Great service! On the spot diagnosis! The service mechanic did a nice evaluation of our exhaust system, catching some issues... scheduled a follow up appointment in 2 weeks along with a courtesy car loaner. Top quality!

Always great service, and I highly recommend coming here for your car service. The waiting area is excellent for getting work done. I also never feel like I'm being upsold or that they're trying to push me into getting something I don't really need. I feel confident that I'm receiving recommended services that will benefit the safety and well-being of my car. I think the price is very comparable to competitors, and I will definitely be coming back for continued car services.

Well I had a car servicing appointment at Nissan Autobody shop on January 27th at 8:00 AM but due to their courtesy they accommodated my car five minutes earlier.Andrew Marino the dealer associate informed me what was needed to be done. So I left my car for servicing.At 12:27 PM I was informed by the text message that my car is ready.Also, JOSEPH STACK, the technician sent me the video of my car s exact locations what was repaired which I think is a cool feature.After reaching at the premise Andrew gave me the paperwork for the signature and that was it.My car was again in an excellent condition and was running on the roads smoothly and perfectly.Here I would particularly like to mention two names:1)the technician JOSEPH STACK for his outstanding job in servicing my car as well as sending me the video of the work done.2)Andrew Marino (dealer associate) for providing excellent customer service by explaining me what will be done in the car service.Nissan did it again!I ve said it before and I will say it now that Nissan Autobody Shop never cease to impress me. I WILL HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL THE NISSAN CAR OWNERS TO GET THEIR CAR SERVICE DONE FROM HERE. I will definitely give 10 out of 10 marks.

I always get my Nissan Rogue serviced here. Anything from oil changes to more complicated things. The service advisors are always very helpful and knowledgeable. This time Andrew helped me and he is always polite. The prices are upfront and fair. I never feel pressured to buy more service then I need. Everytime I need an appointment I am able to get one quickly. Would recommend.

Shannon was excellent with her customer service. I had a terrible experience with Crowley Nissan dealership in Bristol and coming to Hoffman the service was exceptional. Thank you Shannon for your help and excellent service. I no longer dread going to the car dealership. :)

Always courteous fair and honest. Unfortunately I can't say the same for Honda and Toyota. Hoffman NISSAN Service should be a model for all other Hoffman Service Centers.

Appointment was easy to get. Andrew in the service department is knowledgeable, communicates well, and is a pleasure to deal with. The vehicle inspection video provided by the technician, Joseph, helped me prioritize issues to be addressed at the time of service and identify what can be deferred for future services.

Andrew was extremely helpful and communicative. He was knowledgeable and kept me well informed through the whole service process. Hoffman service is the best (no wonder, with people like Andrew there!). It s also the first place I ll go when looking for my next car!

The service team at Hoffman Nissan is fantastic, including Shannon and Nicholas and the rest of the team. I bought my Rogue from Hoffman earlier in the year, and I feel like the great service has continued right into the ongoing regular maintenance program. Came in to get an oil change and tire rotation. The service rep allowed me to bring my car along with my wife's which was quite convenient. The rep also kept us aware of the progress and what car may need in the future.

I m repeatedly amazed at the quality of the service experience at Hoffman Nissan. Everyone in the service department treated me nice but that didn't resolve the problem or the issue with with the car because it's still knocking when it changes gear and I was trying to find out what the problem was and they said they couldn't figure it out they didn't feel it but I'm feeling it as I'm driving I don't know if it's a transmission problem or we just a transmission mount it needs
