I had a great experience with UAG. They were easy to work with, and the vehicle I was looking for was reasonably priced. There was no up selling or nonsense. There was one small issue with the vehicle which they agreed to fix at no charge, and scheduled an appointment with their service department immediately to address it. They handled registration and their doc fees were pretty standard, no additional fees or hidden fees, straightforward. Would recommend.

Huggo and his team were great to work with the entire process of choosing and buying our car. We loved that we were able to look around the lot without having every sales person running at us and trying to push on us purchasing any vehicles. The entire experience was super comfortable and easy. We would definitely come back for any future car needs!

One word...HUGO!!! I've known and dealt with a lot of car salesmen in my life and I can confidently say Hugo is the best! The entire team here is top notch! My husband and I bought 2 cars and didn't feel pressured at all. Told them what we were looking for and he took time to show us only what we wanted. Didn't try to up-sell at all. We will only be using United Auto Group for any and all future purchases or repairs and service! Very nice service department and crew! If you're looking for a car, this is the place to go!

I've had a great experience with my first time financing a vehicle! Huggo, Jessica, Joe, and Matt have all worked together to make me feel like a very valued customer! They even allowed a mechanic of my choice to assess my vehicle before signing my contract! Huggo personally drove it to my mechanic's shop! I am very pleased, impressed and grateful for United Auto Group as a whole! Thanks guys, you rock!

We had a great experience working with Huggo at United Auto Group! The ease and lack of pressure was fantastic. By far, one of the best experiences I ve had buying a car. Fast, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Totally Exceeded my expectations. bought my daugher a late model jeep with ultra low miles... 2010 with only 35k! Hugo was easy to deal with for the sale but it had a few issues in the days after (due to sitting and not being driven much)....Matt in service took care of every issue with no problem. HIGHLY RECOMMEND UNITED! AND RECOMENDATIONS FROM ME ARE NOT EASY TO GET!

I recently purchased an Infiniti qx30. I love it. My experience with UAG was awesome. They made the process of buying the vehicle very smooth. 9 times out of 10 there will be a hiccup when buying a car. I had one, they worked with me. Salesman was very kind and attentive to all my needs. If your are looking to purchase a used car, go to this place. You won t regret it.

I recently purchased a vehicle for my business from United Auto, the staff was polite and informative. They even registered the vehicle for me. I highly recommend this dealership especially because of the easy going friendly environment.

I m very happy, I just got an Audi, that s the second car I buy with them. I got a BMW 3 years ago. I trust United Auto Group and I recommend them to all my friends and family. They have a wide variety of cars for everyone budget.

I refered my roommate here based on a neighbors experience. The ONLY REASON I'm even giving this place 2 stars is their website; I like that each vehicle I've seen on it comes with a Carfax report you can view. Other than that, THEY SUCK!! Weeks...and I do mean over a month now...have gone by and they have left my roommate in absolute LIMBO about the car he's wanting to buy from them. Yes, my roommate has less than great credit, but doesn't United Auto Group have signage advertising "Financing For Bad Credit" all over their windows?!! I guess that only applies if you're looking to buy a $15,000+ car from them. Otherwise they'll just blow off your phone calls&messages, not let you know what kind of paperwork you need, and go completely MIA on you. I have to say Hugo, shame on you. You REALLY messed up on this one. Not only do I know many people I can refer (or deter) you to, my roommate (who you've COMPLETELY blown off) has bought at least 3 vehicles from Nutmeg in the past because of their service. If you don't want to be selling cars Hugo, get out of the business!!UPDATE...So, after a month of my roommate spending LOTS of money on a rental while being given abysmal customer service on the car he wanted to buy United is finally approving him for a car. But not the one he wanted folks. THEY SOLD THAT ONE OUT FROM UNDER HIM. Now they want to sell him a car with much higher mileage and a weird sound when it's in gear. I am absolutely APPALLED at the complete lack of customer service at this place (I have 30+ years in customer service, so I feel VERY confident saying that), I wouldn't want my worst enemy buying from this establishment!

Brought my car in to have my brakes fixed after giving up on figuring out the problem myself and I ve never could have asked for any better communication, honesty, and dedication with a fair price for the work. It was nice to finally find a trust worthy shop with these guys Matt and Gelson that took my car in and helped find and fix the issue. I will gladly bring my car back there in the future thank you so much for the service!!!

My husband and I just had an amazing experience with the guys at United Auto. We didn't feel like we were getting scammed like I have felt at most other dealerships. For the first time ever I left a car dealership happy , confident and with no buyers remorse. They were not pushy or sheisty just factual and real. Quite honestly it was actually a good time with a few laughs. We will definitely make them our go to Auto dealership. Thanks to Matt and Joe and the rest of the team. Your customer service is top notch!

I just moved to putnam and I needed work done on my car asap. Matthew in service went above and beyond to help fix my car. He was a amazing soul especially with the situation I was in at the time. I bought a car one year ago this month and there is so much work that needs to be done on the front steering. The exhaust pipe is now all rotted and the paint on both sides of the windshield is peeling. I would be very careful before buying a car from them and really do your research. I had too much trust in them from the beginning and now I am very disappointed.

Bought a Subaru from United Auto Group and it was a great experience. Never felt pressured in anyway and they let me take my time and choose the car I wanted. I was new to credit at the time and they still got me a great rate and got me into the payment range I wanted to be in and overall just helped a lot. Will be recommending them and when I need another car and need to replace this one I'll definitely be going back.

Highly recommend going here for a used car. I drove all over Connecticut to different dealerships for days. United auto group had the BEST PRICE AND BEST MILEAGE!!!! Got my 2013 Ford Escape (Mint condition) with only 53,000 miles for way less than any dealership in CT! Huggo and other staff here are very friendly as well as helpful. They don t try to highball or play you. I am extremely satisfied with this dealership. Definitely will be going back when it s time to buy again! Thank you guys very much.

I had an excellent experience with the staff at United Auto Group. They were professional, courteous, and helpful. They were knowledgeable in the process. We were able to come to an agreement quickly and fairly, and transaction was completed in a timely manner with them and my bank. I would recommend them for purchasing or selling a vehicle.

Everyone made buying a car from out of state an extremely easy process despite being in the middle of a pandemic!This is a great dealership.EP

We came into the dealership on a Tuesday afternoon to test drive a vehicle and fill out financial paperwork. From the start, the employees seemed bored, were unenthusiastic, and their mask policy was dubious. When we called to inquire about the progress on Wednesday, there was no new information. We returned with financial documents on Friday and heard nothing else that day. We followed up again on Saturday and were told that someone was working on the approval; the same story the following Monday. Finally on Tuesday afternoon, we were told of a denial and inquired about adding a cosigner. We were given a vague answer about still trying to obtain "better rates." Having needed a car as soon as possible, we would have appreciated a greater sense of urgency on the part of the sales team and transparency if there were issues obtaining financing. We went into another dealership on Wednesday evening and are picking up our vehicle on Friday. Their lackadaisical approach to selling a vehicle and providing assistance to customers was strange and confusing at best. To add to the surreal experience, there was an exotic bird of some kind in the office. Can't stress enough to avoid this dealership if you are in quick need of a vehicle. They don't seem interested in selling them.

The staff were all very polite. They didn't come running out the door to hound us. They gave us the time we wanted to look around. When we chose the car we wanted the finance process was quick and easy. They took there time, answering all of our questions and didn't make us feel rushed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a nice used car

Matt and the team at United Auto Group were always friendly and helpful in answering questions about the vehicle I was interested in.
