Friendly and low key. No pressure and lots of information. A relaxed atmosphere. Willing to work with your needs and a nice clean vehicle when picked up. Bob was great. Informative of all the techy things and kind and willing to answer any questions we had. We have bought vehicles prior and have found this dealership to be helpful and supportive.

We had a very good experience here. Jason was knowledgeable, professional, accommodating and friendly as was Scott. Easiest transition ever purchasing a vehicle. These were the 2 men we worked with but I'm sure the others there were just good with customer service. Seemed like a well run dealership. Would not hesitate to go there again or recommend them.

Steve and Mark went above and BEYOND to find me a Grand Cherokee. Mark looked diligently for months and was able to find the exact one I was looking for. Steve was great to work with and kept in touch throughout the entire process. Steve is not your average sales person and holds up to his passion of "figuring out the hard ones." I could not have asked for a better experience mat the dealership!

From getting stuck in traffic and them keeping the dealership open for me until I got there to the amazing sales team; Valenti is THE Jeep dealership in CT to buy your car. No pressure sales; knowledgeable, friendly sales staff; it was the full package. Sam (Sales Manager) is the man and Jake (Sales rep) made sure delivery was seamless and on point. I know who I ll be going back to when it comes time to trade in!

I have purchased two vehicles from here both from Jason Duquette in sales. Both times fair honest and pleasant to deal with. They go out of their way to help and make a smooth transaction. Now my daughter has purchased there and has had the same experience.Top notch car dealer. Highly suggest!

This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. They were so nice and knew what they were doing from the sales agent Peter Place all the way to the finance department. They are true professionals there. I look forward to doing business with them again and again. I won't buy from anyone else. Thanks for everything guys you all rock!!!

Great dealership and Peter was amazing! We bought 2 cars from him in the past year and half. No messing around, great communication and very efficient. The last time I bought a car it took me the better part of a day, back and forth, financing ect. He had most of the details arranged before we even got there and we were in and out in less than 2 hours, not wasting any time. The second time everything was waiting for signature right when we got there and it was less than an hour. Worth the drive down from Rhode Island any day and we'll always check with him first when buying in future.

After months of searching for a new Jeep, Jason is now my go to person! He was so incredibly helpful, kind and personable during this whole experience. He took the time to help me figure out all the settings in my new Jeep as well as pick out a Jeep that is best suited for me. I did not feel any pressure to buy or be pushed to buy from them, they let me take my time but always kept in contact with me. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this dealership, go see Jason if you need a new car!!!

Huge thank you to your service dept! I had to wait over a month to get an appt at my local Jeep dealership. I called Putnam Chrysler and they were able to get me in a day later. The service staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They called with updates and my vehicle was fixed perfectly. I will definitely be going there for all future services.

This is the second jeep I have leased with Chris Barsness and I can t imagine going to anyone else! He has been a huge help and always finds me exactly what I need. I recommend going to him to any of my friends and family. I have dealt with other dealerships in the past but have never had someone who genuinely cares like Chris does. He helps through everything, even after you purchase the jeep. I have worked with him for years now and want to make sure he gets the recognition he deserves.

Last year I purchased a used car from this dealership that was belong to the Burlingame Nissan dealership, the salesman and the Nissan dealership manager weren t honest with me and played game with me and pushed me to buy the car without giving me a penny discount, the salesman Marcus didn t transfer my request to the financial department when I had problem with transferring funds to my account and therefore had to pay penalty to the bank and also it took a long time to transfer the title that was under the dealer name.In overall I paid more than the cost of the car just because I trusted Marcus the salesman who was the main reason for my bad experience.I don t recommend anyone to buy any car from this dealership and specially this salesman.

They handled a warranty issue for my 2024 Jeep that I did not purchase from their dealership. Servicing my vehicle was an interruption to their ability to service their other customers with scheduled repairs. Their level of service reinforced my loyalty and confidence in Jeep.

The service center will cheat you out of money. I have had my suspicions about them charging me for maintenance they are not doing so today I marked my wheel before going in. Sure enuff after I was charged and left I checked and they did not do the tire service I was charged for. They didn't even seem surprised when I came back in and complained. I waited an addition 50 minutes to have my tire service done right. I can not trust a dealer that does this and I know its happening daily. Thorough disgust.

I had a great experience with Steve our sales guru. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at and worked diligently to provide us with the vehicle we were looking for at the price we agreed to. This was our first experience with Putnam Chrysler Dodge, and a pleasant one. We will definitely be doing more business with this dealership and Steve in the future. Great job!

I had Dylan as my salesman, he was extremely knowledgeable and very patient as we found the right car. I would highly recommend asking for Dylan when going to look at any vehicles, they are very nice and have an excellent customer service if ever needed.

Everything done over the phone, trade in and vehicle purchase. Steve drove the car two hours to me personally for delivery and drove my trade in back. Best experience I ever had at a dealership this far.

My truck is making a noise under warranty. Called dealership and was told they couldn't get my truck in till the 16th. I mentioned it am in kidney failure and could not miss appointments at my doctor's. Service said again I can't guarantee it will be seen. Never offered me a rental. Prior to this my husband brought his truck for tire rotation, oile and fuel filter. They said it was all set qhen my husband marked his tires and fuel filter and they never did any of the services. Buyer beware they are not a good dealership and their service department sucks
