Spotted my dream car (M5 Comp) on IG and immediately called the dealership. I spoke to Mike Gaudio, who helped me through the process of purchasing the car in about a week. Have to say, after experiencing other local NYC BMW dealers, I was surprised and delighted by how warm and helpful Mike and the entire Ridgfield BMW team were. Can t recommend them enough. Never felt pressured. Always felt in control. When you re making a big emotional investment like buying a luxury (sports) car, you need partnership. That s what I got. I ll happily be driving the hour from Manhattan for service, and I live 5 min drive from BMW Manhattan .

I enjoy going to a Ridgefield BMW. My advisor is Steve. He is very nice and very caring of peoples feelings. Great with understanding. We recently moved to Connecticut from another state. We needed to have a front license plate mount installed. I was able to make an appointment by text. When we arrived for service, we were met immediately by a pleasant technician. Our needs were confirmed. The work was performed, at no charge, while we waited. The dealership is housed in a modern, first-class facility with a comfortable, nicely provisioned waiting area.All in all, our experience was first rate, and we look forward to having our vehicle needs met by Ridgefield BMW.

The team here was very professional throughout the entire experience. We traveled 2.5 hours as they had a great car with specifications and mileage we couldn t find anywhere else. The sales process was comfortable, financing beat my local bank rates, the car was delivered clean, and they took time to set up the car to my liking. Would highly recommend working with the BMW Ridgefield team.

It was my first visit to BMW of Ridgefield. It was an excellent experience and it is strongly recommended. It was for a recall service. The people there were professional and friendly. The service person communicated with me through simple text messages informing me the progress of the job. The job was done fairly fast to my surprise and finally they offered me a complementary quick vacuum and wash. I really love their service and will certainly come back for future maintenance and services.

Had a great experience. Placed an order for a G80 m3 and my salesman, Douglas, kept me posted about the order along the way. Would definitely recommend purchasing a BMW from him. Also, the paperwork did not take long at all as Iscander was very efficient but still made sure to answer all my questions. Overall, had a wonderful experience and will definitely purchase from them again .

This is my first BMW M car and so I wanted to make sure it was receiving top-notch service. I was quite impressed with my technician s (John s) attention to detail and thoroughness in performing the 1200 mile break-in service.My service advisor, Steve, was excellent as always ..Steve answered all of my questions, and I felt comfortable and confident that my car was receiving the best service possible.

Cannot say enough good things about the way they run this dealership in Ridgefield. The customer service is fantastic. They are timely and go above and beyond to make it a good experience. I could go to my local dealership for service but choose to go to this one instead. Will go out of my way to purchase my next vehicle from here as well.

Just purchased a used car from them - They did everything possible to make it a great experience. Super thorough regarding condition of the car, priced well, and very friendly throughout. Also very knowledgeable and helpful despite the car being off-brand. Amanda was my salesperson, Manny was the used car manager, and Anastasiia was my F&I manager. All of them were fantastic. Great experience dealing with the service department for a recall issue. The tech sent a video explaining what exactly he was going to do to the car. In addition he went thru the overall condition and pointed out any potential issues. Great service and communication.

An amazing car experience beginning to end. So very professional from Jack who was honest kind and straightforward. Azi who navigated the financing with no issues and was so very responsive to this anxious buyer and consistently put my best interests above all other things. To Nick who was so enthusiastic and informative in setting up all of the technology and teaching me how to use it in a meaningful way. from start to finish the experience was disappointing. I was assured that the car would be picked up and dropped off during my business hours. Received a text the day prior with an incorrect address for drop off and pick up. Made several attempts to contact and was not called back until the following day after the pick up time. Finally made contact and confirmed the correct address. The pick up time was 8:30, but the car was not picked up until 10:13.Contacted the service department to approve the service. Confirmed the time for car drop off. Did not hear from service, so contacted them myself 30 minutes prior to service. At that time, my service representative was in a meeting so the call was put on hold, then I was told no one could talk to me. I was called back 20 minutes later, and made aware that the car was not ready. It was only at this point that a plan was made to pick me up. The car was promised to be returned to my place of work by 3. It was now 2:43 and no plans were made. At this point a driver was sent to pick me up. He arrived at 3:43. I then was driven to the dealership to pick up my car. Unfortunately, I have motion sickness so I was not feeling well by the time I arrived at the dealership at 4:25. After paying for the service, the representative offered to discount the tire alignment that they did not have time to complete.This was yet another disappointing experience at this service department.This was a a complete failure from start to finish on the simple process of following up on the services they were supposed to perform.This is the second poor service experience.The last time it took them three days to get me my car back.

We have had many BMWs over the years, and we drive the extra distance to BMW of Ridgefield because the service is absolutely fantastic across the board. There are a couple of BMW dealerships that are closer to our home, but we always go to Ridgefield. It's also worth noting that Steve, who handles all of our cars for service, is wonderful to work with. Definite 5 star rating here.

Amazing experience buying a car from this dealership. A special shout out to Kayla, my sales advisor, who made sure all my concerns were heard and dealt with and made this a very quick transaction. Anastasia, the financial advisor and Nick, BMW Genius were also very helpful throughout the entire process. Great team at BMW of Ridgefield.. would definitely recommend for anyone thinking of getting a BMW!

The valet driver was very nice. The service agent, Abby was responsive to questions. The diagnostic team did a great job, finding what needed to be repaired. The car was ready to be picked up sooner than predicted. The car feels like new!! As you can see, I'm very pleased with this service experience.

BEST Service Department around! From start to finish, my experience with BMW of Ridgefield service team was stellar. Really amazing team to service my new X5. Led by my awesome Service Advisor, Abby, who took care of everything for us assuring a smooth service was completed on time and 100% complete. A rare find for dealerships, this is THE place to purchase and service your bimmers.

I can t rave enough about this dealership and my salesman Doug Sherman. Doug is the best! He is so nice, fun, honest and he genuinely cares for his clients, he will make sure you leave with exactly what you want. I have visited this dealership twice. The first was for regular maintenance and the second for another issue that was unrelated. Both experiences were exceptional. Frank is my service specialist. He s great. He s very personable and genuine. He always makes me feel valued. Frank and the rest of the service folks (I can t remember names) went above and beyond to help me. I won t go to any other dealership. Many thanks to everyone.

First time here for a recall on my son's car. From arrival to the time I picked up the carIt was the best service experience I have ever had. I got a video of the mechanic going over the car and showing things that may need repair. I immediately also got a quote on each individual repair. I was able toAccept or decline right away for each thing individually! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! If BMW had a larger SUV (I have escalade) this experience has made meWant to purchase there!

Place is a joke; highly recommend to go to another BMW dealer. Leased a 2020 M340 in 2019 and gave it back in 2022. Never missed a payment, car was pristine and 10k under allowed miles. Was told I owed nothing when I dropped it off by multiple employees including the front desk, my sales guy, and the head of service who did the final inspection. 2 months later BMW financial sent me a letter asking for 400 more dollars for relocation fees and cleaning fees.. I told them the dealer said I didn't owe anything further and I would never pay them. They sent me to collections and hit my credit for almost 200 points.. I called the dealer and they said they couldn't do anything about it. I gave them 10K down when I leased the car and paid another 25k in payments for 3 years and I will never buy from them again. Absolutely disgusting customer relations... avoid if you can.

John answered all of my questions from the first day I walked in and ensured I knew everything about the car. The team made the purchase of my new car a great experience.
