Five star class A operation hereNortheast Mobility turned a terrible accident into a pleasurable experienceNorth East Mobility s towing service is top notch tow truck was on the scene within minutes of us reporting the accident.It was a unique accident as you can see the two vehicles were locked together the second tow truck had to be called . The second truck arrived within minutes after we realized we needed it and was operated by Adam . If more people in the World we re like this gentleman the world would be a much much better place.The two vehicles were stuck together secured by the tow hitch of the vehicle in front of itIt was an absolute fiasco handled quickly and professionally by the crew at North East MobilityNorth East Mobility is highly recommended in my book Adam and Victor we re personable and professional .North East Mobility was also able to secure a rental vehicle for me Immediately after my accident . what are modern convenience !!Instead of this being an all day process I was back out on the road in a rental vehicle in less than an hour after the accidentfive starsbravo !!

Came to pick up a car, and left with the car +$20. The owner gave me money for lunch for no reason other than to be nice. This gesture alone shows what kind of operation this is. Wouldn't hesitate to call them

This place is top notch. Professional and courteous throughout the whole process, Adam is the best. I had my car towed there after an accident and he made sure everything went smoothly and that the process was as easy as possible for me. Can t say enough positive things about the experience and Adam. I d definitely do business with him again and encourage others to do the same.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I can't remember the gentleman's name, but I believe it's Vito or Victor, but he went above and beyond to help with question!!!! Very satisfied customer!!!!

Hands down the most honest, reliable, and nivest group of men I ve come across. My car got totaled on the way to work, and I was so shaken up.. but by the grace of the powers that be, Adam arrived with tow truck and his demeanor so calm and reassuring, and he so genuinely kind in a way that s hardly seen nevermind experienced in this day and age. He helped me through from toe to insurance claim closing. He's a man of the highest integrity and my loyalty to his work and his company is well deserved. These folks towed my badly damaged Civic Si after an extremely bad crash on I-84. Once I was released from the hospital I Ubered to the shop and nobody was there -- they were out on another tow. I called the number on the door and IMMEDIATELY the owner came to open the place for my wife and I ... Then drove us home to West Hartford!! They were just tremendous in all respects and as friendly and helpful as you could possibly hope. I can't say enough about them. But I CAN say I see why the shop had, for example, a very beautiful exotic sports car under repair there. Owners of those kinds of cars are picky about where they get work done -- and they picked Northeast Mobility. You should too.Service: Car towing

Northeast Mobility saved my car!!!! Other shops told me that my vehicle was totaled, but this car was very sentimental to me and Northeast Mobility was able to repair it for less than the body shop that my insurance sent me to!!!
