I recently bought a 2016 subaru WRX from this dealership, the car was in great condition engine, body and interior wise, it s now going on close to a month of driving the vehicle and I have had zero issues. Even tho you take a gamble with used vehicles never knowing what will happen with them, im glad to say i purchased a vehicle from here. the service was great and franklin was a great and friendly guy to talk with.

I recently purchased a 2017 jeep wrangler. It was a very positive experience not only was the vehicle as good or better than FrankHad stated.He was very easy to deal with and did everything hesaid he was going to do. I would definitely look here again.

Franklin is the nicest most accommodating used car dealer on the planet. He bent over backwards to find a car perfect for me on my limited budget! Drove me back and forth while I was without transportation and answered every phone call and text. You can t do better!!!!!

I had a fantastic experience working with Frankie on purchasing a used 2011 Toyota Tundra. We spent a few weeks discussing pricing and options and test driving. We came to an agreement on a very fair price and he even included new front brakes and a modernized replacement LED radio console at his cost!! These are very honest people and I would highly recommend if looking for a quality used car in this market where many can t be trusted. Our car purchase experience with Franklin was simply awesome! During this challenging post-pandemic time, finding a used car at a fair price in good working order was difficult. After some shady deal options for others who are doing car side hustles, we just happened to see a car for sale sitting at the parking lot of the Star Diner great marketing! After a call to Franklin, who responded quickly, the process for our final purchase was straightforward and went very smoothly. Franklin took the car to our mechanic who gave his approval, followed by Franklin taking care of the registration and delivering the car to our house! Frank is fabulous. I was shopping with my son for a used car and Frank showed us a few. Very fair prices. We ended up buying from a private party but went back to Frank he did our pre-purchase inspection, showing and explaining everything to us.Knowledgeable. Friendly. Reasonable. He is in the old CrossFit location next to Brick Oven Pizza. New business- one that I am sure will grow to be a great asset to Ridgefield.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

These guys have got it down. Friendly service quick responses and answered all my questions. I found the perfect car and it was in equally perfect condition. Look no further if you re looking for a used car. Fair prices too, i had no reason to ask for a lower price.
