Needed wheel bearings replaced BAD on my Ford Explorer I depend on to Uber Drive. Had a friend try and failed. Geoff had both sides done within 2 hours and I'm back on road making money. They are truly Limitless!!!!Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

We were driving through the area when we had a minor engine issue with our older model truck. It was Friday evening and their staff took care of us, even towed our trailer to the Walmart up the road so we could park for a few days during the repair. The part had to be shipped from Omaha, not their fault, but it delayed things longer than we hoped. Once we were back on the road, the part, an exhaust manifold, failed within 6 months - and less than 5K miles. Limitless towing was quick to refund the money for the part, even for the shipping of it back to CT, but they have never honored the warranty of the labor. I even gave them a year of regular and patient reminders, emails, and phone calls while they worked with their supplier to get something back. Then, I stopped getting any responses from Limitless at all. How many more chances should I have to give for them to make this right? I wasn't asking for a complete refund for the initial install, but on what it cost me to replace it again, which was less than half of what Limitless charged. I have had many garages stand behind their work, and refund me all of the labor cost of a secondary repair when a part goes bad. I should have gone with the national chain up the street. I hate to say it, but at least with them, you have recourse when something doesn't go right. I would not recommend this shop.

Traveling from out of state, and my car engine started to shake. I went to Limitless and Dan along with his master mechanic did a great job fixing my car and rear suspension all within hours. Super happy with my service and work done at this car garage. Dan is easy to talk with and the crew is laid back.

Awesome shop! We brought in our generator last minute and we were accommodated so quickly! Generator was serviced by the end of the day! Priced fairly as well!! Highly recommend this shop!

Have to appreciate the no bs approach this shop takes. Other mechanics try to inflate your bill. This shop is honest and straight forward with you. They do the repairs at a fair cost too. Saved me hundreds on parts another mechanic told me I needed which Limitless determined was a lie! Extremely pleased with limitless towing & repair. I had a DEF problem on my mason dump. I'm a contractor and having a truck go down is a huge headache. Problem was diagnosed as a DEF heater. Parts came in very fast and I was able to drop my truck off Thursday night and I had it back Friday. Very knowledgeable guys, great service and communication. Limitless towing has gained a long term customer. I recommend limitless towing & repair to everyone.

Avoid this shop. I brought my Subaru there for a head gasket job and my vehicle was returned to me with more problems and running poorly. They had my car for 4 MONTHS. I had to have the car towed to another shop because their master mechanics couldn t figure out what was wrong with it. Turns out the cam gear was installed improperly which caused engine damage. Hack work and inexperienced techs at this shop.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

These men are literally the new guys in town. They get the job done at reasonable pricing. Geoff and Dan are attentive to the customer. Took my vehicle here to get fixed and i am not satisfied. There's no reason you should take a car somewhere to fix something and another thing goes wrong. I called and took it back and it's still not running properly. This place is unprofessional and untrustworthy. Its not right to pay hundreds and hundreds of dollars and still have issues. I will never return here and I'll be sure to let others know not to come here for repairs.
