I've been getting oil changes here for years and it never seemed to be a problem. Today I was told that a 4k job vs $60 oil change doesn't compare. I usually pay at least $100 dollars when I go for full synthetic. I've also had expensive repairs done here before. He basically told me to take my business elsewhere. Very rude and never coming back here again.

I paid over two hundred dollars to have my battery replaced only to find out three months later that it was never replaced at all. My battery completely died and when I opened the hood I found my old, rusted battery that they supposedly changed. I can t get an answer from anyone and have been hung up on several times. Do not go to this mechanic. Dishonest. No integrity.

Corey and crew have been terrific, from 6 speed Acura to a 06 automatic that he's been able to troubleshoot and rescue. .... blessing me each rare visit.

Literally the worst mechanics on earth. I use the term mechanics loosely. Because they re not. What they are are CHARLATANS who prey on innocent people and then literally threaten them when they call them on their incompetence.My mom went in for a tire light. They not only never fixed it, they actually made the damage worse. On top of that they then claimed you have bad brakes in the back despite there being NO evidence that the brakes were bad and despite the fact that they had been done a year earlier. Instead of fixing the brakes they put incorrect parts on that severed the brake line. So on the way home the back brakes failed. My mom took the car back the next day and they told her there was nothing wrong with them and SENT HER HOME AGAIN. Also let s not forget that her tire was STILL NOT FIXED either despite them charging her at this point 700 dollars. They told her we don t have time today make an appointment and come back tomorrow she does but asks me to go with her. We go the next day and that was the scariest drive I ve ever taken. No brakes except the front emergency brakes. As soon as they saw me come in with my mother they FLIPPED OUT on us. Screaming, threatening us. Threatening my 75 year old mom with the police for trespassing . She had an appointment! Accused me of being destructive despite the fact that I had touched nothing and hadn t even raised my voice. Neither had my mother. She s 4 10 and I m 5 0 and neither of us weigh very much. But the 6 ft 300 pound loser that calls himself a mechanic is threatened by us. Meanwhile he s screaming in our faces. Laughing at my mom telling her that he doesn t care if she dies driving home with no brakes then saying we are trespassing when they literally have her car on a lift. All I did was dare to ask them to fix the car correctly. They are insanely stupid and incompetent to the point of dangerous behavior that will get people killed. Then this crackhead takes my moms key fob and throws it at her. It barely misses her and smashes to the pavement. Just the key fob alone costs 200 bucks to replace and they tried to break it. They bring her car out still screaming at us and tell her flat out she now has a severed brake line that she didn t have before they destroyed her car with incompetence. They told her to get in the car and get out before they had her arrested. My mom is very kind and very nice and a very small elderly woman. They literally were hoping we got killed at this point and said as much. We drove home 12 miles again with no brakes. Barely made it home but had it immediately towed to our Subaru dealership and they are in the process of confirming all the incorrect and dangerous mistakes these crackpots did to her car. They are absolutely insane and reckless. Threatening and abusive and have zero business being near a car in any way. Probably not even to drive them. We were shaken and frightened by their threatening abusive behavior and my mom was literally in tears.PLEASE HEED THIS WARNING AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES TAKE YOUR VEHICLE NEAR THESE IDIOTS.

Negative stars should be a thing. Techs and customers take warning bunch of jokes! They are not honest to customers will overcharge for multiple problems with vehicles and will not address actual issues. They do not pay their technicians on payday you have to chase them for your money, because they are in the red . Also take note there is no tracking system of your hours so they can change them as they please. God forbid you put in a two week notice be prepared to have tools stolen and your box held. This is your warning don t bring your vehicle here and don t bother working for this family owned company

I needed a trailer hitch replacement for my suburban have rented U-Haul trailers from them in the past and they present as a family run business decided to give them a try Stopped by told the kid that runs the desk what I needed and that it should be an easy swap he said we need to look at it when can you bring it in made arrangements for it to be there 6/13 @9am dropped it off the night before. No key drop off friend made a 2nd trip with the key and the Mechanic didn t want to look at it!I called asked what s going on you told me to drop it off and it wasn t checked out. He said we don t do hitches! What do you mean you don t do hitches you told me to drop it off this was a big waste of time. Kid said you re wasting time now and hung up!This place is a joke honestly don t know how they are still in business if I could give O stars I would!Will be following up with U-haul since they rent and the hitch was originally installed by Uhaul. Let them know they don t do hitches

Have been there several times too many. Every time we Go there they conveniently find another problem or when asked to fix something that your 100 percent the problem they suggest something else and gaslight you. The main reason we would go there is because they finance repairs but you end up paying double the price because of finance charges. Please stay clear.

Today's issue is there U-haul business... it's bad enough I don't trust them to change the oil on my lawnmower... I did trust they would stay open until 4pm to pickup my U-haul I reserved... when I showed up at 3pm... the door was locked.. so I called... the poor mechanic who was left there who was nice told me they had left for the day... I'm not sure why I come back to this place... ever... U-haul is a reputable company... DKC... not so much...

