The team at Hoffman Nissan was great and very quickly helped me into a new Nissan Ariya. Steve was an amazing salesman. The whole staff was great from start to finish but they really took care of me. Extremely happy with my truck would definitely recommend them to everybody!!!! Especially the sales manager really great people

I had a great experience with Steve and Nick Kane. He helped my husband and I get into a used pathfinder. It was older, and when we took it home the catalytic converter went and they did not hesitate to make things right. They put us into a rental and fixed it immediately. That kind of customer service you don't just find anymore. To think I was even nervous going into the dealership at all. Now I will be a returning customer

Purchased a used Rogue from salesman Michael. He was amazing, every concern we had was answered with "we can do that", or "no problem" or "we can make that work". Trade in value was fair, every question no matter how small was answered right away. I felt they truly appreciated my business it was clear their goal was to make a long term relationship (as opposed to just making the sale) I would recommend this group to anyone looking to buy a car.

Purchased a used vehicle, and everyone on the team was good to work with start to finish. Although not a great experience that the vehicle had an immediate mechanical issue - that I think the dealer should ve caught/corrected before the sale - I m glad they made it right by providing a loaner, and being communicative throughout the process of having the vehicle repaired. Cost of the repair was taken care of, which is why I m rating this as a good overall experience. Easily could ve been a very (very) negative situation, but again they made it right so that s respectable in my book. 3 1/2 stars, and I would work with Hoffman Auto again since they owned the issue

I have bought a number of vehicles from Hoffman Nissan. Very pleased with the service dept and the no pressure sales team. Up front honest pricing, Glad to have a dealer I can trust locally. Would definitely recommend.

Mike and Ann at Hoffman Nissan were absolutely incredible! As a young female going to buy a car it can be intimidating and scary. They made me feel right at home and made the process so incredibly easy. I feel like I got a good deal and had no pressure! I cannot recommend them enough!!

Mike at hoffman Nissan had great customer service. He was very knowledgeable and made my s5 purchase smooth and quick. I was able to drive away with it the same day I looked at it. Everyone else at Hoffman that helped me through the process was knowledgeable and very helpful.

So After a situation with another local mechanic couldnt fix my problem Shannon McCormick and the team at Hoffman nissan took over my issue and really took care of fixing my vehicle within two weeks! Very professional and Shannon made sure to go out of her way at every request i had made, i have waited to post this review as i wanted to make sure my vehicle is in working condition and all is well (which it totally is and i couldnt be happier with my car back!) Thank you again Shannon McCormick and the team at Hoffman Nissan!

Steve Hamszy was awesome to deal with. He was honest without any high pressure sales tactics. I told him what I wanted and didn t want and he made the purchase as simple as possible. I had been shopping for a new vehicle for several months and had plenty of run around from other dealers. No sales games here. Steve, Jim and the finance office were a joy to deal with. Now where have you heard that in the car sales industry lately! Thanks to all as I am loving my new Pathfinder!!!!

Coming in for service is quick and easy, if a bit expensive. I have complete faith in Shannon and know that I can trust her to steer me in the right direction on what needs to be done now and for upcoming services. Her customer service and expertise are exceptional! She is the reason I feel so comfortable bringing my car in for service.

Recently purchased my first car and Michael at Hoffman Nissan was patient and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. As a first time Nissan owner, every question I had was answered happily and thoroughly. Michael made sure my non-negotiables and needs in a vehicle were met when making the decision on which car to purchase. I appreciate Michael for all of his help and highly recommend him.

First I'd like to say that I have been coming to Hoffman for years and travel almost an hour one way for the service department. I booked an appointment this past Thursday and Andrew in the service department was extremely nice and professional as he always been during my previous visits. I explained to him that my car was not running right and that my odometer was not reading properly. After 2 hours and $160 later for a diagnostic test I was told I would need a new cluster however the one to my specific car was discontinued. He assured me that they was a multi point inspection done and there was no issues or concerns with my car. I went to work on Friday and when I tried to leave my car wouldn't start. Shocked I called the dealership and spoke to a lady named Katie I explained what happened and she hung up the phone on me. I called back and spoke to Shannon who I've also worked with plenty of times and she was very abrasive, belittling and wouldn't let me try to explain how could my car not start when I just got my car serviced. The reason I am giving Hoffman a 1 star is because Yes I'm upset that I got my car checked and the next day its not starting. Moreover, because I sent an email to Andrew and also tried to contact the service manager and have been ignored. Please go here with caution because I do not want to have the experience that I have had.

Recently my car was totaled and I had to purchase a new car on the fly. Mike was incredibly kind, listened to what I needed and instantly suggested the perfect vehicle for me. He was organized, friendly, helpful and respectful of my time and did everything he could to accommodate all my needs throughout the process. It was a great experience! The entire experience from start to finish was phenomenal the person who answered the phone was knowledgeable and straightforward, and Steve was such an attentive salesperson who went above and beyond to help me find the car I wanted. They sent over a courtesy vehicle to pick me up which arrived exactly on time, and Ann, the business manager, worked with me to ensure that I received all of the rebates and promotions I was eligible for.The initial part of my car search process was incredibly stressful, and I am so glad I found the folks at Hoffman Nissan. Thank you again for taking care of me!

Andrew Marino was friendly, efficient and professional. The service department responded to my request for service and booked an appointment within 24 hours. The work was satisfactorily completed within the promised window of time. A detailed description and estimate for the needed near term car service was provided upon request. I was very satisfied with the overall service experience and I will highly recommend Hoffman Nissan Service Center to others.

I've been coming to Hoffman Nissan for 5 years now, the service here is great! Shannon, Andrew, and the rest of the team are top notch. This recent trip, Shannon was great, giving me the peace of mind that I needed while my car was getting repaired. I have since moved out of the area, but still take the trip back up to Simsbury to get my car serviced. Service like this is rare, and once I find an establishment like this, I stay loyal.

I was very specific in my search for a new Pathfinder. Color -- on the both in the interior and exterior -- as well as the package were very important to me.Michael Cutrone, my sales associate went so far beyond my expectations, that he literally sold me the vehicle. Mike made the entire process easy and enjoyable. He was thorough, super knowledgeable and he delivered. I cannot express enough how great Mike was throughout the process and I hope Nissan recognizes his exemplary work.
