Lady who works here "Dani" was incredibly rude to me and not helpful at all. Will go a town over and shop at another napa service was so bad I never want to step foot in that shop again or see her.

Useless place to shop. Consistently let down when told parts are in stock and arrive to find nothing. No communication with this store whatsoever. They should be ashamed of the way they run their business.

I am very pleased with the customer service at this location! I think the guy s name was Rick or Rich either way he was very helpful and patient! I truly appreciate his willingness to help me get what I needed!!

Every time that we go to NAPA we go directly to Luis. He is so helpful and professional. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He gives us a great shopping experience every time. Thank you for your service and for just being kind. Especially in these times that we are living. It s the little things that make a huge difference that makes us come back only to this store. Luis helpfulness does that not only for us but for all his customers. Keep up the great job. Being bilingual is a huge help for my husband as well!Thank you, Gracias, The Fuentes

This is my 2nd time here. A week ago the sales was very friendly and helpful. Today there were 4 sales persons here and they all acted like i was bothering them. Not at helpful or friendly. Henceforth i will take my business elsewhere. 4 stars for last week, no star for this week. Hence the 2 star rating!!!

I found the people working at NAPA very helpful. The man who helped me took liberty to see my truck and presented me the exact parts I needed. There was no waiting time and the price was very fair. Thank you

Went her for a light bulb the first individual acted as if it was a huge inconvenience that i was there let alone I didn't know specifically which one I needed to replace a brake light. He up and walked off in the middle of helping me said nothing and someone else said they would help he was very easy to deal with. Only reason for getting two stars is because of the second guy who didn't find it inconvenient to have to do his job. Never again. I'll go somewhere else. I get better customer service at Walmart then I got from this place.

I've nothing negative to say about this olacem the staff there is friendly, I've had this awesome gentleman called Luis on two separate occasions and it was awesome!!!

I showed up 5 minutes before NAPA opened, and waited outside soon joined by two other people. At 5 minutes after the posted opening time no one had shown to open the door, but a fourth person who had been waiting in his truck got out and started approaching. As he got closer i saw he was wearing a napa shirt and said good morning to him. He didnt say anything or acknowledge any of us and unlocked the door walked in and locked the door behind him. The three of us were confused and looked at each other said f%#k this and left. I reported this to NAPA through there website and never heard back. Ill never go here again.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Dani, I believe, saved me money and time as what I thought I needed was all wrong. Only parts store I will go now - honesty trumps price and convenience

Fast and quick shopping experience. Walked in and was asked if I need help, located the tool and supplies and was out the door in less than 5 minutes.

My car broke down and I needed a battery. They close at 8pm but I arrived at 7:55 and they had the closed sign up. The workers inside looked at me and just shook their heads. I will never shop here again.
