I had a great experience shopping for my new car at Heritage Valley Ford. Both Jim and Dave were very helpful and made the whole process very easy. The detailing performed on my car prior to pickup couldn't have been more perfect. Highly recommend!

Service department is nice and gets the job done. The waiting area is sufficient for working if you bring a laptop and has a spot for kids. It even has a video feed of the shop. Ask for Wi-Fi if needed.

Friendly staff, but looks kind of bare in the parking lot. Hard to tell what s going on there. Are they sticking around? Or are they consolidating with their sister dealership? Or are they closing?I think there was only 10 to 20 new/used cars on the lot.Could have just been the day I was there.

I recently went to Heritage Valley Ford in Putnam and found just what I wanted. I got a fair deal and great service with my purchase. I traded up from and Escape to and Explorer. Its only been a few days but so far I am very happy with it.

Best purchase ever! I waited a long time for my F150 lightning and Ford finally delivered. Both Dave and Tim of HV ford in Putnam were great to deal with as well as the ownership. I recieved a better than expected deal on my trade-in and couldn't be happier. I can't say anything other than don't shop anywhere else. The honesty and integrity of this dealership is second to none. Hands down I can't recommend anywhere else to go to other than both locations in Putnam and Brooklyn.

This was the absolute BEST car buying experience that my wife and I have ever had! Tim, Mike & the entire team made this experience so comfortable, casual & dare I say....enjoyable?! No kidding, we were able to trade our van in for a like new Ranger and have everything wrapped up in less than 1 week. This level of customer service is sadly so rare these days and they have a customer for life. If you're looking for a Ford don't look anywhere else!

I recently scheduled a major service request at Heritage Valley Ford, Brooklyn CT. The service representatives were helpful with scheduling and worked with me to get the job done in the narrow time frame available that I required. The team took my car in as scheduled and completed the task in the time promised. The car is running better than before. If they can maintain this quality service I cannot imagine going anywhere else. I would strongly recommend giving them a chance if your looking for skilled service.

Had the most stress free experience I've ever had buying a new vehicle.The people And staff were greatAnd there was never any pressure. Everything was explained up front and there were no surprises at the end.I do recommend putnam ford And I will definitely be going there for service and future purchases.

Summary: Very Pleased and highly recommend.Searching online landed me at Putnam Ford looking at a used F-150. I first inquired online and was immediately contacted by Matthew the internet sales manager. He quickly checked the status of the truck and set me up talking to Tim a salesperson. Coming from another state to check out the truck, they both reassured me that I didn't have to put any type of hold on the vehicle as long as I was 100% certain I would show up to see the vehicle the following day. They held the keys in hand which was nice to know I was not going to drive multiple hours for it to be a bust.The following morning, I made my way and was contacted again just to make sure I was still on my way, and they would have it pulled up front.The truck was exactly how it was described online and ready to go for a test drive upon arrival. They made me a very fair offer on a trade in and a deal was set. Working with Dave the Finance and Insurance manager was very pleasant and easy as he was very thorough to make sure you understand everything going on numbers wise.I definitely would go back to Putnam Ford in the future, as the environment was no stress, non-pushy, straight forward and honest. No Nightmare scenario there. The showroom and vehicle lot are clean and organized, and whomever detailed the truck out back did an amazing job as it was spotless.A big thanks to Tim the salesperson for making everything smooth and easy.I've had the vehicle for almost two weeks now and I cannot complain in any way.Would definitely recommend to others 10/10!

I ordered my Maverick in 2021. Tim W. kept me informed every step of the way but it was a surprise when it finally showed up at the dealership without it being announced. Fabulous! I was so Excited! Couldn t wait to get in my new truck. From financing to showing all the the controls on the truck. This dealership goes above and beyond customer expectations and satisfaction. Everything from the test drive to the buying process to completing the paperwork was probably the best experience I ever had buying a new vehicle. Terry the salesman, Tim the sales manager and David the finance manager are all top notch and are an asset to the Ford name. They earned a life-long customer and I'll continue to do business there.

Our experience at Putnam Ford was great. The salesman was very knowledgeable on the cars we were looking at, all employees we saw were welcoming and pleasant. The financing was quick, thorough explanations of options and coverage of warranty. A great experience in buying our new car. The dealership is an hour from our home and we will return when it is time for our next vehicle.

