Eddie, Steven, and Dani are very accommodating and helpful. They helped me with my membership and made sure I had a very positive experience using the amenities. I am glad I stopped by to get an oil change and car wash at the Shelton location.

I was at the Shelton, CT car wash & my windshield blade came off as I went through and was destroyed . I only had my new used 4 year old car for one week!!JASON the manager was extremely PROFESSIONAL, POLITE & NICE. He tried other blades that were in stock to fit my wipers, but none fit (along with another very nice employee to help didn t get his name).He suggested I go back to the BMW dealership, have them replace the blade & I would be reimbursed . Which he did by not charging my credit card for the monthly fees equal what the blades cost me.It wasn t anyone s fault this happened but Jason fixed the problem!!Wonderful employee don t let him go!Not easy to find good employees like that.THANK YOU JASONLisa

Very efficient service here. They are very organized to make your visit speedy and complete. Many options too choose from which is an advantage to your personal liking. Great positive attitude from the staff. The guitar attached to the pressure washer was hilarious.

I have a monthly pass and usually visit once a week. This location is rather small and I can never get a spot at the vacuum because of the high traffic flow. This one particular visit I had to park in a no parking area to clean my vehicle. A gentleman (Taj) was coming over who I thought was going to tell me to move my car actually asked me if I needed any help. That has never happened to me before so I was pleasantly surprised. As I continued to wipe down my car another gentleman (Eddie) was holding a spot for me at the vacuums and waved me over to pull my car in. I was shocked Eddie introduced himself as the new manager as I thanked him for looking out for me. I can definitely see that Eddie will be making an impact in this location as I received above and beyond customer service. Thank you Effie and Taj for making my experience top notch.

I frequently visit this car wash, because it is not too far. Only one time I went to Fairfield, their spot a little tight, in comparison with Shelton Location. I went also to Milford one day, I forgot how it was my experience.They have all kinds of cleaning stuff, for inside and outside of the car. Some things need to be improved, like the brushes inside the bay, some spots were not cleaned very well, and looked dirty. I think it's better to update the Bay with high pressure washer than the brushes. Even the brushes need to be changed, because they are not cleaning very well like before. For the first time today, I opted for unlimited car wash.

I was there on Sunday and 2 round car magnets (very important to me) came off my car. I have no way of contacting the Shelton location so I can ask if they have them. The car wash was good and the people were nice. Please respond to this review so I can come in and get my magnetsHow do I know if you found my magnets? I am not happy that you didn't recommend to take them off the car before i went through

I usually stop there every once in a while to get my car washed and they always try to push the $24 a month thing and I don t like to do that today. They were extremely pushy about me getting the unlimited $24 month car wash, especially the gentleman with the beard or goatee and white gray hair, and very unprofessional and pushy. I won t be going back I go there cause it was close and it was convenient and they didn t do that bad of a job but the pushy selling was a big turn off

On every visit which is on average 10 times a month, I alway find the crew of the Shelton Car wash genuinely friendly and helpful. The equipment is sound, the cleaning supplies plentiful and quality if the wash superb.

I just love Russell speeder s car wash. The membership is most definitely worthwhile. The service there is above and beyond. The employees really go out of their way to be helpful and provide the best customer care possible. I recently purchased a car and it had some adhesive remaining on the paint from a sticker. As I was trying to remove the adhesive from the paint on my car, Kevin came running out to assist me. He brought the proper cleaner that would remove the adhesive easily without damaging my paint job. He did a wonderful job and is extremely attentive to the customers needs. The staff there is so helpful and friendly. A five star rating from me!Services: Scratch removal, Car waxing

I had a really great experience with Jean at Russell Speeder s in Shelton! He came right over to help give me tips on how to best clean my car and even showed me how to use the products he was recommending. I am extremely appreciate of Jean and his help this morning! Thank you for making it such a great experience!

