JNR Roadside Service has excellent service they are welcoming , professional and willing to assist you with any needs you have with your car .They talk you thew the process offer multiple supports to help you get your car on the road off financial support and payment plan .I needed assistance with new tires they were more then willing to drive to my home place the tires on my vehicle and get it up and going .They offer upfront service and go to your home as well and location to provide there help as take there time and to insure top notch work .I Highly recommend JNR Road side-assistance you will be taken back by there diligent work continue to seek there service in the future.By far the best service around town and locally.Call Johnny Baez

Stuck in the rain on a Sunday afternoon- Johnny swoops in and saves the day. Very stand up guy and extremely fair pricing. I d like to note: The mobile tire service was very fast. It was an unfortunate event overturned with the convenience of Johnnys service.100% recommend

I live in the middle of rural nowhere in Connecticut, and locked my own dang self out of my car at home. Despite a 45 minute distance, Johnny Baez drove out to do a quick unlock for me (such a pro, he took only seconds), and was incredibly polite about my wait. This review is for JNR Tire. I was in a pinch and needed 4 matching tires, with a VERY tight budget. Saw this business through marketplace and prices were right where they had to be. Didnt have size i needed but were able to find them and had them in stock and installed less than 24 hours later. Small shop, and brand new but Jonny was super professional and comes with generations of knowlege in the business. Takes a little time because he is by himself but i felt absolutly confident leaving knowing that in that extra time he was meticulous in making sure everything was perfect and i would be safe on the road, and actually felt like i got a great deal and spent even less then i thought i would. I would recommend to anyone that needs tires at a great price and doesnt mind waiting for excwptional work. Will be returning next time im in the market.Service: Tire change

Service with a smile is an understatement! Not only did Johnny totally exceed my expectations by how quickly he arrived (I m not kidding.. within minutes), he was so incredibly friendly and changed my tire in no time flat! . I found a nail in my tire. I was attempting to have a quick start to my morning as its almost Christmas and I have a lot of wrapping to do. I discovered JNR roadside service through AAA. Johnny from JNR is efficient, professional, and so sweet. I was contemplating where to take my car to get it plugged only to find out JNR Roadside service is capable of plugging tires onsite. If you ask me its a total life saver to be able to get your tire plugged right where you are! Johnny demonstrated what he was doing as he was doing and explained throughly through out the entire process. I will be using JNR roadside for years to come!
