I would recommend these guys to anyone. I was rear-ended and injured over an hour from home. Lauren helped me out of my car and into the truck. She was very quick to get my car and myself off the highway. Took me back to their office where Ashley was pleasant and friendly. Lauren was gracious enough to stay with me after they closed for the evening until my wife was able to come and pick me up. The other drivers that would float into the office were friendly as well. I would recommend these guys to anyone. I hope I never need their assistance again, but if I do, I know they will take care of me with a level of professionalism and compassion that you would hope for in a time of need.

My son and I broke down on the side of the road and needed a tow. Classic sent out a tow truck and were there within fifteen minutes of being called. The service was fantastic and I would recommend to anyone who needs a tow!

My words car broke down and AAA had classic Coach Works tow us. The Driver was great and he towed us to there location and the team there was great as well

My dad s van broke down and it blocked a narrow road. Thankfully Oseas came in under 15 mins. Great service, would recommend to everyone!

I contacted them today over the phone to inquire about body work to be done on my vehicle which which rear ended. Ashley, at the shop was very thorough and patiently walked me through the steps I need to take. Very professional.

AAA dispatched Classic Coach Works to assist us with a flat tire while we were 300 miles from home. Lauren was friendly, professional & knowledgeable. She put us at ease immediately. All the local tire shops were closed, but she found a mobile tire service that could do the job for $150. She told them no thanks on our behalf & instead suggested she tow us in the morning to a local tire shop. The tire repair was less than $15. Thank you for the excellent service & making sure we weren t taken advantage of.

I want to thank Lauren for her help & kind words while towing my car away after an accident that left me pretty shaken up. She identified that I was upset and scared was very patient with me, gave me good advice and was honest with what would come next in the process. That kindness went a long way for me that night. The gentleman (I apologize I did not get his name) that was with her was also very kind and they were very efficient. Thank you both. Can't wait to properly repay you when the dust settles on my car situation.

Matthew N. Gave me a tow today. What a pleasure! He is so polite, professional and he even told me what he thought the problem with my car was! I did not have much of a wait time. I called AAA and the next thing I saw was a text from Matthew that said he was on sight. If I ever need a tow again (hopefully not!) I would love to have Matthew come to my rescue! Thank you so much, Matthew for helping me out today. I really appreciate it! Classic Coach Works, please give Matthew a raise! He deserves it! Thanks again for helping me out on this very hot day!!

Will scam you out of your car my tow bill was so much I couldn't afford to get my car out they told me my car was in a ditch so they can wench it out cost me a extra 220. It wasn't in a ditch and the keys were in the car. So they like to lie. Beware

Was broke down near rt. 84 and Lauren arrived with the truck fast as possible! She even arranged for me to have a Lyft home, and stayed with me the whole time, including taking my '38 Buick street rod to the shop. Best, and friendliest service ever! Sure look forward to my car being fixed and ready just as fast!

Thanks Bob M! So appreciate CCW and Bob for your roadside assistance. We got a flat tire and called AAA. Bob came out in under 15minutes and got us back on the road in no time flat :>) He was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He even added air to my other tires which was going above and beyond. I so appreciate that attention to detail. I am definitely holding onto this number for the future services.

Recently broke down late at night on a windy country road. Lauren came out quickly with a flatbed. She was wonderful! Personable and professional, Lauren made pleasant conversation with me, putting worries at ease, while she proficiently hooked my vehicle up and got us moving down the road. When we got to our destination (due to the nature of the driveway and out of an abundance of caution) Lauren proceeded to go out of her way. After unloading from the flatbed, with no power steering or power breaks on my heavy jeep commander, she gently coasted it down the drive closer to where we needed it placed. She is awesome! I am so grateful to Lauren! She was my silver lining!

I called AAA for a tow and Bob from Classic Motors arrived in the time frame I was given by AAA. Despite being cold and windy and early morning he was pleasant! Best part was he was knowledgeable about the best way to tow a Prius. (something the other tow driver didn't seem to). Very happy. Thank you Bob!

I had Bob come help me out with a tow. Very knowledgeable and quick with what he had to do. All my lug nuts ripped through my rim. Bob was able to get my tire back on to save my rotor, and get my car safely to my house. He was out to me a lot quicker than expected and worked even faster.

Horrible , they block Straits Turnpike , when they are towing a car from a driveway. Wow, sad the driveway was long enough for him to fit in it smh , made my daughter and I late for a doctor appointment thanks and almost caused accidents and damage passing RVs ..

Great quality and friendly support! Bob from Classic Coach Works helped fill my tank at 3:30 in the morning with AAA roadside assistance, enough for me to go and get a full tank. We re really fortunate for people like him.

My car overheated on the highway and Ryan came to tow it. Myself, fianc�, and baby were in the car losing heat in freezing weather. Ryan came and was super helpful, made sure my family and I got off the highway safely, and got my car home safely. The service was amazing! I would highly recommend using them for anything they could help you with! The conversation was great too!

I needed a AAA tow to a local service station. I was lucky enough to get Bob from Classic Coach in Southbury. He was very nice and even texted me when my car got to the garage. Thanks Bob, you're a keeper!

My wife hit the side of the garage door and caused some damage to the passenger side. This was the first time we used this facility. Jim looked over the car, a 2014 Mercedes SUV and gave us a quote. The rear door needed to be replaced and the dealer was expensive, Jim was able to locate a used door and had it sent to his shop. We were worried because the paint is 7 years old, I don t know how he did it but they matched the paint perfectly. They even removed the trim and lights so there was no tape lines after they painted the car. We were quite impressed with the overall repair. We would highly recommend this shop to anyone.Service: Body & Trim

They charged me $130 for a diagnosis just because I wanted to get my car fixed by another shop. Mind you they were looking a single wheel that fell off because the lug nuts came loose.

I had an amazing experience at Classic Coach Works! I was driving home and my car was making a terrible noise and was smelling like burnt rubber. I went into the office and immediately everyone was very attentive. Right away they diagnosed the problem and provided me with prompt and excellent service. The owner and the girl running the office were kind, compassionate, and helpful. I would highly recommend them as a company and plan on bringing my car for further service!

Wanted them to put a grill on my car would take about an hour I told them I would have to wait for it he said he would call me when they had a opening during the day .They never called .I see they take care of AAA so I guess they don't need the money .Not a good way to get new customers .It's to bad because I had a lot more work for them I will go to someone who needs the business I will never go back there .The only good thing I could say about the place is they have a nice secretary and 2 nice dogs in the office

I have had to be towed to the garage four times in the last six months and every time, they have been to my house within the hour. They are courteous, professional and prompt.
