To be honest the work that was done on my truck was up to par. They did what they were supposed in the time they said. And there rates are normal compared to other shops. But the one star is due to the elderly woman they had at the desk. I'm not sure if she was drunk or high, has mental health issues or special needs. I can't believe she has a job. She must be related to the owner or they just feel bad for an old special lady. But I do not recommend. I pity any living thing that has to deal with her in any capacity. She is a black hole of disappointment.

Well when I first call to get my free check up abs made appt just before the spot abs she said to bring cash abs other cards she accepted but I said I told you I only wanted the free check up abs she went in to say well my men have to put it up on the lift and its time abs time is money so it's 62.50 for a half hour abs then if theres things wrong we have to fix were going to need your card in file and I was so disppointed we went to free check up to having your card to charge you a huge fee that's 140 an hour service idk how well that is bit I don't see many cats there is tucked a way of how ave abs cause I'm a senior citizen she went on to day we take care of our seniors I hung up with the feeling of being conned..I won't go there to get air abs that's free to bit I'm sure they charge you

I've been coming to C & C Family Automotive for all of my auto repair needs ever since moving to the area two years ago and they have been nothing short of exceptional. Everybody there, from the front desk to the lift, is professional, responsible and honest.I most recently had an oil change and a repair of a leaking AC system done before a road trip. This time, like every other time, I got a call from Tony a couple of hours after dropping off the car. He gave me his assessment of the repairs required, their costs, and all of the context I needed to make an informed decision about whether to perform the repair. Having an older vehicle, some repairs are just not worth it, and Tony always takes the time to explain what he did to find the problem, the extent of the repairs, how likely it is that the issue could reoccur, and whether he'd do the repair on his own vehicle.I would also particularly like to point out the speed with which C & C do all of their work - I've never left my vehicle with them for longer than 3 days, even for major repairs. They keep an organized office and a professional shop with extremely reasonable prices.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning, Oil change

I never leave reviews but C & C is worthy of another 5-star review. I chose to take my car here based on the 5-star ratings on google and other sites. I ve always been hesitant when it comes to car repairs because it is just so hard to trust mechanics these days, especially as a young woman. I m so glad I chose this family auto shop. I ve never come across such honest mechanics in my life. The entire family has gone out of their way to make sure my car is running as it should, but most importantly to make sure I am safe on the road. They have fit me into their busy schedule numerous times. They call me before proceeding with services to not only make sure I am okay with the price, but to explain what they see and why the service is recommended and important to be done. I have never come across any mechanic shops to educate me about things going wrong with any of my cars. I will refer every person I know who needs work on their car to this family auto shop. C & C has proven their honesty and they provide fair prices for their services. Thank you so much to all of you! Tony, Bill, Rose, Renee and anyone I may have missed, I cannot thank you all enough!!

Called them up to tell them what was wrong with my tire. They told me to drive over to drop my car off (I live nearby) and when I arrived they said they could squeeze me in. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Fast, friendly, good service! Definitely recommending this spot to people. Awesome place!

Everyone was very helpful and polite. Frank, who worked on my car, is very honest and explained everything very clearly. I know he is honest because I was a mechanic for a long while but did not mention that to them. I just didnt have the time or hydraulic lift to work on my car. Everything he told me that could be wrong with my car was accurate and the work he did to fix the problem was diagnosed properly and fixed properly. Solid business with honest people, I would recommend them!

There is a very good reason that the previous reviews are 5 star and that is that they are deserving of a great review. I had the misfortune of having some car trouble while traveling through town. I was fortunate in that I found the nice folks at C and C Family Automotive. They did the repairs quickly and at a fair price and had me back on the road in a short time. Great folks and great work!

These folks are the best. We were in town for a wedding when our windshield wipers failed. Tony took a look at it on a Saturday morning, even as he was trying to wrap things up for a much deserved "staycation". He provided a quick fix at a really low cost and we were on our way. We made it home (8 hours away) with no further problems. Tony, Renee and their staff are the family owned and run, friendly, customer service oriented business that you should seek out. Whether from out of town or a local, this is the place to get your car serviced!

Called up in the morning and explained what was wrong with my car. He said he was a little busy, but to drop it off and he will get the car in the shop to look at it. The next morning got the call with what was wrong explain to me that it looked like the last owner tried fixing it and just stop. Saturday morning picked it up and the car was work better. Very friendly people and fast work for even getting squeezed in. If I had another problem I couldnt do on my own I'll bring it back here

Found this business after dealing with unreliable service at another shop. They were so friendly and professional and listened to all my concerns. It s been 8 months of dealing with the same issues and unfortunately for me, I didn t have a solid paper trail of actual work done so we have to basically reset and start from the beginning. After the service they provided today, I have no doubt we will eventually find out what the issue is one way or another but this time the process won t be dragged out nearly a year. Feeling hopeful!Update: although they never charged for trying to repair the issue on multiple occasions and instead asked me to write a review, they decided to drop me as a customer since they couldn t figure out what the original shop tried and said it was taking too much of their time. I completely understood and was very grateful to not have to waste even more money but it was still unexpected. My final interaction was positive but sometimes tough jobs like these need to be handled by the makers dealerships which is what I ultimately ended up doing.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

There aren't a lot of quality, family run, local shops out there anymore. The kind that care about their customers and treat them like they're part of the family. C & C is one of those rare places. This is a place you can bring your vehicle and get the repairs you need, and ONLY the repairs you need done quickly, professionally and reasonably priced.

I brought my 06 Elantra in for my 100k mile service. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the work was excellent. My car runs like new again. Thanks for the great work C&C. I will be referring my friends.
