Excellent customer service! Mary was incredibly helpful. She greeted me promptly with a very pleasant disposition. She addressed any questions I had and explained the difference in tires to me in simple terms which I appreciated. There was no hard sell at all. I would definitely shop here again and recommend Town Fair Tire of Rocky Hill to my friends. It was a very pleasant experience.

Very nice individuals there! Brother at the desk named Mike B. hooked me up with a great price match and a solid job. Alignment came out feeling much better than before and the tires are awesome so far. Many thanks!

Mike B and his team in Rocky Hill, Connecticut did an amazing job getting me into an optimal set of tires while I was at the mid-point of an 800 mile trip. Mike had to arrange the quick delivery of the correct tires. When he had them in hand, he formulated a "better than advertised" price and got them balanced, mounted, and the front end of my car realigned. Throughout the process he was cheerful, courteous, and fun to work with. It's an amazing thing - one person with a great personality can completely transform a customer experience from average to extraordinary. A+++, GREAT job!

Hands down top tier all-star cast team.Mary, in particular, is an exceptional person and outstanding representative and aid for the company. She handled me with such unique care and generosity that will not be forgotten. I enjoyed every single person I encountered at the shop, and I look forward to returning when I need them. Didn t think anyone could outdo the Berlin Turnpike/Newington shop, but Rocky Hill Store #527 (I hope that s right) did.

I can't rave enough of how AMAZING Mary & her team we're to me. I went to Townfair Tire in Rocky Hill CT. Mary was very informative & helpful with information about tires. She knew her stuff. The guys there were bubbly, friendly & made me feel no question is a dumb one. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

What an amazing experience I just had at the Rocky Hill location. Mary was very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I ve ever had! If I could specifically request her for all my future tire emergencies, I would!!!

Great experience! Jos�, Shack and Jason did an excellent job filling up and repairing my tires! They were friendly and extremely quick! They finished up in 10 minutes. I ll definitely be going back! EXCELLENT 10/10

Vic was very knowledgeable got me in and out of there without waiting very long went in for flat repair on my trailer. Tire was beyond repair. Gave me a great deal on the tire. Very happy. Love this store.

Great service! Willie greeted me when I entered the store. I was in for a tire rotation. He explained other services that were offered which would increase the life of my tires. No high pressure sales! I will be coming back for new tires at my next rotation. I highly recommend Town Fair Tire in Rocky Hill.

I was Greeted at the door by Willie. I use a walker and he came to open the door for me. He proceeded to be very professional and polite. Mary helped with the sale and she really knows her stuff.They were able to get the tires for me for the next day. They arrived right when they said they would. They gave me a discount on the tires. I was very happy with all that they did for me. Great customer service!!

Got an honest assessment of my tires. Recommendation was made. Replaced four tires, did alignment, and checked brakes, all for a reasonable price. Was out of there within an hour. Everyone was friendly. Would highly recommend.

I visited the store to replace tires on my GMC Sierra. I had an idea in mind about the type of tires I was looking to put on the truck, but after speaking with Mary who talked me through different options, I decided to go in a different (and better) direction. I've always had a good experience at Town Fair and this was no different, but Mary's expertise and thought process really stood out. She didn't try to sell me but instead helped me work through the process of what I was trying to accomplish. I ended up spending a bit more than I had planned, but I was honestly happy to do it when considering the upside of making the change. From the time I walked in until I was driving away was about 75 minutes...got a status update by text and phone...and definitely left happy. Thanks Mary and thanks Town Fair for another great experience.

Mike B at the Rocky Hill store is an asset to your organization! For the past several years Mike has gone above and beyond and provided an extraordinary customer experience and that is rare especially in today s world. Willie & Mary were courteous even though i showed up with a flat tire around 5:30 knowing it was probably too late to get it fixed. they helped find the tire i needed & ordered it for me then after having to reschedule more than once due to unforeseen circumstances, my tire was fixed quickly and i was treated well. Mike B has been a pleasure to deal with for years & I m always glad to know he s in the building when i go there

After going to townfair tire numerous time for an issue with one of my tires. I really wasn't a happy camper. Finally after 5 times going there they figured out the problem. I wasn't happy I had to pay for a tire when I had recently had purchased 4 new tires. The last 2 times I was at the rockyhill location I had a nice experience with Victor.. he is such a nice person. Between Victor and Mike they made my experience a lot better today. The reason for 4 stars is for the number of time I had to go in for them to finally figure out the problem. Had it not been for Victor and Mike for making things better things might have been a bad review. I just might give them another chance.

Mary was helpful in every single aspect. She was happy to come to my vehicle and check out my tires to ensure that I was choosing the correct product. She was also happy to run me through many different option and alleviated all of my concerns. Would definitely recommend and will be back for my next set of tires!

Been satisfied going to Town Faire Tire s various locations for 40 years now. But this is my 1st ever review.Last Tues. Mike B. & his crew at the Rocky Hill store were exceptionally helpful, given my particular, if not unusual, new tire needs & TPMS issues on my near 20 year old car.Mike B. handled the work. He was thoroughly knowledgeable, professional and not only courteous, but a pleasure to work with. His focus on customer service is outstanding.Am recommending Mike & the R.H. location to the many drivers in my family even though it s a bit of a drive for us. Definitely worth it!Thanks Mike!

Micheal was very nice and helpful ! Came in for a new tire to replace the flat I had gotten and he took the time to look at my rim to make sure I wasn t spending any extra money if I didn t have too. Great customer service. Will definitely be back!

I have been going to R.H. Town Fair Tire for 20 years-very satisfied with MIKE and co-workers. Recently, just before Christmas had a flat...had to use my donut...brought the tire to T.F.T. to be fixed. "Josh" was at the counter, showed him the tire...needed to be replaced. Was in the area next morning, again Josh was at counter, told me the tire was on order-(He was the "Manager"!!!!). Expected to have a call-NEVER HAPPENED!!!... Finally after 6 days I was able to have the tire replaced and thanks to MIKE was on my car within 5-8 minutes!!!!!I was self employed, worked with the public for 35 years and NEVER had a person talk to me the was Josh did!....Sure GLAD they "woke-up" and MIKE is back being the manager taking care of business--"If it ain't broke, don't fix it" applies here!!Thanks Mike!!!

I have been going to and purchased tires from this Town Fair Tire location for several years and have received outstanding service consistently. An example is the awesome service and care I received last night, December 4 when I came in to determine why the tire pressure light came on in my 2014 Nissan Sentra. Mary provided prompt, attentive care to my needs and upon the completion of the recalibration performed on my tires a nail was discovered in one of them-thus the reason for the tire pressure light being on! I am so glad that I brought my car to them and that they were able to fix my problem and get me back on the road between 20-30 mins., and without charge! Mary informed me that the light should go off within the next day or so and if it didn't I could return. I was very happy with the service I received and will purchase from them again.
