I ve been meaning to write this review for a couple of weeks now. What an awesome local auto repair shop. My fianc� went in about a month ago with a check engine light on and didn t need an appointment for it. They checked it out, fixed it and did not even charge her for it because it was something very simple. A place down the road where I go chargers $200 just to look at it.I m changing from my old auto repair shop to Ace now because of how friendly and reasonable they are. The exotic and vintage cars outside show they are super trusted with what they do. I have an appointment tomorrow for a slow tire leak.Thanks for being some cool people Ace

I ve used Ace a few times for various services. They most recently installed a new set of wheels and tires on my truck - great service, fair rates, and quick turnaround. Would definitely recommend using them.

I just had a GREAT 1st time visit to Ace in Ridgefield! From the scheduling to the service, everyone was so nice. And the whole process was very smooth. Easy drop off, easy pick up. No trying to tell me I needed work done (like so many other places do!) They will definitely be my new "go-to" place for anything needed on my car! I highly recommend them!!!!!

These guys are exceptional and highly familiar with high performance and exotic cars and their specific requirements. Their expertise was apparent at every turn. Polite, respectful, affable and informative, all. Tire bags were the coup de gras !I have already recommended them to several discerning people. Fairly certain my 21 rims and omnipresent potholes will have me returning Services: Tire rotations, Wheel alignment

I won't bring my car anywhere else. The owner Tom knows performance vehicles inside and out and treated my Corvette like it was his own. Nothing but honest, knowledgeable, and extremely high quality workmanship. A trustworthy performance shop is hard to come by, but I've found one here....I recommend you do the same.

I had a disappointing experience with ace auto and tire I went there (April 2022) for a simple oil change on my car, it is a Mercedes which is German but the amount of nice cars coming in and out is actually surprising lots of custom cars too and very good price of 140 but did it cost me, and they know how to change the oil it does hold 9 quarts and I was sitting outside and they confirmed 9 quarts and one of they guys working on it just owned an Amg too very knowledgeable guy and he did all the work himself on his car and there was another guy helping him do it and yet still with 2 people doing an oil change it was done incorrectly!!Oil light still came on the next morning it was flooded and to remove oil they have been closed all weekend and now Easter I have to go see my family Im going to baby my car and not touch ANYTHING mechanically you were all very nice and welcoming people and really sounded like you knew what you were talking about but this mistake can cause damage to my engine and is a kind of mistake that shouldn t happen with all your kinda shop I lived 10 minutes up the road for the last 20 years and this was a bout to be my new main shop please help me find a resolve to this this is my only car I want to make sure no engine damage is done this review will be updated based on the shops response and I can understand stuff like this can happen even in a successful shop but either way it s a matter that hopefully is dealt with 4/17/22The shop followed up very well and the problem was taken care of the was an extra half quart in the oil tank there is no damage to my engine so far at this time they took there time and were very kind thank you for doing your best to solve the issue happy Easter!Service: Oil change

I had a headlight replacement issue and rear windshield wiper replacement done at Ace Tire on a subaru crosstrek. I called, they said come on down, drove in, and 10 minutes later drove out with the new headlight. They had to order the wiper but assured me it'd be in within the hour. It was. Although i had to come back, the on the spot service at very reasonable prices makes Ace Tire a great place to turn to if you want to avoid dealerships and heavy markups. In the past I have had them do various tire work, with similar efficiency.Service: Wiper blade installation

Brought my car to Ace Tire after numerous trips to another Auto Shop. They immediately took my concerns seriously and got me right in. Within hours of having my car they found multiple safety issues that needed to be addressed. Jack at the front desk communicated and explained everything so I could easily understand. He kept in constant contact with me until my car was ready to be picked up. I would 100% recommend Ace Tire & Performance to everyone for the punctuality, communication and outstanding customer service.

