The Honda dealership I used for car servicing was performing poorly lately, so I needed to find another place for maintenance. M&M Automotive boasted a lot of good reviews here, and it was an easy pick. I visited them 2 times so far, and my experience was excellent. After wheel alignment the car started to drive noticeably smoother, which was not observed after any alignment in the dealership. After another visit for regular maintenance I heard this phase for the fist time in my life: "Your total is less than initial estimate", which was a nice surprise. At no point they offered services as an upsell, but contrary, provided me with complimentary visual inspections.The only downside I can think of is that for most services you will have to drop a car for the majority of the day, but they offer complimentary rides home, which offset this.The owner - Bill - can be seen onsite and he is very friendly. A shout out to Max at the reception as well, I always felt welcome at this place.I definitely recommend M&M for car servicing.

I WILL NEVER USE THIS REPAIR SHOP AGAIN!I made an appointment to have my brake pads replaced. After waiting for approximately 2.5 - 3 hours, I was told that I would need rear pads and rotors. I was then told this would cost close to $700. I declined the service. I then took my vehicle to a different shop and got the pads and rotors replaced with quality pads/rotors for $440. M&M charged me over $90 just to tell me I needed new pads and rotors (which I already knew...and they never mentioned their "fee to look"). They said they would not charge me the "$90 Inspection fee" if I got the work done then and there. I am so glad I refused their service and took my vehicle to a reputable local repair shop. Even with paying M&M their "$90 inspection fee", I saved approximately $170 by taking my vehicle to a different shop. CAVEAT EMPTOR

Hourly went up. But the quality of service is still really good . Only that troubled me is that I ask the service manager if the wire Harness for my driver s right side light bulb was warranted and he looked at me if was stupid and said no. I did not expect this . I really like the owner and what he does for community but just wanted him know about this. And how I felt shamed by the maintenance manager s remark. Especially when I m loyal customer.

Great staff. Timely. Only one issue, the battery was replaced, but the corrosion on the cross bar was not cleaned.

Been going here for over 10 years. Very accommodating and very professional. Ed is awesome. The owner is fantastic. They ve become good acquaintances over the years. Got a flat on the way home from picking kids up from school. Pulled into M&m and asked if they could help, and they got on it immediately! They found the cause of the flat and offered to repair it for me. I was in and out in less than a half an hour! Great service!Service: TiresService: Tires

I had been having an issue with my car hesitating and losing power. M&M was recommended in a community group so we stopped by to make an appointment. Took the vehicle in at 8am, by 930am I had a diagnosis of what the issue was, signed the authorization and was driving by 2pm. I found them to very reasonably priced. I know I saved money by going to them instead of the dealership. I will definitely recommend them to my family when they need their vehicles serviced.

Quick to schedule an appointment with their online system. Provided quote online quickly with recommended additions and recommendations for future services like scheduled maintenance items based on age or mileage. Paid online after receiving notice that the work was complete (via text), so it was very convenient to go in and pick up my key and leave. Friendly at the front desk too! While I still consider myself a relatively new customer the support I have gotten once again has confirmed for me this is my auto repair shop.My truck needed a Bolt loosened so an alignment could be done. FIXED.At the same time my jeep was having trouble with the ignition. So as I scheduled service they suggested I get a new key made. The key is 20 years old. We'll golly gee FIXED with the new key. RECENTLY MY WINDSHIELD WIPER BLADE BROKE OFF DURING A STORM. I WENT TO M&M and the technician immediately took my car and replaced both my windshield wipers. It is so nice to have a reliable auto repair shop in the neighborhood. They did work on my truck, while it was fixed properly, they charge very high prices for parts. They go by what the computer says for time to fix instead of actual time it took. No matter what I bring my vehicles in for, the knowledgeable techs at M&M have never let me down. They always take care of what is needed at that moment, as well as inspect the whole vehicle to let me know if anything else is due or may come up in the near future. They never put pressure on you to fix additional issues, they just give you all the factual information for you to make decisions on your timeline. Car engine was hesitating anytime accelerating into higher gear every time for over a week, and my torque converter was causing problems The part was ordered replaced and service completed within exactly the time quoted and the $ was precisely the figure they had written. Love M&M for service on all our vehicles and the work is always done perfectly, in a timely manner and cost is always minimal.When I have needed a used part M&M has always found what I needed.
