Having dealt with Georgetown Auto Body for the past 25 years, I would highly recommend them to anyone for body work. They are very professional and their workmanship is above anyone else who I have worked with. Their knowledge of paint colors is beyond comparable, especially when it comes to working with clear coat finishes. I have had several different cars of different colors with clear coat finishes and they always match it perfectly (this is a 3 coat process), you would never be able to tell where they did any work on the car. The staff is courteous and once again the workmanship is excellent.

Pat made the process painless... I was rear-ended the first day of December last, and my insurance company of 30 years (!) - which happened to be the same as the perpetrator's - made my life miserable, by balking, delaying, poor communication, low-balling repair estimates - you name it. They also kept steering me to their "approved list of shops" - meanwhile, I'd heard the rave reviews for Georgetown Auto Body on my local FB group, so I wasn't having it... ! My husband and I are so pleased with the final result, because our low-mileage, 3 year old car was in near-perfect condition before the other driver hit me... Pat & his team made it look like the accident never happened. I highly recommend Georgetown Auto Body !Service: Body & Trim

Georgetown Auto Body knows how to take care of it's customers. They did a terrific job repairing the trunk on my Audi convertible. The repair job went smoothly and the paint is a perfect match. They nailed it on the timing and I got my car back exactly when they said I would.If you've got to have your car repaired this is the place to do it!

With the recent storm, a large tree came down in my driveway and damaged my two Audi cars. I called the dealer who immediately recommended Georgetown Auto Body, the shop they use for all their body work. I called Pat, the owner, who was extremely helpful and very professional from start to finish. He worked very effectively with my insurance company and their work and service was A-1 throughout the process. I highly recommend them for any and all body work needed on your car. Thank you Pat and please thank your team for me as well.

I've had two experiences with Georgetown Auto Body, and they have both been great. The business is clean, organized and very professional. Pat really takes the time to listen to you, and discuss what needs to be done, what other potential options exist, and then the work is top notch. I'm a local, but if I wasn't, I'd make the drive.

I brought my car in as my drivers side mirror was damaged. I thought I need to replace the entire unit but at Georgetown Auto Body the man went into the shop and came back with a tool and in 5 minutes reconnected the plastic casing and ensured the mirror still worked properly. I was expecting to spend $500 in repairs and walked out spending $0!!!!Georgetown Auto Body is exceptional for its honesty and customer service.Service: Body & Trim

Not only is the building so professional, but Patrick went above and beyond for me! As a woman, going into an autobody shop can be a bit frustrating and he treated me with respect and kindness. Being in a serious accident is an emotional experience. Dealing with the aftermath of the vehicle doesn't have to be. Pat, and his team at Georgetown Autobody are honest, professional and kind. I highly recommend Georgetown Auto Body. The whole process from estimate to repair was handled in a friendly and professional way. My car looks great and not only did my bumper get repaired but the car was washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. Thanks Pat. Great experience at Georgetown Auto Body. Pat had an estimate for me in minutes. He got my car in right away for repairs. It was in the shop for the amount of time he said it would be and for the exact amount of our estimate. The color match was flawless. Highly recommended

Georgetown Auto Body is exactly what you want when dealing with repairing your vehicle. If you love your car, you'll love them. Don't you want someone who does what they say they will do, when they say they will do it, how they say they will do it, and stands behind their work? We have been both unfortunate (to have people hit our cars) and fortunate to have had Georgetown do the repairs. They have done work on my Wife's Audi Q7, my Audi S8, and my Daughter's Audi S5. Now, I am a car guy and grew up around a close family friend who owned a body shop and restored my first car, a '72 Chevelle SS that I still own to this day. Everyone knows and always tells you that once a car has been hit, it will never be the same... I have to tell you, I am a royal pain in the butt and have an extremely critical eye. Looking at the work they have done on all our vehicles, I would never know they had been hit. If anything, they look better than they were before they were hit. I'm a customer to AUDI of DANBURY who recommend GEORGETOWN AUTO BODY of Ridgefield CT.to have a "Hit & Run" damage repair done.From the moment I met Pat Venus and his Staff, I knew ABBY was in good hands. Friendly, understanding and knowledgeable of the work involved, reassuring that the repairs will be better than new.Well, when Pat showed me his repair shop, there were Audi's already being repaired....THEY KNOW THEIR STUFF !! . We have been using Georgetown Auto Body for many years. Even after leaving Ridgefield and moving to Danbury after the kids headed to college we continue to travel back to Ridgefield to use Danbury Auto Body whenever we need body repairs. From our Jeep Cherokees to our Audis, they have done exceptional work over the years. Pat and Kelly are kind, professional, and always do exactly what they say they will do. On time and an Budget. Great people running a great little business.