Truly appreciated their honesty and feedback regarding the overall condition of my old truck. Had taken it in to have work done but due to what the senior mechanic found, they advised it wouldn't really make sense to go forward, based on the age of the vehicle and its current state. And they didn't charge me anything for their time and expertise. Will definitely do business with them again!

Could not have been easier. Extremely friendly dealership with helpful staff. Corey Campbell did not waste my time showing me trucks I didn't want, instead his knowledge of his product showed me exactly what I needed. Walked in on Tuesday afternoon, picked up my new truck on Saturday morning. I also have to mention how easy Dave Pomes made it to do the financing explaining all the different options, programs and warrantees that were available to me. In the last few weeks I've visited quite a few dealerships, the staff at Putnam Ford was by far the best. Truly going above and beyond my expectations. The kind of dealership you look forward to going back to again. ***** At least that's what I thought until I did! Strange how fast your opinion can change, the first time I returned to the dealership for a routine oil change with a couple of warranty issues I was concerned with a Saturday appointment the service adviser told me they would take care of everything on the phone, but when I dropped off my truck I was told the regular techs don't work on Saturday so all they could do was change my oil and rotate my tires. While I was waiting I went to talk to Cory Campbell and Dave Pomes to see about getting my windshield replaced since the Gold certified pre owned truck I bought was delivered with a badly scratched windshield. I was quite surprised when they told me " oh just go through your insurance company it will be much easier for you! so when my truck was finished I went to leave only to find grease covered hand prints near all the wheel wells of the truck and i started to get in the truck realized that my console and cup holder were covered in grease totally unacceptable. I immediately complained to the service manger who muttered under his breath about low quality Saturday techs. The truck was cleaned up for me and I left very dissatisfied with my first service experience. I was told when the truck was delivered to me that the windshield would be replaced, by the salesman, the sales manager, and Dave Pomes the finance manager at the time. Only to here on my first service appointment to go through my insurance not very happy about that.

Very disappointed and mad with the run around and lack of resolution. Ford actually charged us for repairs we didn t need and said car was repaired. It wasn t. I called to let them know it was NOT fixed, took it back and then they said it was a $3000. Torque converter repair. We are disputing it all and will phase out of being a ford family

Our salesman Tim was incredible. He made everything so easy. Tim is extremely personable and not pushy to work with. He answered every question we asked honestly and knew everything about the GMC we purchased. We can t say enough about Tim and Dave, we will now be recommending them to everyone we know! Such a pleasant and quick car buying experience!

Our 2019 Lincoln Nautilus was due for an oil & filter change along with tire rotation. The Lincoln dealer where we purchased the vehicle is 55 miles and 1-1/2 hours away & although I had taken it there for previous oil changes & was satisfied with their service, I decided to try Putnam Ford for the routine maintenance it needed now. It is much closer to where we live & Ford dealers are authorized to perform basic maintenance on Lincoln products. It turned out to be a good decision! Putnam Ford is a neat, clean, well organized dealership and everyone I met there was friendly, courteous, and very capable in their jobs. From the Service desk personnel, to the technician who did the work, to the follow-up call from the Service Dept., I was impressed with the professionalism of all that I met. I'm one of those individuals who are very particular about my vehicles - both from a maintenance and appearance standpoint. Years ago when I stopped doing my own maintenance & started taking my cars to dealerships or independent repair shops, I would never go back to one that returned the vehicle with grease smudges on the sheetmetal, or dirt on the carpets, or stains on the seats. To me that's a sign of sloppy workmanship & a place where there's no concern for quality. When the maintenance work at Putnam Ford was completed, my Lincoln was spotless - it was as clean as it was when I drove in! Again, an indication of the care & concern they have for quality workmanship & professionalism. In summary, I will not hesitate to return to Putnam Ford for routine maintenance on my Nautilus and, based on my first experience there, would highly recommend them to others.

This place is great they treat you like Fam and they are honest and upfront about everything. They got me into the car that i been trying find for months. Salesman Corey was on point and excellent to deal with. I would call him any time and he would answer even when he was off. Go see him for your next vehicle you won't be disappointed.

The team at Putnam Ford was outstanding. They scoured a very scarce vehicle market across New England to find us just the model and options we were looking for. Then they were able to pull together the financing, vehicle maintenance, and coverages that we thought were important and still maintain a monthly payment to match our budget. They made it easy for us to say yes to the deal. Then, they took the time to sit with us in the new vehicle and walk through each component of the plug-in hybrid Escape, with all the voice command and touch controls, vehicle charging, navigation system, and many other nuances of the latest and greatest in automotive technologies. We are very happy with the new vehicle, but more so we are appreciative of the genuinely friendly staff and outstanding service from the team at Putnam Ford. Our thanks to all of them!

