Customer service when calling was terrible. Tried making an appointment for an oil change and got answers like I don t know if we can, and I can t predict the future, when asking if I can come in for an oil change. Then when asking if they do emission test, he answers, well you clearly read that we do . When in fact, a lot of these types of businesses never update their services online. So I won t be going there and I can bet anyone else that calls in before visiting won t either. Best of luck talking to customers like that

This was second visit here, first time in 2014. 2015 came in for service it was nice to see the same faces when I came back. The service was awesome! Quick service, reasonable and fair pricing. NE CT is lucky to have a full auto service in the area. Family owned and operated business that know what great business ethics are.

I live the service here. They are friendly and fast. I always get treated with respect and with a smile. I highly recommend this place even if you just come here for a quote or a simple service.

I have a taxi company and use Castrol Premium Lube Express to maintain and repair my cars. They do a very good job and are reasonably priced, and get my cars in and out of there quick. I definitely recommend this shop.

A bit pricey for the oil change I asked for, $80. I will have to check prices more carefully before making an appointment.

Great folks but expensive for repairs, quick lube and filter good value if more work is needed they can do it but will cost ya.
