rear doors were damaged, as was the front passenger side wheel and bumper.Upon walking into the shop, I was comforted by the several "Best Auto Shop of Southington" and felt assured that I was in the right place and I could trust the reviews and the owner, Ziggy...Zibby...whatever his name is. Boy was I foolish thinking these people were reputable, honest and cared about their customers.To make a VERY long (and still unfinished) story short, the accident occured on August 18th of this year. I dropped my car off at PN about a week later once the insurance adjuster came to check out my car (it was still safe to drive). I was dissapointed to hear that they did not offer rentals, but this is pretty typical, so I rented through Enterprise right down the road. The owner told me it would be about 5 days to complete, so I grabbed my rental and left.5 days later, heard nothing. I stopped in to check on the status and he said it was going to take longer than expected for the parts to come in, so I extended my rental. I asked Ziggy/Zibby (owner) if I could get their quote on how much this was going to cost so I could compare their price to the price my insurance adjuster provided, but he would not provide that info to me.Fast forward a week, still heard nothing. I called and was told, "Oh yea, it's ready whenever." So I pick up my car and ask them for an invoice. They handed me my insurance adjuster claim that I had given them and I told them I wanted an invoice from their shop with itemized details on costs and what was completed on my car. They could not provide that. I took my car and left.As I was driving home, I noticed the "check airbag" light was on, but the shop was about to close and I needed my car for the weekend (this was Friday). During the weekend, I also realized that my rear passenger side window would roll down, but not back up. I had to wait until Monday to return my car since they're closed on Sat and Sun. Come Monday, I tell them what was going on and they scheduled me to drop it off again. I was told it would only take by the end of the day to fix, so I walked to Enterprise and rented a car for the day out of pocket since the claim was closed at this point.By 4:30pm this same day, I still hadn't received a phone call about my car, so I called them. They said they're still working on the airbag sensor and to come back Tuesday.Now Tuesday, I go back to the shop and they tell me the car is not safe to drive bc the airbags aren't working. I asked them why they allowed me to drive it off the lot with no airbags and I just got a shrug. Then I asked if they even check the car after "fixing" it and apparently, it all went "unnoticed", even though my car has 2 airbag warning lights , one on the dash and one flashing on the center console, so not sure how that could be missed. They tell me they have to call in a specialist and it is going to be another couple days. I asked to talk to the owner, Zippy, who was nothing but condecending and rude. He wouldn't offer me aid for the rental I was paying OOP for, denied any wrongdoing allowing me to drive the car off the lot knowing it was unsafe, then proceeded to say, "Hey, it's not my fault you got into an accident". I told him it was their fault for causing more damage to my car and allowing me to drive it off their lot with no working airbags or window. He continued to talk to me like I was at fault and I had to just deal with it and wait.Here we are now, October 16th, almost 2 months after the accident and still, no car, no phone call, NOTHING. My insurance adjuster even called PN and asked to speak with the owner and he gave her the same BS he gave me. My insurance adjuster told me to not call them back again and that she would take care of things from here on out. B-E-W-A-R-E!!!!!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!!! I brought my car in for a bumper repair which was part of an insurance claim, upon picking up the vehicle I noticed a light on for the power steering pump. The car s electric power steering was not working at all and (the owner) looked at my car and didn't know what was wrong with it and told me to drive home and if I had any issues with it to let him know as he could not figure it out what was wrong with it. As soon as I started driving home the car left me stranded on the road at this time fuel pump issues as well. I got a ride back to the shop and informed him what had happened, he absolutely showed ZERO respect/professionalism. He started to play the victim role right away and told me that the vehicle could have had issues before which in fact my car has never ever had similar issues before or even close to it. He started arguing with me as if I had never even been there before and it was literally 15mins after I had picked up the car. He started closing the shop as soon as I told him that I would leave the vehicle there so he could repair it and he absolutely refused to keep the vehicle. Im the last person to write a reviews but at this time I had to. Stay as far away as possible from this crook. He does not care about customers at all. As soon as he took the check he completely changed afterwards. He only cares about the money and zero about customers. Dude has zero knowledge about cars and how to treat customers. Do yourself a favor and run as far away as possible from this guy. He will wreck your car and will not take responsibility.

Watch this place they will break your car instead of fixing it , came to them for repair they used wrong parts and cause 11490 of damage because of handing aftermarket price part that they tried three times and did not fit and that caused damage to the spindle of the car , The Mercedes dealer showed me the damage that was done by pneumonia auto body and I have to pay 1400 to replace the damage part , and they refused to pay for the damaged parts which is 1200 just for parts that I paid same also for repair , never will thereAlso very rude Zibby spools the owner

Such friendly and professional staff! Quick, helpful and they know what they are doing! We came from out of town due to a car issue and everyone at PN Auto Body & Repair knew what they were talking about. They explained the problem and resolved it quickly.

20000/10 would recommend this place for any type work done for your car! 8 months ago, I was in urgent need of a great shop. Called like 10 shops before finding this one and I followed my gut and never regretted it. Everything for my car is done by them and I never ever will switch up! Everywhere else I went before here , would lie to me about issues with my car when there was none just to get money. Just because I m a female doesn t mean I don t know anything about cars lol. But anyways.. Zippy, his wife and his team are amazing. You can always count on them! Also, my mother in law came with me one time to pick up place my car and loved the work done/ environment and people and now will be bringing her car!

Zibby & the team are amazing. If you need an emissions test they'll have you in & out fast. When my truck got rear-ended they were amazing to work with - finished the job as promised with great attention to detail. Would highly recommend them for all your car needs!