It took them a month to replace 4 body panels. Unfortunetly, I did not have a good experience here. I live in the Town of Ridgefield and wish I could support a local shop, but there is simply no way I can rationalize their lack of service. My mother had put my car into a gaurd rail causing only cosmetic problems (that's what we were told and billed for, therefore I doubt it's not the case). I have a 2016 Honda Civic and parts are readily available for this vehicle, often able to recieve parts within days. However it took them 2 weeks to acquire the parts before they called me to get it in. Not that big of a deal so far. Well after the car had been in the shop for a month, 2 weeks after the original planned release date, double the already copious amount of time, I was not happy. I got my car back and everything looked good, except all of the scratch marks all over the car, which must have been from their poor attempt at blending or just because they let my car sit outside for a month. Previously to this, I used a place behind the Mercedes and Honda Dealership in Danbury for when someone backed into me and caused me to also replace 4 body panels. it took them 3 days. I'm a restoration mechanic on vintage cars and, even we can custom fabricate body panels faster than it took them to do my car. I would highly recommend going elsewhere with your business. As someone with an education in automotive technology, it makes me upset to see places like this. Nothing they say or do could rationalize the poor service. I was never called about the push backs. I had to call. God knows how they treated the car if they couldn't even be respectful to a paying client.

Georgetown has worked on all of my cars over the past eight years and it s work is always top notch! The people that there are wonderful and they always send my cars back looking showroom fresh. I won t go anywhere else.

I brought two of my vehicles to Georgetown auto body for leak-related repairs basically at the same time. It was just an awful experience. Expensive work was done without authorization. Telephone calls went unreturned for days. The repairs did not fix all of the problems. Then, to top it all off, we noticed damage to the interior of one of the vehicles after we brought it home. The damage was in the area that was being worked on. I called Patrick Venus and told him about the damage and all of the other issues that we had experienced. Mr. Venus basically accused us of lying about the damage caused by his employees. It was only when I filed a complaint with the DMV that he offered to fix the damage and became somewhat apologetic. However, he ultimately refused to pay for the damage. I never write poor reviews, but this was a terrible experience.In response to Mr. Venus's reply to my earlier review:It is interesting that you apologized to me profusely over the telephone for performing work without authorization while now denying it in this public forum. It is also interesting that you now state, in substance, that leaks are difficult to diagnose and repair and that leaks are outside of your business's purview, considering that I was never told this prior to or after giving you well over one thousand dollars for what you assured us were repairs that were done correctly. None of this is surprising though, unfortunately.As for the damage that we noticed inside of the Acura after it had been at your shop, it was exactly in the area on which you claimed to have worked (as opposed to what you stated in your response here). You told us that the sunroof was leaking and repairs were made prior to collecting money from us. The damage that we noticed after bringing the vehicle to you was on an interior side panel directly next to the sunroof. How exactly is that not in the area that you told us was repaired? Perhaps implying that a customer is a liar is not exactly in keeping with your stated view in this public forum that "the customer is always right."My response is merely to set the record straight. I was taken advantage of and was dealt with in a very rude manner. As for your supposed offers to repair the damage caused by your garage to the Acura, at that point, I did not want your garage working on my car anymore because of quality issues and the way you personally dealt with me. I asked you merely to pay the cost of repairs at another garage. I even got an estimate from another garage. You refused to do so and said you only wanted to repair it yourself. That's where it was left by you, and I was left with one leaking vehicle and one damaged vehicle. At the end of the day, it's not the money as much as it is the principle Mr. Venus.

My low tire indicator light came on as I was leaving work. I called Patrick and asked if he had time to put some air in my tires. He told me to stop on my way home and he and Jacob checked and filled all four tires. I was out in 15 minutes. Simply the best.Service: TiresService: Tires