A few weeks ago, I visited the Shelton Russell Speeder s and accidentally locked myself out of my car while vacuuming. Kevin, who I believe is the manager there, assisted me for the better part of a half an hour by allowing me to use his phone several times, and even spent some time helping me remove mold spores from the side of my car while I waited for my husband to arrive with a spare key. The entire time, Kevin was attentive and calming, and I really appreciated his company, while I was in a bit of a frantic moment. I feel he went above and beyond his role. You don t see a lot of that type of attention these days! Thanks again, Kevin!

This place is awesome! Free drinks for customers and free vacuums. Quick service and great results. They clean your car extremely well and it s not expensive at all. Only around 35$ for inside and out cleaning with wash dry and wax. Definitely recommend this place.

I made the decision to cancel my membership on October 4, 2023, and I informed a female staff member about my intentions. My initial frustration stemmed from feeling coerced into signing up back in June 2023 by a gentleman who promised a $29.99 monthly rate, but I later discovered the actual charge was an exorbitant $47.85, which I found ridiculous. Despite expressing my lack of interest in the service, I reluctantly signed up. Regrettably, I only utilized my membership once and had a disappointing experience from the very beginning.The female worker guided me through the cancellation process, instructing me to log in and provide my information and email. I did receive a confirmation that my cancellation request had been processed, and she assured me that a refund would be issued. However, since that day, I have not received any further communication or the promised refund. This situation has left me quite dissatisfied.

My car is as clean as it was when I bought it several years ago. Jean cleaned it like it has never been cleaned before. He was so friendly and polite. Thank you, Jean, for an awesome customer service experience and a wonderfully clean car!

I have to express my pleasure with an employee named Josh.He is an exception always a nice smile and courteous .He is a sweetheart!!! So nice to see a young one so accommodating. Very friendly and explained the different car washes to me when I inquired.

Simply HORRIBLE Experience. Not being an Unlimited Member got stuck in the pay line where I got a mandatory HARD SELL. Finally went thru wash and car was still wet AND dirty. Lifetime BAN LIST for me.

It s a good price with free vacuums & products to really clean the interior of your vehicle with friendly staff. They have an automated system that sprays your car prior to the wash that I feel doesn t do a good enough job, if a part of your car is dry going into those brushes, higher chance of a scratch or paint chip which I have noticed to appear on my vehicles hood after going here for months 1-2x a week .

I was vacuuming my car after going through the car wash and Jean approached me and asked if I need any assistance, he is here to help. He was very pleasant and professional. I was talking to him about the sap I had on my car and he said he can help me with that and immediately went to get the can of spot remover and proceed to rub the spots. I was so happy that it worked!

I have a car wash membership here & I won't go anywhere else. Employees are super friendly, great customer service ! When I take my kids with me for a car wash the employees always draw cute designs on the windows for them & wave. They love it too :) Plus free car vacuuming !!

I made a visit to this location with my wife and kids. Our car had stains all over from tree sap; which seemed impossible to remove. The attendant Jean came over right away and was incredibly knowledgeable on how to help, he was friendly and genuinely happy to assist. Jean provided me with everything I needed and even offered to remove the difficult stains himself. Jean not only provided me and my family with exceptional service but also many others at the location that day.Services: Polishing, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

Although my most recent visit to this business did not include any services, I cannot recommend this place enough. I had an issue that needed to be resolved and the manager, Kevin was happy to resolve it for me immediately. This is the only car wash I will go to. Every staff member that I have encountered there has been enthusiastic and accommodating. Love this place!!Service: Auto detailing

There needs to be more all purpose cleaner available at the Shelton location. Also, sometimes it is hard to find a spot to park to vacuum. These two points have made me consider cancelling my membership recently. Other than that, everyone who works there is really nice and competent. It is a good car wash when everything is there, but the lack of all purpose cleaner to do the interior is driving me crazy.

They have free vacuums and the detailing supplies are available and well stocked.The manager Kevin went out of the way and actually took time to explain the benefits of the detailing products and how to use them.It s conveniently located and I haven t had to wait in long lines (always a win).They are very responsive- A week ago one of the vacuums had low suction and within minutes of mentioning it a staff member took care of it
