They were the only mechanic not trying to rob me. They did great job fixing my O2 sensor, in timely manner, was fairly priced, and very professional. Would definitely go back & reccomend!

This is a very professional, pleasant & caring business. It's 1 of the last family owned business that goes above & beyond to make sure the customers are satisfied with the services they provide. They make sure the customers are happy & knowledgeable about what was done. I will always go there to have my car in good working conditions. You will always be happy with the services they offer. Very honest and accommodating. There have been 3 occasions when I ve taken on of my cars there and there has either been no charge or a $20 fee. I feel this is unheard of these days. They will take the time to explain to you what they did and why.

These guys do excellent work and are exceedingly honest. Multiple times I have brought my cars to them expecting a big issue only to be told it was something fairly simple and inexpensive. I have always been happy with the work they do. Even though I have decent shops closer to where I live now, I make sure to travel the extra distance to bring my business to them.

I took a car here that I was thinking of buying for an inspection. The chief mechanic, whose name I don't recall, was outstanding. The place is clean, which shows me that the guys that work there really take pride in their work. And in a little less than half an hour, they put the car on the rack, ran a number of tests, checked the engine fault computer, and gave me confidence I was getting a great deal on the car. They charged me a very fair price for the work. It's too bad that I live about 25 miles from this place, else I would enthusiastically give them all my auto repair business.This is the kind of auto repair place you only see in the movies. But it's for real here...

I live in Shelton and have been taking all my cars to A&F for many years. Before I started going to A&F I had a very low opinion of auto repair places. At most times, I felt that I was being cheated. After dealing with Art and Frank I find them to be very honest, hard working and highly qualified to work on all my cars, foreign and domestic. I have never felt that they tried to overcharge me or charge me for non-existent repairs. I highly recommend A&F Mohegan.

These brothers and employees and family are just that!!! Family..They are straight shooters, honest, and fair pricing. Best place to go if your car breaks down. One of the last honest mechanics that do great work. If you live close by anytime your car needs service you have to bring it here.

All they did to my brother's 2006 GMC Envoy V6 with electrical problems all they did is start the car and they said it's okay but then when he pushed the window switch and everything went crazy. Lights flashing!, Radio loudly beeping, Car freaking out!, For the last 2 times they did nothing!!!. THEY SUCK, Don't go here!!!

I like this station because everyone is friendly. I also had a "check engine" light show up a d I was panicking. One of the mechanics plugged in their device to see which code was in error. Fortunately, it was a minor thing with no issue and just deactivated that light.
