R & C is great! We've been clients of R &C for many years. Fortunately, we staved off visits for several years, but recently had to get some work done on my daughter's car. The work done was flawless. We went to R & C because we trust the quality of their work and they are always nice.

The vehicle repairs are always done expertly and vehicle is returned with utmost cleanliness. My issue is with the time it takes for the repair and the lack of communication during that time.

R & C Auto Body did an exceptional job repairing our vehicle and it looks like it just came off the lot when it was brand new! The office staff communicated with us throughout, kept us updated and worked with the rental car company as well so we could pick up our rental and drop it off at their shop. Not satisfied at all. This was an insurance job with my deductible. I went and picked up my car during work lunch, from just glancing at it, it looked nice and I was happy to get my car back. On the way home we wanted to put gas, the door would not open, got home and forced it open, found it was still taped inside, then I started to look more closely and out that the mirror was scratch, it's supposed to be a new mirror. The edges were not fully seated either. There are acrelic drip bubbles you can see then from far. Door handles were not even painted and they were scratched from the accdident, bumber on that side left the same scratched and unpainted. The paint color is a little off from the original paint too. Before you leave, check your car well, this was my first paint job, but I won't make the same mistake EVER again, I will check everything before I leave.

Look no further than R&C auto body. Lexus, uses them for their vehicles; since Lexus does not have a paint shop. The job they did and matching the paint was ("absolutely amazing"). Thank you R&C.

When I brought my car in all of the windows worked perfectly fine I picked my car up now the driver side window won't go all the way up they claim they had nothing to do with it now I have to go to Audi and pay to have the window fixed

I've used one or two other repair shops over the years but the best and my first choice is R &C. They are thorough. They work seamlessly with the insurance companies. My cars have always looked like brand new. The only negative is that they will no accept claims from my own insurance company. If I have to file a claim on my own insurance, I have to use another repair shop. That's a shame.

R&C handled the repairs to the left-front quarter of my Honda Accord. The staff was very friendly and responsive to questions and handled arranging a rental car for the time the car was in the shop. When the work was finished, the car looked BETTER than before, because they not only did a great job on the actual repair, they did full detailing job on the car, including polishing the wheels and tires and thoroughly cleaning the interior. This was the best repair shop I've ever been to. My car went in for repair for extensive rear damage after an accident. I recieved weekly calls updating me on the progress. It was done on the day they said it would be, and the paint match is wonderful. The car also came back with a full detail. Really great experience. My bumper looked perfect. So happy with my experience here. The front desk staff was super attentive and helped me through the entire process. Loved getting the text message updates on my car and when it would be finished. The process couldn t have been easier for me. Highly recommend R & C to anyone needing great work done.

Someone hit my cars rear bumper. They handled all the insurance stuff, got me a rental, where on time and did great work, cant tell that the car was ever damaged. Brought my 2005 Hyundai xg350 to get an estimate for some minor damage to rear tail light and rear bumper. Car was in excellent condition with 110,000 miles. No rust as prior to me buying three years ago had never seen winter weather. Dropped car off on Monday, told that car might be totaled which I found very hard to believe. Came up with a $ 2,300.00 estimate which the insurance company found acceptable. Expected to have the repaired car back by Friday. Had not heard back from R & C so I contacted them nine days later to find out that the car was just sitting there untouched because of no communication from the Insurance Co. and they had tried to get a hold of (BS). I asked if I could call them from there and within ten minutes we were in touch. That afternoon they removed the bumper and said they found additional damage of over $ 900.00 and that the insurance company would total the car as they valued it at $ 3,000.00. The car was worth much more than that to us so we had to accept a check from the insurance co. for less as they had to deduct the salvage value. I believe the estimate was bogus and R& C did not want to work on our older car. I wanted to take the car somewhere else and pay out of my pocket to perform the necessary repairs. Time was running out on the rental car so I wanted the car back ASAP. They told me they had to put pieces back on before I could take it. Went back 36 hours later and the car wasn't touched so I took it anyway. Would never recommend them to anyone. No communication and lack of professionalism.

I have used them 3 times. Their work is amazing! You can't even tell there was prior damage at all, as it should be! The only aspect they could improve on is communication. They didn't call when they said they would for updates, I ended up having to call them and ask for updates.

My car was beautiful looking inside and out when car was finished what a great job they did. I would recommend R&C to anyone who want a professional job. I have been using R&C for 25 Years. They have done everything from minor dings to severely damaged front and rear to total losses. One of the cars I brought in did not look bad, and they could have easily done a ton of work to it, but Ray explained the car would never be right again. This last one was for some damage to passenger side. Ray handled everything from soup to nuts. He contacted insurance, put together quote, sent everything out and delivered the car as promised. When I picked it up, he had even fixed an annoying issue I had. Plus, the car looked better than it has in the last year. I have recommended R&C numerous times, and will continue to recommend them. They do great work and handle all the pain of having to have a car repaired professionally, friendly, and courteously.Rich Wagner

WOW!!!!. I took my car their to get repaired through my insurance. They only took cash or check which was kind of a bummer at first. The staff their was amazing, they sent me daily progress reports. I have never dealt with an auto body place that was so customer friendly. I will never take my car anywhere else. They did such a great job on my car.Service: Body & Trim
