I ve been a loyal Pamby Jeep customer for many years but their service this time went so far above and beyond - my car was having troubles for a couple of days and while out and about in town on a Sunday I bumped into one of the elder Pamby s and told him about it he immediately called his nephew Tim who took my number with a promise to be back in touch. Not only did he call back but arranged to come to my house first thing the next day and took the car. Later that day, problem solved. So thankful not only for their speedy service but kind approach.

Pamby s stellar reputation is built on great service and integrity. The dealership operates with transparency and does not take advantage of its customers unlike other brands. There was no COVID surge pricing when I bought a truck. You also can t beat lifetime free oil changes.The service center is fantastic and explains all issues in a clear manner for the everyday person. The technicians and service members will look to save you money, because they don t just want your business they want your children and future generations to come here. No wonder this company has been around for 75 years in Ridgefield.

Pamby has always been great to me. Even back in the 90s when I bought my first car there (an Eagle Talon) to now, when I get my Jeep serviced.The staff is friendly and always helpful. They were able to squeeze me in before a road trip to change my oil and rotate my tires.Even calling on the phone is easy. All departments are very helpful.You'll probably pay a bit more because you're going to a dealer, but you know you'll get factory parts and they'll make sure everything is working as expected for your car. It's more reassuring than going to your local garage to fix something.I'll keep going as long as I have my Jeep.

I went in for an oil change. The two men at the service counter were rude, dismissive, uninformative, and had absolutely no customer service skills. I will never give this service center my business again. They lost a potential lifelong service customer with a new jeep wrangler over an oil change. You are better off going to Meadowlands or Danbury Jeep.

I had my van towed in because it's a Dodge handicap conversion van and they were able to look it over. They weren't able to work on my van because it was a conversion van and I had to have it brought back home. I brought it to Danbury Dodge and they were able to fix the door. The problem I was having is the sliding door wasn't staying on the track.

I brought my jeep wrangler to service because my check engine light turned on. The service writer Nick attempted to double dip by charging me $175 which I'm assuming is labor, and going through the factory for a RECALL that has been published through chrysler since 2017. I asked him multiple times to verify that it should be covered he told me NO until I told him exactly the code it fell under. He then tried to tell me it just posted as a recall. I wonder how many people he has done this same thing to?

First time using the soft top on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited since I had taken over the lease (the prior owner never took off the hard top). When I tried to install the soft top, I encountered what I thought was a defect. I spoke with Soni in the service department. He suggested I contact Jeep corporate, which I did, and also come by for him to look at it. Turned out Pamby was able to resolve the issue. Much appreciated! Will be back for maintenance on the Jeep.

Went in for recalls. They charged me 39.99 for a multi point inspection which doesn't make any sense. You're looking for issues and work to do on my car, it should be complimentary. When they found issues with my Wrangler, no details were provided. Being a service advisor, I asked for brake measurements since they recommended rear brakes and wouldn't give me any, just that I had 1000 miles left when my pads were still at 4-5 mm.I chose Pamby to do my recalls over Danbury, due to poor experiences with Danbury, but I have to admit I was quite disappointed at my first experience with Pamby.I'm still due for 90k and 100k services as well. Questioning where I should take it next.

I m so happy I took my car to Pamby. My wife and I moved to Ridgefield about 2 months ago and my car was looking horrendous following the move. I got a full detailing package, inside and out, and I m thrilled. I feel like I just got a brand new car! Thanks again to Nick and the crew at Pamby!

I called 3 dealers near me to fix my manufacturers recalls (3) and all three dealers told me they don't do warranted or recall work! WHAT??????? It took us 35 minutes to get to Pamby's but they took us the very next day we called, and fixed all 3 recalls (1 was really dangerous) for free. Thank you Pamby for being on the side of safety and not just about profit. Sometimes it's better to make friends than money!!

Second time I had unscheduled day off . Needed an oil change and tire rotation. Just popped in and they took me in. Love it !! Soni took very good care of me. Thank you Pamby,nothing but the best

Had my truck serviced here a few times now, and am pretty satisfied with the experiences I've had. I did not purchase my vehicle from Pamby, but they are always very helpful and accommodating when scheduling a loaner car when my vehicle is being serviced.

I take my Jeep regularly for oil changes and other maintenance services. I love that I never have to wait around. Shout out to my buddy, Silva, who always drops me off and picks me up in the shuttle van!

Bumping your vehicle ( not purchased from them)for one that was purchased from them during a scheduled appointment is their policy. Communication of services and times are lacking.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

I had a factory recall which resulted in a malfunction of the drive shaft and pamby worked with the manufacturer to fix the issue at no cost great service knowledgeable and they even follow up several days later to make sure I was satisfied with the repairs

I didn't buy my new car here but because of their service dept I will definitely buy my next one here! I drive 50 min to use them and it's worth the ride!
