I had an emergency somebody stole my Lugnuts from my car. I walk 20 minutes to get to your location. I got there at 7:45 PM and your location was close. And online and at your location it states that you guys close at 8:pm on Sundays. This is poor customer service. If your closing hours change, please update them.

Best experience I had in a long time thanks to Ashley's great work. Even though I had a hard time hearing she had no problem repeating herself to help me get the information I needed. Great work guys thank you

My husband went down to the store and had a headlight situation with after market part and Pete the assistant manager was totally helpful on his 2015 Chevy Silverado. Great service, he will always comeback!

I came here the first time because advance auto didnt have what i needed, and they sent me here. The 2nd time, auto zone sent me here. Theres only been 1 time that O'Reillys didn't have what i was looking and by some weird luck an employee had an extra in his car and gave me one. I wasnt looking for anything free,but, i was happy he did.

I just went to have my headlight bulb replaced and the manager, Pete, was super friendly, knowledgeable and replaced it less than 2 minutes!Awesome!

They literally have what you need. Or can get it the next day. Great personalities, friendly, and knowledgeable. If you are looking for parts, this is the parts store to use. And very fare prices.

Friendly staff and great management. Willing to go the extra mile so that you don t have to. They also carry a lot of OEM options which other competitors don t. And they price match at cost which is a huge advantage. Hours and prices are also good. I recommend this place over the competitors.

They were happy to help and tested my battery, starter and alternator which all came back good. Also checked my engine light... evap again and found i was low on some fluids so filled that and explained why my car was idling low to almost a stall. Very happy I went

The greatest customer sales experience of my life. Went in this morning just for an oil filter and was assisted by a knowledgeable and respectable man. Ended up buying a tool kits since I was so happy with my service experience. Will recommend to friends, will be shopping here in the future. Thank you guys.

I just wanna say how awesome the staff at this store are, I rolled up at 630 when it had already gotten dark, and bought new wiper blades. The guys helped me put them on (cause I had no clue how to do it) and were just really helpful and informative. Thank you guys it was much appreciated!

On Sunday evening 12/20/20 I had a headlight out and was far from home, I came upon O'Reilly's in southington and stopped in to see if I could purchase another.There were two male employees there who not only got me set up with new headlights he also put them in for me. I was so impressed by how friendly and accommodating they were I would not hesitate to use them again. They were awesome !! Thank you guys so much !!This was nothing like my horrible experience with autozone.

As a local shop owner, these guys are great. Kelly will bend over backwards to help anyway she can. Staff is friendly and store is always clean!

My right lowbeam was out and I needed a replacement. I went in and a young man named Hector helped me. I told him the make, model, and year of my car and we quickly found a suitable replacement. Then he installed it for me at no extra charge. Quick, courteous, and affordable. I'll definitely be back next time I need something for my car.

I do quite a bit of business with this O Reillys store the staff is phenomenal the manager it s top-notch the place is run the way all businesses should be run it s enjoyable prices are very fair customer service is fantastic

Very nice staff. Did not carry the item I was looking for but told me were to get it. Lol, some stores won't let you know were to find something they have in the store.

Something was wrong with my car and this was the first car place I saw coming off the highway. They came out to take a look at my car and pointed me in the direction of a repair shop close-by, all as a kindness. These people are professional and friendly.. highly recommended!

O'Reilly Auto Parts has wonderful customer service! The woman at the counter looked up what kind of oil my car needed and then went outside and put the needed amount in. Truly a life saver for my car and myself!

I was not prepared to get a couple of replacement bulbs for my car it had been a while..I got help from a female employee and she was very patient and just overall very helpful.

Without a doubt the best parts store in town. Everyone is always so friendly and they always show you where a product is. Great knowledgeable staff and very clean store.
