My entire experience was outstanding. Called to make an appointment and was scheduled within 2 days. Arrived and my car was taken in right away, the issue was discovered and fixed quickly. Everyone at the shop was super friendly and the cost of the repair was reasonable. So long dealership I will be bringing my car to Jarvis Automotive.

Lester has been an amazing mechanic servicing all of my vehicles over the years. I was looking to purchase a used Jeep and not only did Lester help me with the purchase, he made sure the Jeep was in tip top shape. The Jeep has been running great! Thank you Lester:)

I came to Lester after Lynch Toyota misquoted me then required me a price to put in a used motor that they said I needed for my 2015 RAV4. Something didn t seem right so I went to Jarvis for a second opinion.Well, Lynch Toyota, had the code but they wrote down the WRONG diagnosis for the code and put a crank sensor in my car instead of the CAM SHAFT SENSOR that matched the code! Then they went on to tell me that the part wasn t clearing the code/check engine light and that I needed to replace the engine for 8,900. When I looked at the quote and added it up it came out to $6700. They said, Oh sorry about that. WHAT???Lynch Toyota is SO shady, unprofessional and dishonest! Avoid them at all costs. They are scammers and liars!Lester replaced the correct sensor, cleared the check engine light, took pictures and wrote me up a testimonial to show Lynch Toyota.Lynch Toyota admitted fault and refunded me $900 because of the pictures and testimonial that Lester provided.I can t thank Lester and Jarvis Automotive for their help, the compassion and their willingness to help me rectify this problem all around. They are truly HONEST and professional. Please consider Jarvis Automotive for all your needs. You will be pleased with service and quality of the work.

These guys are awesome. I use them for all my Tesla out of warranty needs. They do it all here. Not only can they repair your tesla but they also do amazing tesla aftermarket upgrades like,auto frunk, suspension, brakes, spoilers, wheel spacers, auto open doors, LED lighting, etc, etc, etc.. also, good people!

I recently had my Honda Accord towed here due to my axel breaking. Jarvis Automotive has the most helpful staff and they gladly answered all my questions to help me understand the issues going on with my car. They had my car done quickly despite being busy. I will definitely be a returning customer for all my car troubles!

I came in last minute for insight regarding my Hyundai Elantra. Despite this, Lester was more than willing to check it out. Due to to his selflessness and dedication, the issue was able to get resolved on the spot. Lester and the team at Jarvis Auto are the most caring, attentive, and honest crew I ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with in a business setting. I have had 2 cars I ve taken to them and every time they have been patient, explained everything to me thoroughly and followed through on their word. Taking my car to Jarvis Auto feels like taking my car to family because that s how I feel I m treated each time I go there. I ve been coming to Jarvis auto faithfully for 7 years now. I don t trust anyone else to touch my vehicles. Today I had a pretty scary situation happen and Lester and Maddy were very helpful through all of it, and very comforting when I felt overwhelmed. This place truly does treat their customers like family, and I recommend them to literally anyone looking to have work done.

Lester had ordered my part a clip for the air filter. It came in and he was very busy. But, he still made time to put it in. It was less than 5 minutes and he only charged for the part!! What!! Thank you. Good-bye Manchester Nissan. Hello Jarvis Automotive excellent service.

A couple of days ago, I brought in my mother's car. Among other things, it needed a new battery and a starter. The owner was very honest and professional. His daughter was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I highly recommend Jarvis Automotive.

5/5 recommend. Lester was absolutely a pleasure, got all the work done in a very timely manner, did some extra stuff and it was still $100 less than what he initially told us. AND, he even gave my wife a ride home, no charge, after her car was towed there. I found Jarvis automatic on Facebook looking for an installer for a power frunk kit for my Tesla. Lester Jarvis responded quickly with a reasonable estimate, and appointment. The install was perfect and quick. Lester even gave me a ride to the local coffee shop so I could work while they did the work. Great work performed, professional and courteous staff.

