Brought my old car to another shop and they told me to head to Dan Jacobs for that type of repair. I have been bringing my car there ever since and its been for the past 4 years. Great repairs, timely service and excellent customer service. Great job and thank you.

Excellent service: Everything was as it should be when they finished. No indicator lights left on, no mess in my car. The rep at the front was also professional and polite.Fair prices: They only charged for a half hour, where most shops would just call it an hour. This alone is enough for me to become a repeat customer.Timely: I scheduled an appointment, and can you believe it, they were actually ready for me and took my car on time. Maybe I've been unlucky but this almost never happens.They also gave some of the obvious things a look, while the vehicle was on the lift, and corrected a minor issue without charging me. I will absolutely bring my M2 back here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.Service: Brakes

Excellent service. I called to get tires put on my Cayenne and they were able to get me in the same day! I didn t expect it and was thrilled they were able to accommodate me. Their tech even recognized that I needed a battery installed on my remote and replaced it on the spot. This is a great local ( although people travel from far away for their expert service) shop doing exceptional work at a very fair price! Highly recommend Daniel Jacobs LLC!

I'm lucky enough to live right down the street from this place. I've been driving for over 20 years and have met many different auto shops and this has got to be the best one by far. I have brought 3 different models of BMW's to them and their pricing and work is consistently fair and high quality, respectively. I wish I actually found them earlier!Their capabilities are unmatched. For example, I once went to Plan B Tires in Danbury, CT for new tires and they broke my lug nut off from over torqueing (they said 120lbs shouldn't break it, even though the dealer recommended 88lbs for a BMW lug nut). They did not want to fix it. Nobody wanted to touch it, even places that specialize in Wheels and Tires. Daniel Jacobs LLC took on the job and I was out the door for under $100 in about an hour.They are extremely professional and can get ANY job done on any car, but mainly they specialize in BMW, Audi, Porsche, or VW. Highly recommended. Their place is also comforting and clean to be in, which is important with this whole virus pandemic going around.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Battery

Great place to get your german car worked on. I am new to porsche ownership and these guys know these cars and are a much better value than the dealership. My 2009 VW tdi needed quite a few things as it was getting older. But I love my 6 speed so I invested in it. It was worth every penny.. Repaired my 2009 Jetta TDI, Its a Clean, friendly place.. The prices were much lower than VW dealer, gave me loaner car at no charge..Baron was so sweet and kind...not the usual..."act like I'm clueless female" tone I get at dealers....Highly Recommend!!!
