To the owner of this place. I have been there many times and each a d every time it has been a very bad experience. Usually they say our emissions is broke down and don't know when it will be fixed. I have to believe they just didn't want to do their job.

I went there for the first time today. All the reviews & recommendations on Facebook did not lie. They are prompt and take care of your vehicle. This will be my go to place for my car.

Fair pricing! I had to get a vin verification down for my out of state car at the last minute and they took me the same day, no questions asked, no appointment needed! Waiting area is kind of run down, but at least they a have a free public restroom and coffee and popcorn

Great place to get emissions done. They are usually busy, but get you in and out as quickly as they can. The staff is professional and friendly and the waiting area is air conditioned and roomy.

The owner was very rude, I came in and stood in the waiting area for several minutes. Heard him on the other side of the door, talking loudly, and didn't come out for several more minutes. Then I knocked on the office door, but there was still no answer. Another 3 minutes, and I knocked again. I could hear him talking loudly to someone. Still didn't come out until I had to call the place while I'm standing in the place! Pretty stupid. Then he came out cause I told him I'm out here. Got an attitude with me saying he knew I was there. Well, I didn't since I was ignored for over 15 minutes, about to leave. Don't go here.

Came here for emissions testing on my lunch break. Friendly staff, no problems, and in and out service. I got back to work with a minute to spare. Would definitely recommend Precision Motor Coach.

0 stars if I could.. called to see if there was a long wait for emissions testing and the guy over the phone went off on me saying "of course there's a wait, there's always a wait, I do 75+ cars a day" blah blah blah. I didn't ask all that, I asked politey if there was a long wait, a simple 'no' or 'yeah there's a bit of a wait' would've suffice. Now I know what automotive place to avoid .

Went in for emissions testing, waited 1 hour. They did the testing for 4 vehicles that arrived after me. Had to leave.

Terrible. Will never go back. Ever.#1.... Rude!!!#2.....My son and I went there for emissions test on Monday the 19th. We were told to" go to Wethersfield Dmv because the windshield VIN number was gone... that the car needed a new VIN number and wethersfield was the only place that dealt with that." After 2 trips to Wethersfield DMV my son and I found out there WAS a VIN like I thought and the car was perfectly fine.... waste of time, gas, and patience all because Precision Motors didn't want to hear what I was asking in regards to the VIN number! I saw it there , but they didn't want to hear it. BTW and PS....He wanted to charge me $40 instead of $20 because he said by the time we came back it would be late! Went to another emission station( in wethersfield after 2nd trip to dmv) and it was $20 no problems... not a VIN number issue at all!!!! Negative stars if possible

Called at 8:30 am on Monday, 7/15/19. The man who answered was brusque and refused to give me any idea how much of a wait time there would likely be on a Wednesday around 10 am. They do not make appointments for emissions testing. Not a good impression. I live nearby and will not use them now.

Went here with my boyfriend to get a old car looked at and walked in and was standing there for a good 15 minutes and then went out to the garage and there was one guy out there and he was on his own phone talking looked at me and just keep asking on the phone .

Motor Coach = Major Cash... I called in advance to schedule an appointment to have my brake rotors and pads replaced. I bought all of the OEM Parts for the job from an Acura dealer in advance. Precision Motor Coach wanted to charge me $1500 to put them on. I took my car to Leitao's Car Wash & Garage in East Hartford CT. They charged me $250 for the same job. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Precision Motor Coach must use Gold plated tools to do the same job as everyone else.