Had a great experience at Jarvis Automotive. Ordered winter tire and wheel package for my Tesla with their guidance. Was kept in the loop the whole time during the order, easy to make an appointment. Appointment was prompt and Lester was professional and personable which is reason enough to come back for any future needs.

My Ford Explorer was towed in last week as it broke down on the highway. I can t recommend Jarvis Automotive enough. Lester gave me a fast and fair quote and my husband and I will be using them for all our auto needs moving forward!

Most honest, hard-working and trustworthy auto shop I've ever worked with. Lester tells you exactly what you need and offers advice that you don't get from other places. They were quick, they kept me updated and best of all, did great work. I cannot recommend them enough.

Jarvis automotive fixed our 2008 Subaru head gasket in a timely manner for the price quoted. Really can't ask for more than that. Lester is a nice guy to deal with and very good at communicating about mechanical issues. Glad to have found a good mechanic!

I had a great experience purchasing my new car a couple weeks ago. Lester Jarvis is a great dealer/mechanic; he answered all my questions, explained everything in detail and make my purchasing experience the best. Also, after receiving the car from the auction, made sure to fix any issue or upcoming inconvenience my vehicle may have beforehand. Thank you again!

They're great! I had bought an old car from a private seller that has come up with more issues than I wanted, but Jarvis Auto has provided all the work that I needed done at very fair prices. And, also had provided me with a loaner car when I've needed to leave my vehicle overnight. Very pleasant and knowledgable staff. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle and hates the typical hassle of repair shops.

Lester and the crew there are very courteous and professional. They fit us right in and even gave us a loaner car for the day. What I liked most was that he discussed the options with us. We never felt pressured or rushed, and he educated us about the options we had. He gave me an estimate that was over 300 dollars cheaper than any other place! Took the car in again, he spent a half hour looking at it and didn't even charge us! We used to take our car to the VW dealership, but he's so much better and cheaper.

Jarvis Automotive / Lester gets 5 stars for the following reasons; numerous times my daughter came to use the air free pump and each time Lester came out and offered to do it for her, with his air pump that works better and more accurately fills to spec. After a while we learned her tire sensor was shot (thus we always thought it needed air) and gave Lester a shot at the repair. He diagnosed some while we waited and said he needed more time so we scheduled to bring it in and it was done the following morning, on-time and within budget he set. I love that he always offered to help my daughter (good business or good gentleman or both! ) and that the owner is usually there and does the work. I hope Lester does well in this location and plan on bringing my other cars here as well.

This is the kind of shop that you want working on your vehicle - honesty and integrity. It was just before closing time when our broken-down truck was towed to Jarvis Auto. Our truck wouldn't start, but Lester, the owner, went out of his way to help us out, just as he was getting ready to head home for the night. In under a minute he had diagnosed the problem, then climbed under our truck to show us a quick fix that allowed us to get safely home for the evening, and even explained how to repair it. I was so thankful and I tried to tip him for his efforts, but he refused. You can tell that Lester loves his line of work and appreciates the opportunity to help people out. This place has certainly earned my trust and business. Thank you!

I wish I had found this place sooner! For years I've used my dad's trusty mechanic but I had no idea of what I was missing. Lester Jarvis is a real professional. I drop my car off in the morning and he always has it ready by the time I'm out of the office. He always either finishes each job before I get out of work or he offers a free loaner car. Also when he replaces parts he sets aside the old ones to show me exactly why he needed to replace them and so I know he's not just padding his bill. Also, the last time I dropped off my car it was raining so he drove to my nearby office to pick me up so I didn't have to walk to his shop in the rain.Just wanted to add a quick update: Firestone quoted me $2300 to stop an oil leak saying I needed new head gaskets( when they only have 35000 miles on them). Took my Forester to Lester and he said it was a different part that needed to be replaced $350 job including cleaning the oil out of the engine. Had the car ready same day and did the job for only $280.
