Driving home with my daughter in the car, my vehicle lost steering and I went off the road near Auto Zone.Mike from Vachon of Putnam happened to be at AutoZone and took his personal time to help my and my daughter. He got out his tools and helped get us back on the road.They seem to have good people working at Vachon!

They were very timely and professional. Not quite sure if I got a required 45k vehicle maintenance, or if they just changed the oil and did the checks that they do when anyone brings a car in. No staff wore masks.

Have always had good service here. As quick as possible when they know you are there waiting. They have some good 'sales' on oil changes at times, otherwise, they are a dealer and you will pay dealer prices on things not on special/sale when you go in.

They are trying to maintain this old complex, but they still have a lot if work to be dine! Not just maintenance,but embellish thus spot! It'll pay off in the long run...

Went there for the emissions testing on my vehicle, have been there many times and they are very quick , professional, and friendly. Well worth going !

The sales associate told me my payments would be $600 per month and low balled me on my trade in. I went to Toyota and have payments for under $400 per month and gave me what I needed for my trade in... Vachon gets 2 stars because he smiled
