stay away and get your parts elsewhere. purchased a used transmission and it came cracked after asking about any damages several times before purchase. this company does not honor returns or their warranty. 0% customer service. i have sent serval emails to get a refund/ replacement with no response. left several voicemails with general manager with no call back. also spoke to sales reps. that send me instantly to voicemail. they will only take your call to order the part, after its purchased they want nothing to do with you. this place does not take any pride in operating a good business. wish i paid attention to reviews before wasting my money with them.

I order a transmission from Chuck and Eddies and bought the warranty, the first one was bad and they sent me another transmission. They broke the internal wiring harness on the second and shipped it anyways. The shop didn't have a mechanic at the time the replacement arrived. Once the shop got one they noticed before taking it off the pallet that the internal wiring harness was broken. The warranty was out and I explained how the transmission wasn't even off the pallet. Will said they were trying to work with me, not calling back is not working with people, sorry! I have called and talked to Will a few of times and left several messages, the last time on 02/08/2024, he told me he was waiting on his supervisor. How long does it take to get a 60$-90$ part approved? I just wanted the part replaced and now I am out 1200$. I am really disappointed and won't be recommending them to anyone again. Crooked!

You can sell your old car to Chuck and Eddie's. Be sure to have the original title to the car which you sign over to this company and they hand you a check. Ask about the amount when you call them.The driver was very nice (while my husband brought the original title, I had a copy of it but that does not work). My brakes had locked and Goodwill in Torrington kindly let me park the car overnight in their parking lot (with a notice to the police what was happening just in case).They use a hooking device to grab your old car and pull it onto the lift. Pretty amazing and scary at the same time.

Called to have my junk car sold and hauled away on a Friday. I was told it would be picked up for Monday between 8am-12. I called around 10:30 to make sure I was still on schedule because I never got a confirmation call or message. I was told that driver would be here soon.Called again around 1-130pm because I was loosing work hours & was told they don t give ETA. Was told by the employee that my area was just general pick up between 8am-5pm. She was going to contact my driver and call me back with a general ETA. I received no call back.I again waited till around 4:00pm and called since they were closing in an hour asking if they were still coming. She said yes the driver was still coming for sure but due to my address I was the last scheduled stop. It s now just about 9:30pm and no one ever showed up. Super frustrating to loose out on my whole day waiting around.

They were great! Wheelzy(a junk car buying website) agreed to buy my car n Chuck n Eddie's handled the towing of my car to their junkyard n they were excellent. Picked it up when they said they would, had my check in hand, wished me well n was on his way.Check was already in the envelope sealed for me, so no haggling over the price. We agreed upon a price over the phone so he was all ready to go...Easiest $415 I ever made...Thanks to Wheelzy n Chuck n Eddie's, Inc.

STAY AWAY!!! They never showed up even though i was scheduled!!! They never gave a courtesy call either. When I called 3 hours passed my scheduled slot (8am-noon) they told me I was out of their jurisdiction. That was a lie because i had a third party reference number showing who, what, when and where. I decided to call back and this time was told i was on the schedule still but they were unable to say when. I lost work hours because of this! This company is not worth the hassle therefore I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! In most cases when you no call, no show it's grounds for termination but I'm just the lonely customer so screw me right?!?

Ordered a part and received the part however, it turned out to not be the issue. Talked with them and they said I could return it for a refund. I sent the part back and talked with the company and they stated that they received the part however I haven't not received my money back. I have called and left messages and sent emails and nothing in return. So they have the part and I have lost my money.

It's a car and truck salvage yard with an office for those who really don't know how to remove parts off of wrecked vehicles, they have parts in their warehouse to fit just about any make and are very knowledgeable about what they sell .

Ordered a door , 3 weeks of run around, now the door they said they had, has no hinges and need to wait EVEN MORE TIME. These guys are fools, I would not recommend them to anyone.

Love this place cuz there are so many cars. It's like $2 to get in and bring your own tools because you take the parts of the cars yourselves and that reflects in the price. I always come here and definitely recommend it.

Went above and beyond!!! Asked for an alternator with the wires cut long because clip broke on mine on extraction, they said it was something they didn t normally do but they did it for me and even though it was fouled up the first day, they still cut it and sent it in for me to pick it up the next day. I m incredibly grateful for this and thankful to everyone who helped.

Called about a part 3 days ago Said the part was in stock and it was $50 . Unable to make it that day. Called today. It s in stock for $50 dollar. Said I m coming to pick it up, now. Leave work to go get it. Get there, give info. To be told l, it s in stock for $60. However, it can be order for $50. I wouldn t recommend them to anyone since they can t honor their word, nor are they willing to be accommodating.

They have just about anything you could ask for. They offer delivery too. Pricing has gone up over the years but it's still one of the best pick and pull yards in CT.

Did not enjoy buying parts from here I prefers a window for my car I have a 4dr they gave me one for a coop then charged me to return it a literal scam will be reporting to better business Bureau I ve seen multiple bad reviews now but obviously nothing being done to fix it

Southington is a nice city, with lovely little suburbs, but this location is the closest large junkyard to cities like Meriden and Waterbury.Listen people...I'm upfront and honest in my reviews.Staff aren't very welcoming to me upon entry, until I am introduced as an employee's girlfriend, and even then . My partner has worked there for several years and I have seen a high rate of "counter" staff turnover.I see and hear a lot of the behind the scenes stuff and some of the other reviewers that have given 1 ; I remember their situations. Not all of the reviews are fair and they are coming from "Karens/Kevins".That said, customers should never leave feeling disrespected. I have seen and heard very rude customers that when staff tries to help, they continue berating the staff and then don't like when they get back what they're dishing out. I've also seen staff that has gone out of their way to help customers and even install items for them in the parking lot so that they're not going to some shop and getting charged for easy swaps.

Go to petrillos in New Haven. These ppl here just order your part to take your money. 3x this happened and I m not from the town. All you get is a sorry for wasting your time but we can get another one here so you can try again. Time is everything ppl, if you have to pay a dollar extra for your time not to be wasted, then do it. Oh yea bill the manager that s in southington has horrible management skills. No one was wrong for the incident, and nothing was accomplished.

I applied a mirror for my car on Thursday. I said they would come on Friday. never came up on Monday. I reported that instalarian neither isieron. and I asked them the mirror black and I get Gray. I requested return my money and I said I would charge for refund. this never I said. lack of communication employees. the manager (ryan adams) no customer support not aware of evil service. is my first you see in and the last.
