I ordered a part for our repair shop in Stoughton, MA and it was delivered the very next day. I had not paid for the part until about 12:30 PM on Thursday and received the part by 10:00 AM Friday morning, great service, thank you guys!

Untypically clean, and it was a rainy day, fare price, more approachable than most auto salvage yards. This review was given even though I did not make a purchase. I was looking for a cleaner straighter door then they had available. Not their fault.

Called for parts for my car and they had them. He held them till i could get their. After finding out i did not need them the refunded me my money. Being a used auto part place did not have to do that. They definitely will be the first place I call next time.

So I went online to see if they could ship me a part because I'm out of state of course they said they don't ship bumper covers.....which is cool so I said I do need a few other parts which I told the gentleman 'Wayne' whom I was chatting with and was not a big help at all kinda just brushing me off and I felt like he just wanted me to not message anymore so I took a picture of the conversation and just in case you go online and chat with one of their representatives just make sure it is not him no big help at all

I used their website to try and find a part for the interior of my car. Very difficult because after searching a specific make, model and year range it immediately made me submit a form rather than tell me what they had. That being said I decided to call and ask myself to save time and aggravation. Immediately I explained that I searched online and wasn t given an answer about their vehicle inventory because I have a vehicle that takes universal parts. To which I was immediately given a nasty attitude about why I was calling if I looked on the website and couldn t find what I was looking for. Not sure what this guys name was but he s a jerk and I certainly will never even attempt to give this place another chance. I hope this is seen by enough people to steer them clear of this place. Classless, unprofessional and plain rude. J.E.R.K

Staff was cool as a cucumber and easy to talk to. They have the longest warranty that I know of (6 months) for any of their parts. Would do business again.

I called South Windsor auto parts looking for a part for my Car, I was told they had the part and it was $400 which I thought was a fair price for the part. They told me that the mechanic who would remove the part from the car in the junkyard was out and it would be pulled another day.After following up multiple times over the course of a week to check the status of the part,and getting put off day after day, I was told that the part in question was attached to the engine and would have to be sold with the whole engine. I just wish they had been upfront and I would have found the part somewhere else without wasting a week waiting for a part that they were never going to sell me in the first place. If there was a score below 1 star South Windsor auto parts would certainly qualify.

I never get a good price here compared to other auto salvage yards, and I rarely find what I need there.