Definitely 100% recommend, Everybody is so nice, fast work. I had really bad damages in the front of my car and a huge dent in the back, my car looks brand new now! I m literally in love with the work they did on my car. They worked pretty fast, very good pricing! The place is very CLEAN!! Highly recommended!I purchased a pick up truck from this shop in 2017, the car was well done with attention to detail. The truck runs very well with no issues and was very reasonably priced. The service I received from the staff and owner of the shop was excellent and I continue to recommend their services to my friends and family. You will not find better deals for cars anywhere else and they all work flawlessly. Will buy from again.In addition to buying my truck, I continue to use this shop for services and emissions for my other vehicles.

PN is the best repair shop in town. I recently needed my breaks replaced and they were able to do it for more than $100 less than the dealership quoted. Also fixed the catalytic converter in another car I had a while back. They are honest, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and their prices are reasonable. My whole family takes their cars here and it s always a good experience.

Excellent excellent customer service. That's not a typo, I had to write it twice. I brought my car in as an "ER" visit after my muffler broke on the highway, and they were able to quote me, get the replacement part, and replace it all in an hour despite having a full workload at the time. Everyone was friendly and professional.. very highly recommended.Bonus fun fact: they speak English, Spanish, Polish and even Russian!

My son and his fiancee were going back to their home in VA from visiting his Mom and me in NH. They were in an accident just west of Hartford. Their car was drivable but had body damage that made it risky at highway speeds. My wife found PN Auto on a Google search. I talked with the owner and told him the story. In short, his professionalism, compassion, and willingness to help absolutely amazed me. When it was time to pick up the car the bill was about ten percent less than he had quoted. The work was excellent. I did not know there were still good people like this left. I would without reservation recommend this business to anyone needing the service they provide.

We were on a trip from my parents' house in New Hampshire back to Virginia when we got into an accident just east of exit 32 on I-84. We brought the car to PN - we were tired, afraid, and 600 miles from home. The owner of the business was extremely friendly and caring, and he got us back on the road as quickly, safely, and cheaply as possible. He was definitely there for us right when we needed it. Would absolutely recommend.

Flawless work. Amazing customer service. Very professional. I just moved out here to Southington a few months ago and I think I just found the only shop I trust to work on my cars. Paint job on my Scion is perfect. The work they did on my Subaru s exhaust was quick and honest. Thanks guys! You ll see me back again!

Zibby and his team went above and beyond after my car got rear ended and needed a whole new back side. Having never dealt with something like this before they were extraordinarily knowledgeable and helpful when it came to the rental car, policies, insurance, etc. I did not have to lift a finger! They even went as far as buffing out minor scratches and dents on the rest of my car. It looks brand new! Attention to detail: impeccable! 11/10. There is a reason they have been awarded the best body shop over consecutive years. Will never go anywhere else for body work.Service: Body & Trim

LADIES-- TAKE YOUR CAR HEREYou can TRUST PN with your CAR, and your MONEY.Trustworthy, transparent, amazing service, and most of all HONEST.I am new to the areaI went to another shop for basic maintenance and was given a long list of urgent repairs that were neededLuckily, I had gone to PN Auto Body & Repair for Emissions. I was very impressed with the owner and his willingness to answer questions. So I took my car to PN for a 2nd opinion.He showed me the problems, answered all my questions, and gave me a very short reasonable list. I asked him to interact with another area provider to purchase tires. He took care of everything.His partner dropped me off and picked me up up.PN has won awards since 2015 and it's very clear why.I am a customer for life and HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend PN to all single women out there who cringe when it's time for car maintenance.

We've taken our 2015 Nissan Pathfinder to PN Auto Body twice now since March. Zibby and his team did a fantastic job on the car!! Today we took it in for an oil service and a minor back bumper repair. In March the front breaks were replaced. We are very pleased with the quality of work and that it was done in a timely manner. We will be taking our car(s) here anytime it needs maintenance work in the future. You can't go wrong with PN Auto Body! We highly recommend.

Top-Notch work at fair prices. I always brought our cars here for emissions testing and was familiar with the shop in that regard. When my 2003 Civic needed brakes, I immediately brought it here to make an appointment for service. To my surprise, Jerry asked if I could bring it back around noon and he'd have it done by five - it was! Front and rear brakes were replaced, fluid purged and replaced at a fair cost. Jerry also saved me the cost of a fuel sender unit by finding a chewed wire and repairing that at the same time. No hassles, no problems just great results!

PN Auto is the best! I have been taking my car here for years and will never go to another mechanic. Zibby, the owner, is the most caring and sincere man who has helped me time and time again when my car failed me (and my first car failed me once a week) He never made unnecessary repairs to gain more money and always got me the best deal. When it came time to get rid of the car I had been driving, he immediately found me the perfect car at an unbeatable price. He always has my best interest and safety at heart. I cannot say enough great things about Zibby, his wonderful wife, and his super friendly crew. The entire business feels like my family after all of these years and I am so thankful to have a mechanic I can trust! I recommend PN Auto to everyone, you will not find a more reliable, caring, and honest auto body shop!

Great experience with PN Auto! I first learned about PN Auto through emissions testing. I was in and out in 20 minutes. When I got into a car accident I knew I would go back to PN Auto. Once my insurance approved the claim I had my car back in 3 days! New bumper, front fender and paint job. Car came out looking brand new. I cant say enough about their strong customer service. Strongly recommend PN Auto to anyone having car issues.

Zibby and his workers-take pride in their work to make a customer happy . I purchased a Dodge Ram from him and if there was something wrong He takes care of it . I would definitely by another vehicle from him . There staff is courteous and polite. Keep up the great work !!

Great service! They were willing to work with the insurance company when the insurance company wanted to total my car. The work was work was done great and everything is holding up months later.