BEWARE!! Worst place in town. The mechanic is very rude and this place is extremely over priced!!! You get absolutely screwed when you come here. My family and friends all came here a while ago and it was an ok place. The last year has been awful. Totally different place. We will NEVER do business with these crooks again. Possibly the most rude, discourteous and dismissive person I ve ever had the misfortune of speaking with. After agreeing to assist with an urgent problem, I was asked to get my vehicle to the shop as quickly as possible to assess the problem (which was essentially mocked by the person on the phone) and when I arrived less than 10 minutes later, the person had left and locked away any and all tools necessary to help fix the problem. Berating and insulting phone manners, a disappearing act pulled within minutes, and apparently a wheel/tire full service shop with only one lug wrench in the entire place. Would not recommend to anyone. Ever.

I like this shop a lot. First because it's a small locally owned business. Also because I feel like I can trust these guys. I went there to rent a uhaul van for a week because I had put my 20yr old truck in another shop. I keep up on it but, I knew there was a few big fixes it needed to drive us around safely. The other shop came at me with over 3,000 estimate. It's a good shop & they covered all the bases but, I was freaking out. I couldn't afford that estimate or a new vehicle. I told Dan I was renting the uhaul to give me time to cool off and decide what to do. He told me to bring my truck to them and he could atleast tell me what needs to be done right away & if any of the repairs could wait a little longer. I really appreciate that. It's like having a friend or family member that's a mechanic. You can get a realistic answer and time frames. So, I broke it down to 3 separate visits to dkc auto for repairs. It was more affordable & I felt confident that they kept me in the loop, explained things to me clearly and got the work done quickly. They never had my truck for more than 1 day. I recommend this shop & after asking around a few other people I know have had good experiences with these guys too. So, I'm staying with DKC for all my automotive maintenance & repairs.

There is one man there that should be kept hidden away. He has absolutely zero customer service skills. There was some other man there trying to talk me into letting him help me move(I was in to rent a uhaul and had to do so in person because online kept canceling my reservation)I'm not sure if that man worked there but I assure you the uhaul rental was cheaper than the man heckling me for. The entire place is an absolute mess. I had work done on my car there many moons ago and was overcharged and my car was running way worse afterwards. I vowed to never return but needed that uhaul. I hope not to ever have to enter their doors again. It's an awful experience all the way around. 100% would not recommend to my worst enemy!

No-one answers the phone to make a appointment. I was in there one day and me and 2 other people got ignored. They saw me and ignored me so I left. I have asked for the owner he is never in or so I am told. One particular guy is very rude. Poor customer service when Cory is not in. A owner should be in. I used to love going there. I may not with the way I was treated. If Cory is there things are fine when not awful.

We've moved around the country a lot the last 7 years and had horrible experiences with auto shops everywhere we went. We finally moved home and have been thrilled to find a place that's honest and fixes problems on the first try. They've done quite a bit of work on my old car, a 2006 Hyundai and prices have been fair. They've fixed the problem I've brought it in for every time. They are currently working on my husband's car. They could have pushed unnecessary work and we wouldn't have known any better but they were honest and told us it didn't need work that we thought it did. We are so happy to find a place that we trust after so long.

Horrible customer service!! Negative stars should be an option. Took the car in for serpentine belt replacement, 1/2 hour after picking up the car, while driving, serpentine belt came off, needless to say, everything shut down. Called DKC, sorry, no tow truck, sorry, not calling one for me but if I get the car there, they'll take a look at! Had to get it towed at my own expense, they refused to reimburse for the tow. They did fix it again, but really, couldn't get it right the first time! And, they didn't seem to care!!!

Have been going here for years, but I won't be going back after my last visit...they put the wrong oil in my car and I ran out of oil about 1500 miles later when its supposed to be good for 6k miles. Did the next oil change myself and no issues so far. Be careful with who you trust with your car.

WOST PLACE I have ever taken my car to. No communication with customers whatsoever. My car sat there for almost three weeks, and they did not fix ANYTHING. Save your time and money.

Went here to have my car looked at muffler was falling off the guy looked at it literally put it on a lift and looked I had a light going off because of my exhaust pipe and they charged me $60 to literally put it on a lift honestly ridiculous I found a friend to just weld the pipe for me didn t even need need parts a waste of $60 that I ll never get back ..

Mark, the owner, helped me when I was broken down with my infant daughter in the car. I d burst a tire and was going to change it myself. He came out of a restaurant (he was in the middle of his breakfast) and helped me change the tire. Great guy, great member of the community.

Totally incompetent. Bought a set of new tires here, within 1 month I had 2 flats. One because a "defective" tire, and one because they set the tire pressure too high and it blew up on a hot day. Never seen anything like it. Took them almost a week to replace the first tire on warranty, and I just ate the loss on the 2nd tire because I can't afford to drive on a spare tire for another week.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. They weren t pushy with trying to upsell, but made sure my car was safe to drive on the roads. The price wasn t outrageous, and the services are done pretty quickly. Will be back.

They did a poor job installing power steering pump. I brought it back two times for them to correct their work and they claimed the problem was not from their poor work. I have used these guys on several occasions. The manager is a great guy, they are willing to actually listen to the issues you feel need to be resolved and have no problem helping you or at least steering you in the right direction If there is an issue that they dont service there.

Changed out the wrong part. Place used to be decent now it's overpriced and push your car out the door no experience left just young kids working on their own cars and wrong diagnosis.
