These guys are the bomb!I have a 1976 Fiat and I was there about a year ago for some suspension work and they did an excellent job and found some other things that I needed to get fixed.I ve been trying to get back to them because I ve got brakes that aren t working on the Fiat again!! (Fix It Again Tony)I m trying to squeeze it into my schedule, but they are the best place around.

Precision BrakeWorks is amazing. Once the tire I ordered off TireRack came in, they immediately called me and I dropped my car off. They had the tire replaced, balanced, and put back on the car in the same day. They also told me about a way that I could get a refund for the price of the tire! My friend who meticulously maintains his cars recommended Precision Brake last year. I had been tired of dealership service prices and had been looking for a Local mechanic who knew their way around Volvos. Their prices are reasonable and the work is outstanding. I needed new tires and wanted to find a garage that would mount them if I had them drop shipped from Tire Rack. I had them sent to Precision Brakeworks and they mounted and aligned them the day they arrived! Terrific! They also straightened out a bent rotor. Had my new tires sent here and installed. They were quick and efficient. The car was ready earlier than i had expected. The ease of ordering tires and having them sent directly to PB was fantastic. Trustworthy and Friendly!We brought our car in to have the brakes checked, thinking it was time for them to be replaced. The owner Joe couldn't have been kinder and easier to deal with. He was very thorough, honest, and friendly, answering all of our questions. We've visited here before for other automotive work and every time it's been a positive, easy experience. We will continue to only go to Precision Brakeworks. Highly recommend!!!

From a tow, our 13 year old Subaru with no brakes was left off at the shop door of PrecisionBrakeworks.Owner Joseph Skelly called us for a mutual lift inspection with mechanic of the badly rusted underside and broken strut. He offered to make several calls, and we were able to comfortably pass on what has been a really wonderful car to a legitimate parts company. A decent and profitable termination, thanks to Joe. I took my '04 Suburban to Precision BrakeWorks to have the rusted brake lines replaced.They were very honest about what the job would cost and when it would be completed. The work was finished promptly and there were no surprise 'gotcha' items on the final bill, as sometimes happens when I have taken it to the dealer. They were also very accommodating when I was unable to pick the vehicle up for a couple of days due to travel. I will definitely consider taking my vehicles there for service in the future.

Great end to end experience. I purchased snow tires from Tirerack and it was a painless process getting them installed at Precision Brakeworks. The work was done under the estimated time. A great touch was the team bagged my summer tires so the trunk and the interior didn't get dirty. Will go back to the Precision for all of my tire related needs!

It doesn t matter if my family and I are ordering tires off tire-rack and getting them professionally installed or if we just need an oil change and tune up - Joe and his crew at Precision always do a stand up job. I drive over half and hour just to visit the shop as I know I will be treated fairly and honestly. Highly recommend this shop!

Did a complete front and rear brake job on my 2013 MB C300 at Precision Brake Works and I could not be happier with the job they did. They honored their estimate, keep me apprised during the day of the repair and met my timing needs. I will be using Precision Works for my auto repair work going forward!

This was our second visit to Precision BrakeWorks this time for our transmission. On our last service for brakes they noticed a shuddering in our transmission. We brought it back for a flush and apparently it was pretty bad in there!!! They took the extra time to flush and do everything they could to get the fluid and transmission running well again. These guys are trustworthy, reasonably priced and honest. Three things that are hard to find in this world today! We ve found out go to guys when it comes to car service. Thank you again!

We're new to Redding, but have had both cars serviced at Precision BrakeWorks. Mostly swapping on/off winter tires. Great service and convenient location, right next to the train. Or, if it's a quick repair, there's a coffee shop across the street.

I had my bearings replaced by Precision Brakes a while back and there was still a noise and slight feeling in the steering wheel that developed soon after, within a month...When I called to tell the guys that I was still hearing and feeling something "not right", they said to bring it in and they'd check it out...Sure enough, even though the bearings were OEM Mercedes, the driver side front was defective! Precision did all of the work and replaced the defective parts very efficiently at no charge!Thanks guys!WTS

I've been here twice. First time I had a TPMS issue, sensor not working. They checked it out and said I'd be better off going to the dealer to get it replaced, and they didn't charge for the time to check it out. I came back when I needed tires installed. Ordered the tires from TireRack. Another good experience with these guys installing the tires.

Showed up one week day around 1:30pm with a flat tire, had been a loyal long term customer both buying direct, and using tire rack. Was told they were busy and could not help me, all the lifts were tied up the rest of the day. Come on, my tire was flat. I did not even ask about cost, would have paid just about anything. This is how you treat your long time customers, they directed me up the road to Ace Tire, where I went and they took care of me immediately. Lost a long term customer! I won't be back!Was not offered a wait, was told come back tomorrow.

Because of reviews I've read and online reputation I asked Precision Brakeworks (PB) for a fee estimate to do some front end work ( replace front end control arms) and also to replace the front Struts on my 2011 Hyundai SanteFe. I had rec'd a quote from the Dealer in Danbury and communicated the details of the repair work the car needed to "PB" . PB confirmed the work I had told them that needed to be completed and gave me a fee estimate that was $ 200-250 higher than the dealer quote was for the same work. PB wanted to test drive the car to confirm the repair work I had already described was needed to be performed PB did not comment that there would be a fee to confirm what repair work was needed ( after they had given me a repair quote). I did not have the work done preferring to have the dealer perform the work for the lower price. The fee for confirming the repair work needed , was $70... 1/2 hr. of work to test drive the car and conclude what I had already told PB.( I paid the invoice) Not an excessive amount of money perhaps but excessive to confirm that was provided to PB including an opportunity to obtain a new client.. perhaps they don't need new customers?

Precision Brake! Where to start. Such a motivated and highly qualified team of mechanics! Incredibly professional and conscientious, be it routine maintenance, or a complex issue that no other area shop can fix, Joe and his team can fix it, and with a smile. The greater Danbury area greatly benefits from having this business around. I'm thankful I gave Precision my business and I intend to return with any and all issues I may have in the future. Highly reccommend!