I wanted to wait some time before making a review I wanted to see how their service was following buying a used vehicle and was very happy with the process. My sales rep, Tim, was nice and not pushy at all during the sales negotiation. I felt I got a good price for the car and was happy with my deal. After having the car for a few weeks a small issue came up that the service had some trouble finding out what the problem was, but after some time was able to resolve the issue. I was impressed by the car service dept and their help along the way.

From the beginning, my experience at Putnam Ford was excellent.I was able to get the hard to find Ford Bronco here at an excellent price.Dealing with them was very comfortable for me. No pressure, honesty, and customer service was my experience.Shout out to Tim W for everything!!

Not really interested in returning to this dealership unfortunately. I will say, sales are great! I bought my new Explorer last fall and they made the whole process easy. Especially since I had a hectic schedule - they worked around times for me no issues.Upon purchase I was told I would receive two free oil changes. About a week after I brought the vehicle home I noticed my driver side mirror was in need to be replaced (not held in the casing) I went to the service department not one, not two, not three BUT FOUR TIMES TO GET IT REPLACED! I was beyond annoyed having to continually go in for them to just try something or they ordered the wrong side! By the fourth visit I just wanted to get in and out.Needless to say, I got my two complimentary oil changes but DO NOT plan on returning for any service. The girl who seems to run the service department is professional and kind but somewhere there is a disconnect in this department.I m not one to write reviews but when they make a lasting impression I d like them and others to beaware. There is definitely room for improvement and I hope this suggests to work better so others don t experience a visit like this.

It s hard to say what Putnam Ford does. Again they went beyond great service. The ladies at the service counter are great in getting my car scheduled for service, also were great in providing a follow up on the service provided.They will keep you informed on Ford Saving s and promotions that are available.The entire Putnam Ford has a Great Service Team .

I ll start off by saying what a positive experience I had purchasing a vehicle from this establishment. From the first phone call to the last. The people that put this all together for us were fabulous. Matt, Corey and unfortunately i don t know the people behind the scenes names to give them my Thanks. I ll start off by saying i made a phone call to inquire about a used vehicle they had posted. Keep in mind they were about 30 minutes from me and with all the drama going on i was hesitant about traveling to them( having A compromised immune system). I explained this to the Matt Matt immediately called me back and started the process of them coming to me for a test drive. They did just that. We agreed to purchase with a couple of minor issues we would need repaired they never questioned our request one being cosmetic which they certainly didn t have to fix on an 8 year old car. . They took care of the two minor things. They had car detailed, registered, vin inspected and delivered it back to us with paperwork in hand. I would purchase from no other place moving forward. Why would i, when there are honest professional people out there willing to go above and beyond for their customer? Thank you Putnam Ford.

Not the dealers fault but Ford took almost 6 months to deliver my F150 to the dealer. Along the way my Sales representative, Timothy Wesolowski, did an excellent job checking the status and communicating with me.The sales process with Tim and Putnam ford was easy to complete from start to finish. They are very honest about pricing and the price was the same as the other dealers I checked.Everything was perfect at pick up and Dave in the finance department had all the paperwork and registration ready for me.Shopping at Putnam Ford and Tim was a great experience. I highly recommend this dealer.

The service team at Putnam Ford is great to work with. I needed a last minute appointment and they were able to squeeze me in. The advisors were very helpful and professional. The video walk around from the service technician was also a nice extra. Putnam Ford is the only place where I will get my F150 serviced.

I enjoyed working with Tim Wesolowski on my preowned car purchase at Putnam Ford. He s a really nice guy and dedicated the time to answering my questions, showing me the car features, and followed up on everything I needed. Definitely not the car salesman stereotype that customers dread.The manager Dave was also great in listening to my needs & coming up with the right options for me on the back-end of the purchase.I recommend these two gents for anyone interested in a vehicle Putnam has to offer! I hope the supply chain catches up sometime soon for their inventory to have more options - only downside right now is limited selection (thanks covid !)

Such a wonderful dealership. Made buying a car so easy! We were in and out and about an hour and we're able to pick up the car the next day. The people are absolutely amazing and so nice. I'll definitely be going back there if we need to replace my car.
