Over the past couple years, I ve had a lot of issues with my tires with potholes and nails, especially working in HARTFORD. every time I come here i m treated so good, everybody s so friendly, they take care of you. They re fast and efficient. They re not people trying to scam you for money. They charge you for exactly what you re paying for. Excellent product and excellent service! A couple of times I hit a pothole and I got a hole in my tire. They replaced it right away. One time when I left, I noticed my tire was still leaking air and I was so nervous.. They told me not to worry and to come right back and they fix it right away. These guys are my heroes it s so nerve-racking to have Tire issues, but here you can rest assure that they will help you!! Also, I m always in and out of there maybe 10 to 15 minutes. They truly are amazing. And they make sure to take care of you! if you want excellent service with professional friendly people get your tires and labor done here. You will not be disappointed, and you are truly in great hands thank you to all the guys who help me every-time I go there. Wish I didn t have to go there as much as I do but I know I ll be good in good hands if I need tire service.

Anything car-important gives me so many nerves. Am I doing the right thing, asking the right questions, where do I go? I asked my family, Hey a nail was in my tire but the car insurance man said that my tire could just use a patch, where to? Everyone recommended J & M!The employees were so nice and normal! They weren't acting like the robo-call agents. They were acting like real people, talked to me like I wasn't an unsure customer. I told them, hey this is what's up. They were quick to say awesome, sit down, we'll take a look and patch it up.It's easy to pass up this Mom-Pop-Shop version of a tire company on Route 10, but this (truly) hidden gem is worth it. $30 to patch my flat, inflate, replace the spare, put the spare back, and treat me like a human being. Yeah, worth it. Keep an eye out for this little driveway when you need tire-things.

Was referred to J&M from BJs staff who have always done a great job but did not have immediate availability. Called right when they opened, stated the issue and was told to come right in. They replaced all 4 tires, great pricing, in and out in less than an hour... only even took that long as they were already 5 customers deep before me. All the other customers waiting all raved about the shop. Great spot.

Got an alignment and tire rotation. Seemed the car was drifting to the right afterwards. Took it back. They rechecked the alignment and rotated the two front tires free of charge. Runs fine now!

Excellent customer service and workmanship. I called to have all of my tires replaced and they had me in and out within the hour. Their prices also cannot be beat. I visited them years ago and they replaced a leak in my tire free of charge, so I knew exactly who to call when it came time for my replacements. I won t go anywhere else except for J & M for any tire needs.

Been going to J&M for many yrs now, I hold on to my vehicles so I've gotten sets for my wife's SUV & my truck. Good service & great prices, In and out! I've gotten set of 4 tires, installed, balanced, out the door in 25min. Total of 12 tires purchased & will return for next set, valve replacement, alignment or new rims! Two thumbs up!

Fantastic tire place. After having another tire shop dent my rims, I looked for a locally owned place that knows their stuff and takes pride in their work. J&M fits that bill perfectly. I've been bringing my vehicles for years now across multiple cars and each time I'm incredibly impressed with their knowledge, prices and work. They have a great selection in stock and are happy to make recommendations and they also support customers that have a tire in mind. Very fast turnaround for ordering. They specialize in tires and it shows. I'll be coming here for as long as I live near Southington.

10/10 service. extremely nice. had a pair of used tires for my truck, at an extremely reasonable price. Came back the next week to have them mounted on new wheels and took care of me same day, also at an amazing price point.

I had a hole in a sketchy spot on my month old tire & I took it to J&M at the very end of the day. They were beyond nice, patched my tire instead of trying to upsell me, and got me out within 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

Brought in my Ford F-350 super duty this morning had the tires seized onto the rotors and J&M managed to fix the problem within minutes. I ve tried numerous tire companies and they couldn t find a solution but J&M managed to do so all FREE OF CHARGE! Excellent local business will refer to friends and family. Thank you!

Called about 5 different tire shops looking for a specific and LARGE tire size for my car, most laughed, gave me outrageous prices and 2-4 week wait times. Called J&M and spoke with the LEGEND that is Chad and got exceptional service, they called me back within 20 minutes with prices and got the tires I needed in less than 4-5 hours! Wasn't pressured to put down a crazy deposit and was called to ensure the tires had arrived and were ready for pickup! Would recommend them to anyone for good service and honest work. Thank you guys! Can't wait to put these on my car :)

Great service! Very quick! Bought new tires back in November of 2022,found a large wood screw in rear driverside tire,went to J&M and I was in and out in maybe 15 mins! Free flat repair as long as tires were purchased at J&M! Highly recommended!!

Went there Saturday August 26th right when they opened in the morning. I was the second person there. The young man in charge got my information and then people really started showing up. He got each person in line set up for what they needed. My tires were on my truck in about 20 minutes and I was on my way. The young man was very efficient and polite. I was impressed with the speed and organized service. The employees there are fast, efficient and polite. It is always a pleasure going there.

No one go there, this guys they try to steal your money with nice face, I bought 4 tires from them after 2 months I have to go there because the front tires tires getting bad because I didn t do alignment , they told me don t need it, when I went back to them he asked me 270 with alignment and i give him cash and when I asked him where is the receipt ,he said I have to charge you tax , I told him you said 270 , but he said in the beginning 270 before he knows cash or credit I will paid

My wife brought the car in because we had an air leak. Instead of fixing the problem they talked her into a$70 used tire. Then they don't check to see if it was still leaking, well it was . She went to Walmart and Shoprite and the tire was almost flat. They didn't put it in the dunk tank to see if it was OK. You guys gonna pay for the frozen food that melted in the parking lot? Lazy workers

Heard great things about this place and it s all true. Went there for a flat tire. Unfortunately needed a new tire but Chad and team were super helpful and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Will definitely be back for future tire needs.

I got great service and a great price. This was dismounted and mounted in just over an hour and they loaded it back onto my trailerChad and his uncle were very pleasant to talk to.I highly recommend them for your tire services.

Arrived at J&M with an emergency blowout, 9 mins before closing on a Sat. The boys at J&M stayed late, replaced tire and did some safety maintenance. All in about 20 minutes. Helpful, courteous throughout and a great price. J&M did me a solid, for sure. I will not go anywhere else from now on! Thank you!!

As always...a great deal on wheels and tires. Good advice on wheel offset to keep the tires inside the fenders. Huge improvement from stock! I always recommend J&M.
