Having a luxury car can be stressful due to the fact that repair cost can be so high. Fortunately enough for me, I have High Line Auto, where I always feel they are giving fair and HONEST pricing, something I don t trust the dealerships to do. Beyond that, they truly care about the experience and ensure that you are taken care of every step of the way. From drop off to when you pick up your car, with a bag of mints and a hand written thank you note, everything exceeds expectation.

Staff is friendly and easy to work with. Communications are fast and thorough. The whole facility is very clean. The the shop is clean, bright and organized. Very professional. Brought my Hyundai in for an alignment. Quickly got a thorough inspection of the whole vehicle including pictures via a text message. Although they pointed out several things, unrelated to an alignment, that may need attention, they certainly didn't push anything on me, which I appreciate. There was one wheel they couldn't align due to a frozen cam bolt but they said it was out so slightly that it wasn't worth addressing. An overall positive experience! Oh, and they left a handwritten thank you note and candies on the dashboard.

I wish I had found Highline Auto a long time ago. To have done so, would have saved me many headaches. They are wonderful. They are professional. I cannot say enough about the great customer service I received. They treated me well and did a wonderful job repairing my vehicle. The prices are very reasonable. Thank you all so much.

High Line is always professional, courteous, and kind when it comes to your car! They will inspect your vehicle from head to toe and give you a detailed breakdown with photos of the issues so you can make your own educated decisions about the work you want done. There is no pressure to do something or gimmicks around their services. This is a place I never worry about being taken advantage of for my lack of knowledge about vehicles because they are extremely transparent. Plus, their prices are extremely fair and reasonable for the services they complete. I can t recommend them enough!

We have always had excellent service at High Line. They provide timely communication and send a detailed diagnostic report with pictures included. They even provided a loaner vehicle for the two days that our car was in the shop. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient mechanic.

Great service again from High Line Auto. Brought 3 cars in this month (ford escape, Mercedes s550, gmc Yukon) for oil changes, brakes, rotors, new tires, leaking gasket. All work was done timely and with great attention to detail. Their new location is beautiful and easy to get to. Always a pleasure to deal with the team at High Line. My recent repair with High Lite was an immediate appointment when I called to report my brake light on. AJ responded within minutes and found the light was due to a faulty wire. I was so relieved and drove out with my car running perfectly. High Lite is the best you will ever find!

There s a reason why they ve been able to move into their beautiful new facility. They do wonderful work with very fair prices. Customer service is the best I ve ever had in the car repair business. Any repairs I need on my car, I go here without question.

Excellent service! Absolutely love the new facility! The waiting room was welcoming and comfortable. I was thrilled to find a customer desk in the waiting room to be able to work with my laptop during my service appointment. While I worked, my vehicle was promptly repaired and I could not be happier! I will be returning here for all my future vehicle service needs!Services: Auto A/C recharge, A/C installation & repair

Absolutely amazing shop. I had the walnut blasting done on my 2014 Buick Lacrosse intake valves with a direct injected engine and let me tell you .WOW!!!!! What a difference it makes. High Line is very professional and work with your schedule. You can pay the bill online through a texted invoice which is so convenient. Thank you High Line!

I brought my car here, not once, but twice. Both times they did not address the issues for which I originally brought the car in, while still costing me literal thousands of dollars. I would have appreciated more honesty in the service professionals, like if they told me that they didn't know how to work on my car (which they said they did) or if they recommended a different company to bring my car to. Oil pressure warning light came on and AAA towed and recommended High-Line and I was delighted with how fast Rachel and the team got me into the shop with no notice and fixed the gauge and did an oil change. I had my car towed to their establishment..all transaction wore conducted by phone or text never saw a mechanic nor a service person until the day I picked up my car I had only one request for them to check on my low tire light and I was very disappointed with the response. They do deal with extended warranties and are very good with that. I was very pleased with their work. I had a difficult time finding their work shop for it is off the main road and their business sign is not very visible.

AJ, Racheal, and the rest are great at what they do. Went in to get an airbag light checked and a door lock fixed, and they solved both. Good prices, professional quality work, and had my car back sooner than expected. Will definitely return next time I have an issue with the car. Had a great experience at Highline. Probably one of the best experiences I've ever had at a repair shop. Was a little nervous looking at the street sign but I went in anyway and I'm super glad I did. Rachel took care of everything for the insurance, the repair work, helped me schedule some recalls with the dealer that were outstanding, she even called and coordinated everything with the rental car companies. When is the last time you had a good experience with a car rental co? Rachel made it super smooth, and then she got feedback from me afterwards to make sure the rental co's had treated me right. Before any work was done they gave me a full report with pictures of the issues, and I could hear her on the phone with the insurance adjuster making sure the insurance covered everything they were supposed to. Seriously great shop. I felt the prices were reasonable and they take CarMax insurance so you get the discount on your deductible, too. Really pleased.

I have a 2007 BMW 750 LI that had a Oil leak and a bad alternator. High Line Auto fixed it for a decent price and provided high-quality work. Customer service was nice and they are very honest. I definitely recommend anyone who has a luxury car or any car to utilize High Line Auto. You really won t be disappointed!
