I moved away from the area and drive 30 minutes to get my oil changed here. They are always thorough and professional. They don't sell you on unnecessary things. Props to management and whomever hires cause it's done well!

Exactly how a quick service lane should run!I pulled up and was greeted within a minute, directed to the correct bay, and given a ten minute estimated wait time. In less than ten minutes I was pulling in the bay. Anthony and the entire team were professional, coordinated, and operated with a sense of urgency. I travel for work and get a lot of oil changes, this team stood out! Just thought they should be recognized.

A few guys at work went here and said they were good. A little higher priced but in and out in less than 15 minutes. Plus they do system checks. Went after work and done in 10 minutes. So next oil change i went back. Asked them to forgo the system checks as i was on a time limit. Seem to throw them off. Anyway i got a new guy who dropped the oil hose on my new motor. Then i get news my oil pan is leaking. They finish up. I go down the road and pull into a parking lot. My lower engine cover is 1 inch from the ground held on by zip ties. There are 2 pieces held together by a stripped screw. There were 18 screws holding this thing on and inserts to keep the screws from falling out. All but 3 inserts were missing and only the 1 screw still in. Took it to the dealer for the pan gasket leak since they had put the new motor in and it was warrantied.After an hour they came out with a confused look. There was no gasket leak. Someone doused the top with oil. And all the missing parts had to be replaced. So im out $220 and those boys at the dealer didnt like me bringing them that mess. Never had a problem like this before. And yes the leak was mentioned on my printout from Valvoline.

Assistant Manager Brandon is awesome! Notified me of backup camera recall which I was unaware of, very friendly and in/out quick. AND Open on Sundays, will be bringing all our fleet vehicles here regularly from now on!

They do a great job on oil changes and afterwards you're able to vacuum out your car for free

Ok! I understand that people need to be trained in the field, but not on my car though! The manager was trying to help a trainee, but he was lacking basic skills. He accidentally opened the AC line and some of the fluid sprayed out. Then the manager came and told me that the AC is low. After your technician let it out!

I came here to change my oil. The Tech put the oil in to fast. Cause a lot of smoke, the Tech Raymond was not helpful. He walked away instead of trying to resolve the issue. The unprofessional behavior, was not appropriate. He told his Manager Mike, you go deal with her. Raymond should not work in a place that involves dealing with Customers.

Best customer service that i received in a previous 3 years. Quick and efficient. Cheaper than other places and they will do more for you. I will definitely be back.

Fast and easy oil change. Had my 9 month old daughter in the back seat.... never had to get out of the car. First time here, and will absolutely be back. Used an online coupon and got a free car wash too. Win!!

Normally when I'd go to get my oil changed, I always brace myself for a sales pitch or the tech trying to sell me add-ons. I went here the other day and had nothing of the sort. It was a slight wait when I got there because all the bays were full, but afterwards I got full synthetic. Took my information, when the typical checks on lights and stuff were done, had my air filter checked and unlike some other places which I've had mark a few pine needles as "needing to be replaced", the tech showed me that it would be absolutely fine and there was no reason to change it. They assisted me while we joked around with how to reset my oil light, and I left with a car wash voucher at the end. No bargaining, no annoying pitch or "diagnostic", just a decent service. Definitely my new oil change location.

Be ready to drop a 110 to 120 for an oil change. They did fine but I won't be back. They strip a bolt and say we stripped it you need a new one.

The techs were very efficient and helpful.The techs were not pushy on any extras but simply suggested certain things.Price was a little bit pricey. Overall ok.