I recently purchased new tires from Tire Rack and needed to have them mounted and set-up for my Mercedes E350.I chose Ace Tire because they they were a local installer AND because they had high-end wheel balance and alignment hardware (Hunter). When I visited Ace Tire for the first time I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the Service Advisor, Michael Farka. I was also impressed with the neat and professional appearance of the shop.Ace Tire installed my new tires on new wheels with new TPMS valves, wheel locks and new center caps. Most of the installation went smoothly. They were able to resolve a small problem setting-up the new TPMS valves with my car due to the complexity of Mercedes electronics. A senior technician, Jesse, did a great job researching and resolving the problem.Ace Tire checked the alignment before the tires and wheels were changed and after the new tires and wheels were installed. The emailed me the before and after information that clearly showed the car did not need to be realigned. I was not charged for unneeded service. This action demonstrates professionalism and trustworthiness.Ace Tire performed the services that I requested correctly the first time. Communication via email, phone and in-person was excellent. The invoice clearly summarized the services performed and the resources used. Overall, the prices were fair and reasonable.My compliments to Michel Farka, the service advisor, who managed and coordinated the overall process.I also appreciated that I was dealing with a locally owned and operated business.I have high standards for a shop to work on my car; Ace Tire met and exceeded them on many levels. I will use them in the future for all of my family's vehicles.Highest recommendation.________________________________________________Update for 7/23/20 Service:On 7/23/20 Ace Tire performed the following services on my 2013 Mercedes E350 Coupe:1. Mounted and balanced new wheel and tire2. Setup new TPMS unit3. Rotated tires4. Performed 4-wheel alignmentMercedes cars requires service by skilled technicians; that is why I continue to use Ace Tire,All services were performed as requested. Nice people there who take the time to explain what s going on. After replacing my tires, I had service performed at my car dealer. They indicated there appeared to be an alignment issue. Ace was able to get me back in and revisit the alignment. While they made a slight adjustment, it is likely the dealer s method is far less accurate than what Ace does.Service: Auto tire replacement

Ace Tire is amazing! Real enthusiasts work here if you need anything done with high performance or basic maintenance. Tommy, Jack & the crew were super helpful and understanding on the situation I had with my vehicle and fixed a previous shops mistakes for a very fair price! Attention to detail and workmanship is as good as it gets! I will definitely be a returning customer.

Just had a nail removed from a tire. They took my appointment within an hour of my call. Fair price, got the job done. Excellent service. I miss the old owner Kenny, but these guys are great.

Absolutely the best service! We love Ace Tire and the whole team. Jack especially is always so helpful. I have a food truck with a diesel generator in it. They normally don't help with things like that but they were so nice to run a test on it for me.We get all our oil changes and tire work done there. Every time it's done quickly and professionally. I had the BEST experience at Ace!! When my car died on Ethan Allen Highway, I was recommended here, with high praise! They had my car fixed within a day and a half! I worked with Jack, and he was polite, knowledgeable and honest! They made a bad situation turn into an amazing experience! Beyond grateful!

I had a rim that had an inside bend. Thankfully, Ace was able to have the rim repaired at a reasonable price. Everyone was friendly and professional. Will definitely use them for any tire/wheel issues.

Excellent service! My car got a flat tire, so i towed it to Ace and they were able to order and install 4 new tires by noon the next day. I can not recommend Ace Tires highly enough! After backing into a cement block due to construction on our street, we were quoted thousands of dollars in necessary repair by other shops to correct the alignment & anti-skid feature (we were told many expensive parts would need to be replaced.) Jack and his team at Ace were able to fix it perfectly with an alignment and 4 new tires for a fraction of the price! I will be going to ACE for ALL future service and repair - they are truly the best. Great service & communication and saved us a lot of $$! The customer service is excellent and they are knowledgeable, responsive and take the time to the explain the issue and how it was resolved. They followup after your appointment to make sure you car was services correctly and you are satisfied with their service. I normally wait for them to complete the service and the wait isn t ever longer than they tell you. Most of the time is much quicker.
